Reunion Gold Corporation is a leading gold explorer in the Guiana Shield, South America. In early 2021, the Company made an exciting new gold discovery at its 100% owned Oko West Project in Guyana where, after 22 months of drilling, the Company announced an initial Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) containing 2.475 Moz of gold in Indicated resources grading 1.84 g/t Au and 1.762 Moz of gold in inferred resources grading 2.02 g/t Au at the Kairuni zone. The Company is moving the Oko West project forward with a two track strategy 1) Aggressively advance development of the Kairuni zone MRE with the goal of releasing a PEA by year end 2023. 2) Continue to drill and explore the Oko West property with goal of a) expanding the MRE both along strike and below the pit bottom where a high grade portion of the resource remains open to expansion, b) attempting to identify satellite resource areas at the very prospective Takutu and Bryan zone targets.
