Mr. McIntyre has more than 15 years of experience in the mining and mining investment industry, having spent the last 11 years with Tocqueville Asset Management L.P., most recently as a Co-Portfolio Manager of the Tocqueville Gold Strategy, as well as the Tocqueville Gold Fund. Prior to joining Tocqueville, Mr. McIntyre was an analyst and then associate focused on mergers and acquisitions in the metals and mining sector with Macquarie Bank. Mr. McIntyre holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction (majoring in finance) from Dalhousie University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He also holds the CFA designation.

Mr. Usmar is an international mining executive with over 25 years of experience working around the globe in operational, financial and executive leadership roles in some of the world’s largest and fastest growing mining companies. Prior to founding Triple Flag, Mr. Usmar served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, from 2014 to 2016, where he helped restructure the company. He joined Xstrata in 2002 as an early senior executive member of the management team that grew the company into one of the world’s largest diversified miners at the time of its acquisition by Glencore in 2013. His roles at Xstrata included General Manager of Business Development in London, Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Ferro-Alloys business in South Africa, and Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Nickel business in Canada. Prior to joining Xstrata, Mr. Usmar worked at BHP Billiton in Corporate Finance in London, and started his career in mining in operations in the steel and aluminum industries as a production engineer. Mr. Usmar is the Vice-Chair of Make-A-Wish Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, both with distinction.

Since co-founding Sandstorm Gold in 2008, Nolan Watson has led the company’s transformation from a small startup into a diversified royalty company with a billion-dollar market capitalization. Prior to co-founding Sandstorm, Nolan was Chief Financial Officer of Silver Wheaton Corp. (now Wheaton Precious Metals Corp.) where he gained the experience that he needed to make Sandstorm a reality and a success. During his time there, Nolan developed the silver streaming business model and helped raise more than US$1 billion in debt and equity to fund the company’s growth.

Nolan is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (Valedictorian). He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honours, from the University of British Columbia.

Nolan’s professional and charitable achievements are not without their honours either. He was named the EY Entrepreneur of the Year, recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40, awarded CEO of the Year by Business in Vancouver, and received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal. In 2014, Nolan was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is also the President of Nations Cry, a charity focused on education-based development in Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Sandeep Singh joined Osisko as President in January 2020. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2020. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker in the metals and mining industry where he advised numerous mining companies on growth and financing strategies with Maxit Capital (2014-2020), Dundee Securities (2010?2014) and BMO Capital Markets (2005-2010). As co-founder of Maxit Capital, he was instrumental in building an independent and highly successful advisory firm which acted on some of the most complex and value-enhancing transactions in the mining sector.
Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Oxford University.

Mr. Heissenbuttel brings more than 30 years of corporate finance experience with 25 of those years in project and corporate finance in the metals and mining industry. He joined Royal Gold in 2006.
Mr. Heissenbuttel was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a Class I Director of Royal Gold, effective January 2, 2020. From June 2018 to January 2, 2020, he served as our Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Strategy. From 2007 through 2018, he served as Vice President, Corporate Development. From January 2015 to June 2016, he served as Vice President, Operations for the Company, and from April 2006 through January 2007, he was Manager, Corporate Development for the Company.
Prior to Royal Gold, Mr. Heissenbuttel served as Senior Vice President from 2000 to 2006 and Vice President from 1999 to 2000 at N M Rothschild & Sons (Denver) Inc. From 1994 to 1999, he served as Vice President and then as Group Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. From 1987 to 1994, he was a Senior Credit Analyst and an Associate at Chemical Bank Manufacturers Hanover.
Mr. Heissenbuttel holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Northwestern University.

Paul Brink is President & CEO and a director of Franco-Nevada. He has been with Franco-Nevada since its IPO in 2007. He served as President & Chief Operating Officer from May 2018 to May 2020 and prior to that, successfully led Franco-Nevada’s business development activities as SVP Business Development. He previously had roles in corporate development at Newmont, investment banking at BMO Nesbitt Burns and project financing at UBS. Mr. Brink holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Oxford University.

Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Smallwood was involved in the founding of Wheaton Precious Metals and in 2007, he joined Wheaton full time as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, primarily focusing on growing the Company through the evaluation and acquisition of streaming opportunities. In January 2010, he was appointed President, and in April 2011, he was appointed Wheaton’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Smallwood originally started as an exploration geologist with Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., and in 2001, was promoted to Director of Project Development, his role through its 2005 merger with Goldcorp. Before joining the original Wheaton River group in 1993, Mr. Smallwood also worked with Homestake Mining Company, Teck Corp. and Westmin Resources. Mr. Smallwood was an instrumental part of the team that built Wheaton River / Goldcorp into one of the largest, and more importantly, most profitable gold companies in the world, and he is now focused on continuing to add to the impressive growth profile of Wheaton. Mr. Smallwood has served on the board of Defiance Silver Corp. (formerly ValOro Resources Inc. and Geologix Explorations Inc.) since 2005. Mr. Smallwood formerly served on the board of Ventana Gold from 2008 to 2011, Castle Peak Resources from 2010 to 2012, and Tigray Resources Inc. from 2011 to May 2014. Mr. Smallwood is also the chair of the World Gold Council, chairman of the board for Special Olympics BC, and a member of the boards of MineralsEd BC and Mining4Life, and previously on the board of the BC Cancer Foundation. In 2015, Mr. Smallwood received the British Columbia Institute of Technology Distinguished Alumni Award, and in 2019, he received Business in Vancouver’s BC CEO of the Year Award in the enterprise category.

Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004, and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and CEO in 2016. Mr. Steinmann has over 25 years of experience in the base and precious metals industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science (Geology) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Zurich, and a Degree in Corporate Finance from Escuela Superior de Administración y Negocios, Lima. Mr. Steinmann has extensive experience throughout South America in mine operations and project development, having participated in numerous mine construction projects from exploration and feasibility studies, through start-up and into continuous operation. He is also experienced in corporate M&A and associated capital market financings, as well as numerous other exploration and business development initiatives. Mr. Steinmann is past President of the Silver Institute, a non-profit international industry association that aims to increase public understanding of the many uses and values of silver.

Mr. Perron’s career of more than 35 years in the global mining industry has included extensive technical and operational experience. Most recently, Mr. Perron was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. until it was acquired by Centerra Gold Inc in 2016. He joined Thompson Creek as Chief Executive Officer in 2013 and took on the additional role of President in 2014. Among his previous senior executive positions in mining, he was President and CEO of St. Andrew Goldfields (2007-2013), Senior Vice President of Iamgold (2006-2007) and Senior Vice President Canada of Cambior Inc. (2004-2006). Mr. Perron has been a director of the Canadian Mineral Industry Education Foundation since 2007. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from l'École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Rodney Antal was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of SSR Mining in September 2020. Rodney had served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alacer Gold since August 2013. Previously, he was Alacer’s Chief Financial Officer. Rodney has more than 25 years of global mining experience in mineral and metal businesses, including precious metals. His experience includes both corporate and operational mine site roles. Rodney began his mining career working for Placer Dome in Papua New Guinea. He then spent 15 years within the Rio Tinto Group where he held various senior management positions, including Global Head of Shared Services and Chief Financial Officer of Rio Tinto Minerals’ global business.

Greg is President and Chief Executive Officer of NOVAGOLD and has been since January 2012. Mr. Lang has more than 35 years of diverse experience in mine operations, project development, and evaluations. Prior to joining, he was President of Barrick Gold North America and Managing Director of Barrick Gold Australia. Mr. Lang has held progressively responsible operating and project development positions over his career at Homestake Mining Company and International Corona Corporation, both of which are now part of Barrick. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla and is a Graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.

Christian Milau has been the CEO of Equinox Gold since August 2016, leading the team through three mergers and an asset acquisition and growing the company from a single-asset developer to a multi-asset producer in just two years. Prior to joining Equinox Gold, Christian was the CEO of True Gold until it was acquired by Endeavour Mining for approximately $240 million in April 2016. Prior to True Gold, Christian held senior positions at Endeavour Mining, New Gold, BNP Paribas in London, and Deloitte. Christian brings more than 20 years of experience to the company with expertise in finance and capital markets as well as operational, government and stakeholder relations experience. Christian is currently a director of Northern Dynasty and Plateau Energy Metals.

Mitchell J. Krebs is President and Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Board of Coeur Mining, Inc. In addition, Mr. Krebs is a Director of the National Mining Association, Director of Kansas City Southern, a Fortune-500 transportation holding company, and former President of the Silver Institute. Mr. Krebs is also on the Board of World Business Chicago and serves on the John G. Shedd Aquarium Society Board of Trustees and Board of the Big Shoulders Fund.

During his 20-year tenure with Coeur, Mr. Krebs has led over $2 billion in capital market transactions and facilitated over $2 billion of acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to becoming President and CEO, he was its Chief Financial Officer and previously Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.

Mr. Krebs holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University.

George Burns joined Eldorado on February 1, 2017 and assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer on April 28, 2017. Prior to joining us, George was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Goldcorp. He also held the Goldcorp positions of Senior Vice President, Mexican Operations and Vice President, Canada and United States respectively. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Centerra Gold Inc.
George has over 30 years of experience in the mineral sector including executive, operations, development and engineering leadership roles in gold, copper and coal operations. George has served in various capacities for Asarco LLC including Vice President of Mining as well as numerous capacities for Cyprus Minerals Corporation. He began his career with Anaconda Company in 1978.

Michael Allen is a professional geologist with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. Most recently, Michael was President and CEO of Eclipse Gold Mining prior to its merger with Northern Vertex. Preceding Eclipse Gold, he was President and CEO of Northern Empire, which in 2017 acquired the Sterling Gold Project in Nevada and later sold in 2018 to Coeur Mining for US$90M.

Mr. Blasutti was the President and CEO of US Silver & Gold prior to its merger with Americas Silver Corporation (formerly Scorpio Mining Corporation). He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of RX Gold & Silver Inc. and prior to that Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Barrick Gold Corporation ("Barrick"). He reported to the Chief Executive Officer and played a lead role in the strategic development of Barrick for 13 years between 1998 and early 2011, during which time he executed over 25 gold mining transactions including the acquisitions of Homestake Mining Company and Placer Dome Inc. and the consolidation of the world class Cortez property from Rio Tinto.
Mr. Blasutti also led the creation of Barrick Energy Inc. to hedge Barrick's exposure to energy prices and the initial public offering of African Barrick Gold. During his tenure at Barrick, Mr. Blasutti was integrally involved in numerous equity and financing transactions and also led the Investor Relations function. Mr. Blasutti was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he planned, supervised and managed audits for a variety of clients.

Mr. Gavidia was appointed CEO of Orvana in 2016, after serving as the Advisory Country Manager and then Vice President, Operations. He is a mining professional with over 20 years of leadership experience spearheading business initiatives and providing operational support to a number of global projects. From 1994 until 2012, he worked with Newmont Mining in various positions of increasing responsibility, including as Operational Readiness Senior Project Manager for Newmont's Global Projects group in Peru and as Management Operating System Global Project Manager at Newmont's corporate office in Colorado. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Engineering in Lima, Peru and a Master of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Malone has over 30 years experience in the mining, resources, financial, broking and sporting industries.

He has worked in Perth, Melbourne, London, Santiago, Lima and New York, and listed, advised, managed and been on the boards of a number of ASX listed resource and oil and gas companies.

Mr. Malone has raised over A$260 million in equity and debt for ASX listed companies. He was also the CEO of Richmond Football Club from 1994 until 2000.

Jason Reid serves as CEO, President and Director of Fortitude Gold Corporation (FGC). FGC was spun out of Gold Resource Corporation (GRC) (NYSE American: GORO) where Jason previously served for over 14 years including CEO, President and Director positions. Jason joined GRC in 2006 when it was a private Company and helped take it public with a self-underwritten IPO. Jason was part of a management team that took GRC from an exploration stage company, to a development stage company, to a gold and silver dividend paying producer. Under his tenure as CEO & President, GRC achieved ten consecutive years of profitability, over a decade of production, generated over $1 billion in revenue and returned over $116 million in dividends to shareholders. At GRC, he also co-created and initiated the first known cash to physical gold and silver dividend program whereby shareholders could take delivery of precious metals. As an entrepreneur prior to GRC, Jason was the founder and president of two successful businesses he ran for 13 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fort Lewis College.

Peter Kukielski was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in January, 2020 after serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer since July 2019. Peter has more than 30 years of extensive global experience within the base metals, precious metals and bulk materials sectors, having overseen operations across the globe for companies. Most recently, Mr. Kukielski was President and Chief Executive Officer of Nevsun Resources Ltd. from May 2017 until the acquisition of Nevsun in December 2018. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Kukielski was Chief Executive Officer of Anemka Resources, a private company backed by Warburg Pincus formed to invest in global mining assets. From 2008 to 2013, he was the Chief Executive, Mining for ArcelorMittal, responsible for 27 operating mines and three major development projects, distributed within 12 countries. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Kukielski was the Chief Operating Officer of Teck Resources, responsible for the copper, zinc, gold and the metallurgical coal operations and projects, in addition to overseeing the commercial function. From 2001 to 2006, he was with Falconbridge (originally Noranda) in senior roles, latterly including Chief Operating Officer, and in years prior he had various increasingly senior roles with other major mining companies, including direct experiences in engineering, commissioning and operating significant mines in a wide variety of international jurisdictions.

Ingo joined SolGold in September 2019 as Executive General Manager, Project And Corporate Finance. He is acting CFO since November 2020.

Ingo has over 20 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. He was instrumental in building the metals and mining practice of Hannam & Partners, a London based merchant bank, where he was advisor to a dozen UK and ASX listed mining stocks. Recognised as a highly numerate individual with experience across complex joint-venture, M&A, equity investments, capital markets and corporate finance transactions.

Formerly with Rio Tinto in business development, Capgemini in strategy consulting and Wienerberger AG in general management and corporate finance.

Ingo is a CFA charter holder, INSEAD and a graduate from the University of Eisenstadt (Austria).

Since joining Endeavour Silver in March 2007, Dan has become an admired member of the team for his tenacity and results driven demeanor. With 20 years’ experience in the mining industry, Dan has been instrumental in building Endeavour’s financial infrastructure as the company grew over the past 16 years from four employees to over 2,000 staff.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Dan will lead Endeavour Silver and is responsible for the organization’s strategic direction, vision, growth and performance, with a focus on creating shareholder value. In Dan’s previous role as the Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible for financial reporting, leading financing solutions, including for debt and equity raises, IT functions, legal and administration oversight, and helping steer M&A decisions. To date, Dan has assisted inraising more than $300 million for Endeavour Silver.

Prior to joining Endeavour Silver, Dan worked with KPMG LLP in the assurance group from 2001 to 2007, where he focused on precious metals companies listed on North American stock exchanges. As a chartered professional accountant, he gained proficiency in a number of financial areas and building highly efficient teams and reporting systems. He also has a solid track record in supporting and guiding the company’s Executive Board. Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants.

About: Dan brings an impressive resume as he became Endeavour’s CFO at the young age of 27. Even as a fresh face, he was polished, measured and tough – anyone who met him, could see he was poised for success. Today, he is a proud family man with three sons, all born and raised in Vancouver. When Dan is not leading Endeavour Silver, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and playing sports with his three boys.

Mr. Wolfin brings 30 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist’s assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist’s assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico, and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry.

Since 1990, Mr. Wolfin has worked for the Oniva Group of Resource companies, including Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director). In his various roles with these firms, he has helped raise over C$100 million.

Mr. Palmiere, a CA-CPA by training, has more than 35 years of experience in the mining industry both from a financial and operational perspective. His international experience includes South Africa, Central America, Guyana and Brazil and 10 years of experience in China. Mr. Palmiere's expertise includes operations, executive management and financing, both debt and equity. Additionally, Mr. Palmiere has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Palmiere's former executive positions include CEO and Chairman of the Board, HudBay Minerals Inc., Executive Chairman, Barplats Investments Ltd., Vice President, CFO, Zemex Corporation, and President and CEO, Breakwater Resources Ltd. Mr. Palmiere has also served as a director of numerous public companies. Mr. Palmiere will be responsible the development and execution of a new strategic plan and direction for the Company. Mr. Palmiere is a member of the Safety, Sustainability & Technical Committee.

He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publically traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Finance in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Stephen Orr, Director & Chief Executive Officer, who joined GSI in 2011, has more than 40 years experience in the mining industry, including international commercial experience at both executive and operational levels. Previously, Mr. Orr served as President, Director and Chief Executive Officer at Ventana Gold Corp., as Director and Chief Executive Officer at OceanaGold Corporation, as Vice President of North American Operations and then Managing Director of Australia and Africa operations at Barrick Gold Corporation, and as President of Homestake Canada Inc.

Mr. Simpson is a mining executive with over 24 years of experience in operations leadership, mining engineering and project construction. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Torex Gold Resources where, over his nearly 6-year tenure, he oversaw the successful construction and operation of the ELG Mine in Mexico. Prior to Torex, Mr. Simpson spent 11 years at Vale in various roles of increasing responsibility ending his tenure as General Manager of the Labrador Operations (Voisey’s Bay) in 2013. Mr. Simpson also worked at McIntosh Redpath Engineering on mining studies for companies including Barrick, Freeport McMoran, CVRD, Rio Tinto and Falconbridge, among others, where he gained global multi-commodity experience and perspective. Mr. Simpson holds dual degrees in Mining Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and in Physics from Dalhousie University.

Gabriel Catalani is an Investor Relations at Aura Minerals Inc. He was previously with INSEAD, AES, Grupo Camargo Correa, and Banco Santander. Mr. Catalina earned Global MBA Programme, Business Administration and Management, General, Master's Degree in Business Administration, from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree, Business Administration and Management General from Universidad de Sao Paulo.\

Mark is a Mining Engineer and is the MD of Ramelius Resources. He was educated at the Western Australian School of Mines in Kalgoorlie and has more than 25 years’ experience including senior operational and management positions with WMC and Gold Fields Limited at their gold and nickel assets in Australia and offshore.

He joined Ramelius as Chief Operating Officer in March 2012, took up the reins as Chief Executive Officer in June 2014 and was appointed Managing Director in July of 2015.

Jim is a Mining Engineer with a broad range of strategic, operating and start-up experience encompassing 30 years across a number of commodities including gold, copper, uranium, lead, zinc and iron ore. He has extensive gold industry experience having been the General Manager of the Boddington Gold Mine, one of Australia’s largest gold mines, from 2007 to 2010 and General Manager of the Pajingo Gold Mine from 2004 to 2006.
Prior to joining Regis Resources Jim was the Chief Executive Officer of Western Australian based iron ore producer and explorer Mt Gibson Iron Limited (ASX: MGX) from 2011 to 2018.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) degree, a Master of Geoscience (Mineral Economics) and is Vice President of the Association of Mining & Exploration Companies (AMEC) Executive Council.

Mr. Wray was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective May 1, 2019 and a Director of the Company October 2, 2018. Previously, Mr. Wray was the Chief Executive Officer of the La Mancha Group, one of the largest direct investors in the gold mining sector. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Acacia Mining Plc, a UK listed company and one of the largest African gold producers. He also has significant experience advising companies in capital-raising activities and other strategic objectives in a range of sectors, including mining, from his time in the Corporate Finance team at JP Morgan Cazenove. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and spent several years at the Kuwait Investment Office in London dealing with its portfolio of investments in Spain. He holds an Honours Degree from University College London as well as postgraduate studies in Finance and Investment from South Bank University Business School.

Mr Stuart Gale was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective 20 January 2020. Mr Gale was most recently Group Manager Corporate Finance for Fortescue Metals Group Limited (FMG). Since joining FMG in 2010, Mr Gale has been responsible for FMG’s funding, risk, and treasury functions as well as statutory, management and project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and investor relations programs. During FMG’s expansion period, Mr Gale ensured robust systems and processes were developed and implemented in addition to co-ordinating external and internal finance functions. More recently, the development of FMG’s refinancing strategies to result in a low cost, flexible, long dated debt portfolio that supports the company’s ongoing growth has been part of Mr Gale’s role. Mr Gale has strong global relationships with banks, ratings agencies, shareholders, debt holders and investors that will be highly beneficial to Resolute.
Prior to his career at FMG, Mr Gale held senior executive positions at Wesfarmers including Chief Financial Officer of Wesfarmers Energy Limited and General Manager Group Accounting at Wesfarmers Limited. Mr Gale is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of Leadership Western Australia.

Mr Alvídrez has extensive experience within the mining industry having previously held the position of General Manager of the Madero mine operated by Peñoles, which is one of Mexico’s largest mines. Mr Alvídrez joined the Peñoles Group in August 1988, since then he has held a number of senior operational and financial positions across Peñoles and Fresnillo, including that of Treasurer, Head of Investor Relations in London and Head of Procurement. Mr Alvídrez is a director of the Lowell Institute for Mineral Resources of the University of Arizona, a member of the Mexican Mining Chamber and a Vice-president of the Advisory Board of the School of Mines of the University of Guanajuato, Mexico.

Mr. Nauman brings over 35 years of diversified experience in the mineral industry, ranging from exploration and business development to operations and business management in the precious metals, base metals and coal sectors. Mr. Nauman is also currently the CEO of Asset Liability Management Group, and was General Manager of Kennecott Minerals from 1993-1998 and the President and CEO of Viceroy Resource Corporation from 1998-2002. Mr. Nauman holds a B.Sc. in geology.

Paul is the Managing Director of Pantoro Limited, and is a qualified mining engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has worked in numerous production, planning and corporate roles during his career and has worked in both executive and non-executive board positions for a number of mining and exploration companies.

He has held senior operational and or corporate positions within a range of companies including Metals X Limited, Harmony Gold, and Anglo Gold Ashanti, and has been the Managing Director of Pantoro since 2011.

Paul has a project development and operations focus, and has been integral in transitioning Pantoro Limited from exploration company to active producer. He was the key company driver behind the recent acquisition of 50% of the Central Norseman Gold Project.

Mr Curtis is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience and has held a number of senior financial positions in the manufacturing industry. Before joining Caledonia in March 2006, he was Director Finance and Supply Chain for Avery Dennison SA and prior to this Financial Director and then Managing Director of Jackstadt GmbH South African operation.

Mr Curtis is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and graduated from the University of Cape Town. He was appointed to the Caledonia board in July 2008. Steve was appointed Caledonia's Chief Executive Officer in November 2014, prior to which he was Caledonia's Chief Financial Officer

Martin Horgan is a qualified mining engineer with 25 years in multiple areas of the mining industry. In his career he has shown a strong strategic and operating acumen as well as demonstrating a longstanding commitment to environmental and social responsibility within mining, which is central to Centamin’s decision-making and corporate strategy.

From 2009 to 2019 Martin was the Co-Founder and CEO of Toro Gold Ltd (“Toro”), where he oversaw the discovery, development and operation of the Mako Gold Mine in Senegal. Toro was acquired by LSE and ASX listed Resolute Mining in August 2019. Prior to founding Toro, Martin was Executive Director of BDI Mining, an AIM listed diamond producer, and from 2000 to 2006 he worked in mining finance at Barclays Capital in London, where his responsibilities included technical appraisal and advisory services across Africa and the Middle East. He also held consulting engineer roles with SRK Ltd and started his career as a mining engineer with Gold Fields of South Africa.

Mr. Lewins is a Mineral Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has previously worked in Africa, Australia, Asia, North America and the former Soviet Union. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to August 2017. Mr. Lewins has successfully managed the development of a number of open pit and underground gold, precious and base metal mines from feasibility study through to profitable operations.

Mr. Lewins has operated extensively at the corporate level in various roles from Executive General Manager to Director and Chief Executive Officer with a number of other mining companies, including MIM Holdings, First Dynasty Mines, Platinum Australia and African Thunder Platinum.

Mr. Lewins received his National Diploma for Technicians (Extractive Metallurgy) from Technikon Witwatersrand, South Africa, a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Mineral Engineering from University of Leeds, England and a Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Queensland.

John Lewins is Chair of the K92 Health and Safety Committee.

A non-executive director since January 2014 and Managing Director since April 2014. Mr Williams was previously General Manager of the Tampakan Copper-Gold Project in southern Philippines from 2007 to 2013. He has over 20 years of mining experience operating within a diverse range of open cut, underground, quarrying and civil engineering environments across the developed markets of Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand, as well as the emerging markets of Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and South Pacific.

Mr. Adams has been the President and CEO of New Gold Inc. since 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams’ time at Richmont Mines, production at the company’s principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was the Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2007 to 2011 as the General Manager of the Rosebel mine in Suriname and then the Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams is also a director of GT Gold Corp and non-executive Chairman of Board of Directors at Omai Gold Mines. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Mr. Davies has been with Gran Colombia Gold since its inception in 2010 . Mr. Davies is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario) with over 20 years of extensive international and public company experience in resource and other sectors, including prior management positions with PetroMagdalena Energy Corp., Coalcorp Mining Inc., Medoro Resources Inc., LAC Minerals Ltd., Pamour/Giant Yellowknife Mines, IMAX Corporation and Clorox Canada. Mr. Davies also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Sébastien de Montessus is CEO of Endeavour Mining. Under his leadership, he has introduced key strategic objectives that have created a sustainable business that generates long term cash flow.

Previously, Sébastien served as the CEO of the La Mancha Group for four years between 2012 and 2016. Under his leadership, La Mancha doubled its production through optimization efforts before undergoing a significant portfolio restructuring. Prior to this, Sébastien was a member of the Executive Board and Group Deputy CEO of AREVA Group, a leading nuclear energy company and CEO of AREVA Mining, which focused on uranium assets. He has also served as a Board member of Evolution Mining (2015 - 2018) and ERAMET (2010 - 2012).

Before joining AREVA in 2002, Sébastien was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London specializing in M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Sébastien is a business graduate from ESCP-Europe Business School in Paris.

Ron has a wealth of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Hochstein has worked for the Lundin family directly and as a consultant for over twenty years. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Lundin Gold, Mr. Hochstein served as President and CEO of Denison Mines Corp. (TSX, NYSE MKT) for seven years, having joined a predecessor company to Denison in 1999. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hochstein was a Project Manager with Simons Mining Group and worked at Noranda Minerals as a metallurgical engineer. Mr. Hochstein has a B.Sc. in metallurgical engineering and an MBA. Mr. Hochstein became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2014 and was instrumental in the acquisition of Fruta del Norte.

Phil is President and CEO of Hecla Mining Company. During his 19 years with Hecla, the 129-year-old Company has transformed into one with long-lived, low-cost mines, large land positions in North America. Today’s focus is innovations in mining and adopting digital age technologies to improve safety and productivity while reducing environmental impacts.

Mr. Middlemiss, P.Eng, is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. Prior to joining Wesdome, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. ("SAS") until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. in January 2016. Mr. Middlemiss joined SAS in July 2008 as General Manager and Vice President Operations, later assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. He earned a B. Sc. in mining engineering at Queen's University in 1989 and worked for Inco Limited (now Vale Canada Limited) as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. At that time, he joined Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. In 2002 he joined Foxpoint Resources (now Kirkland Lake Gold Inc.) where he was instrumental in overseeing the rehabilitation, development, and commencement of production at the Macassa Mine beginning as Engineering & Production Manager, and later as Mine Manager. Mr. Middlemiss is a native of Kirkland Lake, Ontario and has extensive experience in the mining of gold deposits in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.

Mr. Jordaan has 30 years of international processing and mining industry experience. He has extensive management and operations expertise at global senior and mid-tier mining companies. Mr. Jordaan was most recently with Newcrest Mining Ltd., Australia's largest gold miner, as Programme Director for transformation of PNG operations, General Manager of Lihir Gold Mine, one of the world's largest gold mines and Chief Performance Officer. Prior to that, he was the CEO of International Ferro Metals Limited, an LSE listed chrome mining and smelting company. Mr. Jordaan holds a Masters degree in both Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration.

Chris Ritchie is a financial markets professional with 15 years of experience in resource based capital markets including investment banking, marketing, corporate strategy, network and risk management. Mr. Ritchie earned a B.A from Miami University (Ohio) in 1997 and a MBA in finance from Dalhousie University in 2000.

Mr. Ritchie spent just under three years in risk management at Marsh & McLennan and Liberty International before he moved into trading and institutional equity sales at UBS, Canaccord Financial and National Bank Financial. Mr. Ritchie has developed extensive networks that enable him to support companies of differing sizes and across industries to cost efficiently raise capital, develop communications strategies and create market awareness.

Mr Gibbs has 30yrs of field and management experience covering all aspects of the mining and exploration process in Australia through snr and exec positions held with AngloGold Ashanti, Acacia and Shell/Billiton.
Previously he held management and exec roles at AngloGold Ashanti including most recently GM at Sunrise Dam where he led the turnaround of one of the largest underground gold mines in Australia.
Prior to this Mr Gibbs headed the AngloGold Ashanti Australasia Exploration team to the >8Moz Tropicana discovery and acquired the dominant ground position in a new Australian gold province. As Tropicana evolved, he managed the PFS and FS teams for the project as the Vice President, and later on was appointed GM of Tropicana Gold Mine following project approval by the JV partners and regulators in late 2010.
Mr Gibbs was appointed MD & CEO with Gold Road on 17 Sept 2018.

Vincent Metcalfe is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in the metals and mining sector. Prior to his current role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, he held a number of officer and senior executive roles with Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange listed resource companies.

As an executive, he helped several companies advance and develop mining projects. He has extensive shareholder relations knowledge and proven experience in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and financial engineering. Prior to his executive roles, he advised resource clients with a focus on precious metals, base metals, and bulk commodities, in both mergers & acquisitions advisory and financing at large Canadian investment banks for nearly 10 years. Mr. Metcalfe holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from HEC Montr?al.

Diane joined Hycroft in late 2020 and brings with her over 20 years of senior executive management experience in the mining industry with an exceptional track record for developing projects and building companies. Ms. Garrett was President, CEO and Director of Romarco Minerals Inc. where she built and led the team that developed the multi-million ounce Haile Gold Mine from discovery through to final feasibility, permitting and construction. Romarco was subsequently acquired by OceanaGold in 2015 and Ms. Garrett was appointed to the Board of OceanaGold and a member of the Steering Committee for the Haile Gold Mine. Ms. Garrett was most recently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. (NCP), a mining exploration and development company, since June 2016. Ms. Garrett is also a Director of NovaGold Resources Inc., a gold company listed on the NYSE American and Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to her time at Romarco, Ms. Garrett held numerous senior positions in public mining companies including VP of Corporate Development at Dayton Mining Corporation and VP of Corporate Development at Beartooth Platinum Corporation. Early in her career, Ms. Garrett was the Senior Mining Analyst and Portfolio Manager in the precious metals sector with US Global Investors. Ms. Garrett has also served as a director of TriStar Gold, Inc. and Revival Gold Inc. Ms. Garrett received her Ph.D. in Engineering and her Masters in Mineral Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Duffy holds a B.Eng in Mining Engineering from the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia). He has extensive technical and operational management experience, having worked at numerous operations throughout Australia and Latin America. Prior to joining Mandalay Resources, Mr. Duffy most recently worked for Coeur d’Alene Mines and Hecla Mining Company in South America.

Peter Steenkamp is Harmony’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director from 1 January 2016. He has some 35 years’ experience in the mining industry, which include his last position as Senior Vice President: Mining of Sasol Mining Proprietary Limited, executive positions at Harmony from 2003 to 2007, African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) and Pamodzi Gold.

He is a member and past president of the Association of Mine Managers, and a member of the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the South African Colliery Managers’ Association.

Chris Griffith was appointed CEO of Gold Fields on 1 April 2021. Before this appointment, he was CEO of Anglo American Platinum between September 2012 and April 2020, and CEO of Kumba Iron Ore from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, he served as Anglo American Platinum’s Head of Joint Ventures. He joined Anglo American Platinum in 1990 and held various management positions at two of it’s mines and Joint Ventures before being moved into the wider leadership team at Anglo American, including being part of Anglo American’s Global Management Committee from 2009 to 2020.

Neal Froneman was appointed executive director and CEO of Sibanye-Stillwater on 1 January 2013. His career in technical, operations management and corporate development positions spans more than 30 years during which time he worked at Gold Fields of South Africa Limited, Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (Harmony) and JCI Limited. In April 2003, Neal was appointed CEO of Aflease Gold Limited (Aflease Gold), which, through a series of reverse take-overs, became Gold One International Limited (Gold One) in May 2009. He was primarily responsible for the creation of Uranium One Incorporated (Uranium One) from the Aflease Gold uranium assets.
During this period, he was CEO of Aflease Gold and Uranium One until his resignation from Uranium One in February 2008. He held the CEO position at Gold One until his appointment at Sibanye-Stillwater. He is also a non-executive director of 17 Perissa Proprietary Limited, Delview Three Proprietary Limited, Forestry Services Proprietary Limited and Ultimate Marine Ventures Limited. In May 2016, he was elected to serve as a Vice President of the Minerals Council South Africa.

Member of the Anglo American plc group management committee. Prior to her current appointment, Natascha was group head of Processing for Anglo American, a position she had held since 2014. This followed six years at Lonmin, where she served on the executive committee as executive vice president of Processing, also with responsibility for several wider corporate functions including sustainability.

Prior to that, Natascha worked for BHP’s coal and chrome businesses in South Africa (including as general manager of BHP’s Klipspruit Colliery), the Modikwa joint venture between Anglo American Platinum and African Rainbow Minerals, and AngloGold. Natascha began her career in 1991 at Iscor as a trainee engineer.

Natascha serves on advisory boards of the chemical engineering faculties at the South African universities of Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Queensland University’s JKMRC (Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre) in Australia. She has served as a non-executive director on the board of Kumba Iron Ore. Natascha is a metallurgical engineer and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from North-West University in South Africa and an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Alberto Calderon is AngloGold Ashanti's newly appointed CEO.

Mr. Calderon has more than two decades of executive leadership experience in the global mining sector. Until March of this year, he was CEO of Orica, the world’s number one commercial explosive maker. He was previously a senior executive at the world’s largest mining company, BHP, where his roles included CCO and CEO of Aluminium, Nickel and Corporate Development; as well as CEO of Cerrejón, Colombia’s largest mining operation, and one of the largest coal mining operations in the world.

William ("Bill") Lytle originally joined the team in 1998 with Bema Gold Corporation, while working on the Company's Kupol and Julietta projects. He later became Vice President, HSES & Permitting for Bema. In 2011, Bill became the Country Manager for B2Gold Namibia and was ultimately promoted to Vice President, Africa for B2Gold overseeing mine construction at the Fekola Project. In February 2016, he was promoted to the Senior Vice President, Operations for B2Gold. He has a BSc in Chemical Engineering, MSc in Civil Engineering, and is a registered professional engineer (Colorado, USA).

Mr. Racine joined Yamana in May 2014 and in August 2018 he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. From August 2012 until March 2014, Mr. Racine was President and Chief Operating Officer of Brigus Gold Corp. Prior to joining Brigus, Mr. Racine was Senior Vice President, Mining of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited where he was responsible for Agnico-Eagle's global mining operations. Mr. Racine joined Agnico-Eagle as a junior Mining Engineer in 1988 taking on progressively senior roles throughout his tenure, including LaRonde Mine Manager, Vice-President Operations Manager, and Senior Vice President Operations. Mr. Racine holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree from Laval University. He is a registered engineer with L'Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec, a professional engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.

Anthony (Tony) Makuch holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours Applied Earth Sciences) from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, and both a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen´s University in Ontario. He is a professional engineer (Ontario) with over 35 years of management, operations and technical experience in the mining industry, having managed numerous projects in Canada and the United States from advanced exploration through production.

Pavel Grachev was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of Polyus in late 2013, before becoming permanent CEO in November 2014. Prior to joining Polyus, from 2010 to 2013, Mr. Grachev served as Chief Executive Officer of the leading potash producer Uralkaly and then of the Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund. From 2006 to 2011, he worked as chief counsel and then managing director of the investment company Nafta Moskva. From 1997 to 2005 he was the head of the Moscow office of the law firm Pavia e Ansaldo (Italy). In addition, Mr. Grachev has also served on the boards of Polyus, the Federal Grid Company, Uralkali, PIK Group (as Chairman) and Polymetal.
Mr. Grachev graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University and the University of Trieste (Italy) with degrees in law.

Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kinross Gold on August 1, 2012. He first joined the company as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. Under Paul’s leadership of Kinross, the Company has met or exceeded operational guidance for the past nine years, strengthened its balance sheet, and achieved one the best safety records in the industry.
Paul started his career working as an exploration geologist. Paul joined Kinross after a long career in investment banking, most recently as the Deputy Head of Investment Banking at Scotia Capital. During his time with Scotia, he was responsible for the mining, power/utilities, forestry and industrial sectors. Paul has an Honours BSc in Geology from Laurentian University and a MEng in Mining from McGill University.

Tom Palmer currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since October 2019. Previously he also served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President or Newmont’s Asia Pacific region. Before joining Newmont in 2014, Tom brought over 20 years of experience with Rio Tinto, working in a variety of roles across the business.
Recently, Tom led Newmont through two transformative transactions in 2019 with the acquisition of Goldcorp and the formation of the Nevada Gold Mines Joint Venture. In 2020, Tom led the gold mining industry by announcing targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and establishing a sustainable dividend framework that allows for higher returns based on excess free cash flow. Most importantly, Tom has continued to challenge the mining industry with an unwavering focus on fatality prevention, ensuring that everyone can return home safely to their families at the end of each day. Tom’s experience and discipline has positioned Newmont to deliver on our commitment of creating value and improving lives through sustainable and responsible mining.

Mark was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Barrick effective January 1, 2019, following completion of the merger with Randgold Resources. Previously, since its incorporation in 1995, Mark was the Chief Executive Officer of Randgold following his pioneering exploration work in West Africa. He subsequently led Randgold’s growth through the discovery and development of high quality assets into a major international gold mining business. Mark played a pivotal role in promoting the emergence of a sustainable mining industry in Africa, and has a proven track record of delivering significant shareholder value. During his career, Mark has held board positions at a number of global gold mining companies. He holds a Doctorate in Geology from Natal University in South Africa.

Ammar Al-Joundi was appointed President of Agnico Eagle on April 6, 2015. Having also served previously as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.

Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer who graduated (with distinction) from the University of Toronto in Mechanical Engineering and has an MBA (with honours) from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr Denis Alexandrov was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Petropavlovsk PLC and as an Executive Director on 1 December 2020.

Mr Alexandrov is a highly experienced executive in mining and natural resources, including the Russian gold sector, and has a strong track record of delivering operational excellence and superior shareholder returns. From January 2016 through November 2020, Mr Alexandrov was Chief Executive Officer of Highland Gold Mining Limited, a top 10 Russian gold producer and developer with exploration assets.

Prior to joining Highland Gold, Mr Alexandrov held a series of senior positions and board roles at mining and natural resources companies, including as CEO and Director of Auriant Mining AB, a Swedish company focused on gold production in Russia, and as Managing Director at A1 Investment Company and Chief Financial Officer at Arlan Investment Company, both of which had substantial holdings in the mining industry.

Rudi Fronk, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Seabridge Gold, has over 35 years experience in the gold business, primarily as a senior officer and director of publicly traded companies. In 1999 Mr. Fronk co-founded Seabridge and has served as the Company’s CEO since that time. Mr. Fronk is a graduate of Columbia University from which he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics.

Ignacio joined Hochschild in 1992 and, prior to his appointment as CEO in April 2010, he served as General Manager of the Peruvian operations and as the Group's Chief Operating Officer from January 2008. Between 1998 and 2003 Ignacio worked as Chief Financial Officer of Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A., a company he subsequently became a Director of between 2003 and 2007. Subsequently, Ignacio worked for Zemex Corporation, a subsidiary of Cementos Pacasmayo, based in Atlanta, Georgia, serving first as CFO and Vice President of Business Development and later as its President. Ignacio holds a BSc in Business and a BSc in Accounting from Universidad del Pacifico in Peru and an MBA from Stanford University.

Mark Fullenwider joined Golden Queen Mining Company LLC as CEO in December 2020. Previously, Mr. Fullenwider served as Mine Operations Manager for KAZ Minerals in Russia (2019-2020); Operations Manager at Kinross Gold's Fort Knox Mine (2014-2018); Mine Manager at Freeport McMoRan's Climax Mine (2008-2013). From 1992-2008, Mr. Fullenwider held various operations and engineering roles at Phelps Dodge and Freeport McMoRan at the Morenci Mine. Mr. Fullenwider has a BS in Mining Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

John McConnell's +40 years of mining experience is mostly in Canada?s northern territories. Previously, he was President & CEO of Western Keltic Mines until it was acquired by Sherwood Copper; VP, NWT Projects for De Beers Canada primarily responsible for permitting and development of the Snap Lake Diamond Mine; Breakwater Resources Ltd in operations at the Nanisivik Zinc & Lead Mine on Baffin Island; and Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd.

A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, with a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering John is also a Director of Lahontan Gold Corp and Abacus Mining & Exploration Corp.

David Rae is a seasoned international mining and smelting executive with extensive experience in Africa, Canada and Europe. He has held senior executive and operational roles in international mining companies including Falconbridge and Xstrata. David is a collaborative leader with a reputation of building high performing teams to optimize current assets allowing the business to focus on growth and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England.

Mr. Rae joined DPM in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Operations and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In May 2020, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Coles has served as CEO and President for several Toronto Venture Stock Exchange listed junior mining exploration and development companies, throughout the past seven years. Mr. Coles entered the mining business as part of an effort to develop a mineral resource discovered on family farmland in Virginia. He was previously an analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, from 2005 through to 2007. Prior to that Mr. Coles worked for UBS Investment Bank in New York as a Senior Research Analyst in the bank’s High Yield Group. Mr. Coles started at UBS Investment Bank in 1999 as an Associate reporting to the bank’s Global Head of Fixed Income Strategy. Mr. Coles holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Mr. Sean Roosen is the Executive Chair of Osisko Gold Royalties. Mr. Roosen was a founding member of Osisko Mining Corporation (2003) and of EurAsia Holding AG, a European venture capital fund.
Mr. Roosen has over 30 years of progressive experience in the mining industry. As founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Osisko Mining Corporation, he was responsible for developing the strategic plan for the discovery, financing and development of the Canadian Malartic mine. He also led the efforts for the maximization of shareholders’ value in the sale of Osisko Mining Corporation, which resulted in the creation of Osisko Royalties. Mr. Roosen is an active participant in the resource sector and in the formation of new companies to explore for mineral deposits both in Canada and internationally.
In 2017, Mr. Roosen received an award from Mines and Money Americas for best Chief Executive Officer in North America and was, in addition, named in the “Top 20 Most Influential Individuals in Global Mining”. In prior years, he has been recognized by several organizations for his entrepreneurial successes and his leadership in innovative sustainability practices. Mr. Roosen is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines.
Mr. Roosen serves on the board of directors of Osisko Mining and Victoria Gold Corp. as a representative of Osisko Royalties.

Mr. Langille was the co-founder of both Gammon Gold Inc. and Mexgold Resources Inc. and served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of both companies. Mr. Langille successfully developed both company's projects from grass roots to commercial production in Mexico, raising in excess of $500 million for the development and construction of both mines. Mr. Langille was an integral part of the growth and success of Gammon Gold Inc., and Mexgold Resources Inc.. Mr. Langille directed the growth and development of the Ocampo mine and the El Cubo mine from 1999 through 2007. Mr. Langille was Strategic Advisor for Nayarit Gold Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and with his guidance developed the Orion Project from initial stages through scoping study and was instrumental in the company being acquired by Capital Gold in 2010.

Ryan King brings an established approach to business in the natural resource sector, with specific and targeted applications for delivering shareholder value in the mining industry. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in increasingly senior capacities in capital markets in the resource sector and was responsible for leading the investor relations activities for Newmarket Gold, as the company completed a $2 billion transformational merger with Kirkland Lake Gold. Before joining Newmarket Gold, Ryan was involved in starting Terrane Metals which owned the Mount Milligan Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia, Canada. From 2006 through to 2010, Mr. King was involved in financing, corporate development, and investor relations for Terrane Metals as well as providing assistance with the acquisition of Terrane Metals in 2010 by Thompson Creek for $800 million. During his career, Ryan has assisted in raising $250 million for previous companies. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada. Mr King currently sits on the Board of Newcore Gold and Edgewater Exploration Ltd.

Mr. Turner is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. He was formerly the Senior Vice President of
Precious Metals Equity Research at GMP Securities for seven years following his experience in industy as a mining
engineer with Wardrop Engineering. Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen's
University and is a CFA charterholder.

Brett Heath founded Metalla Royalty (NYSE: MTA) in September 2016 and remains the President and CEO. In just under 5 years he has amassed a portfolio of 69 royalties and streams through an industry-leading 26 transactions. He is also the co-founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Nova Royalty, a leading clean energy-focused royalty company that trades on the TSXV under the symbol NOVR. Mr. Heath was previously the Chairman and CEO of High Stream Corporation before Metalla acquired it in August 2016. High Stream was a specialty streaming and royalty consulting company where he worked with several public and private companies in the streaming and royalty business. Prior to that, he was a founding principal of KSIR Capital Management a hedge fund focused on precious metals equities.

Mr. Cole has over 30 years of industry experience, coming to EMX from Newmont Mining Corporation. At Newmont, he held a number of management and senior geologic positions, gaining extensive global experience as a project, mine, and generative exploration geologist in Nevada, Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, and Central Asia. Mr. Cole’s success as part of Newmont’s exploration team includes contributions at the world class Carlin Trend, Yanacocha, and Minahasa mines. Subsequently, he established and managed Newmont’s exploration programs in Turkey while also identifying early-stage acquisition targets in Eastern Europe. Mr. Cole specializes in developing new exploration ideas and opportunities, based upon solid technical expertise coupled with a keen business sense. He studied under Dr. Tommy Thompson at Colorado State University, earning an M.S. in Geology.

David Garofalo
Chief Executive Officer, President, Chairman and Director
Mr. Garofalo has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the board of directors of the Company since August 2020. Mr. Garofalo has worked in various leadership capacities in the natural resources sector over the last 30 years. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Goldcorp Inc., a gold production company headquartered in Vancouver, until its sale to Newmont Corporation in April 2019. Prior to that, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. from 2010 to 2015, where he presided over that company’s emergence as a leading metals producer. Previously, he held various senior executive positions with mining companies, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer and a director of Agnico-Eagle Limited from 1998 to 2010 and as treasurer and other various finance roles with Inmet Mining Corporation from 1990 to 1998. He was named Mining Person of the Year by The Northern Miner in 2012 and Canada’s Chief Financial Officer of the Year by Financial Executives International Canada in 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants in Canada and a Certified Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He also serves on the board of directors of the Vancouver Board of Trade and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

Neil Woodyer was a founder and CEO of both Leagold Mining and Endeavour Mining. He has an extensive history in the mining sector creating growth strategies, implementing financing plans, leading management teams, and creating shareholder value. In 1988, Mr. Woodyer was the founder of Endeavour Financial, a successful mining merchant banking and advisory business. In 2009, he and Frank Giustra devised Endeavour’s growth strategy and as CEO, he led Endeavour Financial’s transition from a financial company into a mine operations and development company, Endeavour Mining. Endeavour Mining grew through a series of acquisitions and new mine builds to become one of the largest gold producers in West Africa. In early 2020, after he arranged Leagold Mining’s merger with Equinox Gold, Mr. Woodyer – along with other team members – created Aris Gold to repeat the shareholder value strategies that had previously proven successful at Endeavour Mining and Leagold Mining.

Mr Tonkin is a mining engineer from the Western Australian School of Mines. He has more than 20 years’ experience as a mining operator, contractor and senior executive.
His previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at mining contractor Barminco and senior operational positions with Oxiana and Newmont.
Mr Tonkin joined Northern Star in 2013 and has played a leading role in the Company’s exceptional growth, helping devise and implement the operational strategies, exploration initiatives and transactions (including the merger with Saracen) which have underpinned its rise to an ASX50 company.

Jake Klein is the Executive Chairman of Evolution Mining. Evolution is a leading, growth-focused Australian gold miner with an enviable track record of delivering to guidance. Jake was previously the President and CEO of Sino Gold Mining Limited where he managed the development of that company into the largest foreign participant in the Chinese gold industry. Sino was listed on the ASX in 2002 with a market capitalisation of $100 million and was purchased by Eldorado Gold Corporation in late 2009 for over $2 billion.

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey was formerly a Director of the World Gold Council and is currently an Alternative Director. Mr. McCluskey was the recipient of the 2018 Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration. This award recognized Mr. McCluskey’s role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Alex Pickard is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Ivanhoe Mines. He was with Morgan Stanley as a Vice President and with BMO Capital Markets as an Associate. Mr. Pickard graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a bachelor's degree in Economics.

Scott joined Centerra Gold as Chief Executive Officer in November 2015 and in January 2018 assumed the title of President. He has over 23 years of international mining experience. Prior to joining Centerra, he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer & Director of AuRico Gold. Before that, Scott acted as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of AuRico Gold. Prior to joining AuRico Gold, Scott held increasingly senior financial roles with Barrick Gold in Australia, the United States, and Russia & Central Asia. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University, a post-graduate diploma in applied finance and investment, as well as a CPA designation.

He rejoined Buenaventura as Controller General in July 2011 until December 2017 when he became the Chief Financial Officer of Buenaventura. General Manager of Buenaventura since September 2017.
He has been a Director of Química Suiza Retail, the business that manages the Mi Farma pharmacy chain, since January 2016 until January 2018. CEO of Consorcio Energético de Huancavelica and Director of Sociedad Minera El Brocal, Compañía Minera Condesa y Empresa de Generación Huanza.

Gordon Stothart originally joined IAMGOLD at the end of 2007 as COO, moving to the position of President & CEO as of March 1st, 2020, bringing over 30 years of mining industry experience to the role. Prior to IAMGOLD, Gord worked in the Noranda-Falconbridge-Xstrata organization for 21 years in a number of operational, project, business development and management roles, including spending nearly 10 years in South America on large copper operations. Mr. Stothart graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1987 with a Double Major in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering and later completed a Falconbridge-sponsored Executive Development Program at the Universidad Católica de Santiago in Chile. Gord is involved in several industry associations and previously served as the Chair of the Mining Association of Canada (MAC) from 2019 to 2021. Gord is also the current Chair of the non-profit St. Elizabeth Foundation with a current focus on end-of-life care and in-community healthcare training and service partnerships with several First Nations and Inuit communities in Canada.

Mr. Paspalas joined MAG on October 15, 2013. Formerly Mr. Paspalas was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines; Chief Operating Officer, Silver Standard Resources Inc.; Executive Vice-President and Senior Vice President, Projects - Technical Development, Placer Dome Inc.; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa. During his career, Mr. Paspalas has been responsible for constructing and operating complex open-pit and underground mines in South Africa, Tanzania, Australia, South America and Canada. Mr. Paspalas earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales in 1984. Mr. Paspalas is also a Director of Pretivm Resources Inc.

Rui Feng, Ph. D., Geology. Chairman and CEO Dr. Rui Feng, a Canadian citizen, has worked as both a geologist and an executive in the mineral resource industry for over 20 years. He is an entrepreneur with an extensive track record in successfully acquiring and exploring mineral properties and ultimately turning them into profitable mining operations. Dr. Feng, was the founder of several successful publicly listed companies in Canada which have made significant discoveries of mineral resources in China, including Jinshan Gold Mines Inc., formerly, Pacific Minerals Inc. and Silvercorp.

Mr Jetson is a highly experienced career mining executive, having most recently served as Executive General Manager Cadia, Lihir and Global Technical Services at Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX: NCM). Previously, he was GM Lihir and prior to that held long‐term senior operating roles at Nyrstar and Zinifex in Australia, USA, Canada and Europe. Mr Jetson has experience in successfully leading challenging businesses in complex operating environments, together with deep technical knowledge.

A graduate of the Universite du Quebec a Montreal with a bachelor’s degree in earth sciences with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, Mr. Savard served previously as Osisko’s senior vice-president, exploration. Prior to joining Osisko Mining in 2016, Mr. Savard was a senior member of the Osisko Exploration James Bay, Virginia Mines and Virginia Gold Mines teams. Mr. Savard was a key member of the Virginia team which received the Association de l’Exploration Miniere du Quebec Prospector of the Year Award in 2004 and the PDAC’s prestigious Bill Dennis Award in 2006 for the discovery of the Eleonore gold deposit, and, along with the Osisko Mining management and exploration team, received the AEMQ 2017 Discovery of the Year Award, for the discovery of the Lynx deposit at Windfall. Mr. Savard is a registered PGeo as a member of the Ordre des Geologues du Quebec and is chairman of the board and a director of the AEMQ.

James Withall joined Rupert Resources in April 2017 and has over twenty years’ experience in mining. He was previously a Managing Partner and Fund Manager at Baker Steel Capital Managers. He was the lead manager of the award winning Baker Steel Global Funds Precious Metals Fund that was voted the top performing Gold and Precious Metals Equities Fund by Thomson Reuter Lipper Fund Awards, over 3 years in 2016 and, 3 and 5 years in 2017, throughout Europe. James worked for more than seven years as a geologist, working in Western Australia for number of gold mining companies in exploration, project and mine geologist roles, before joining the development team of the Xstrata Windimurra vanadium project. James has a degree in Applied Geology from Leicester University and a Masters in Mineral Project Appraisal from Imperial College, London.

Daniel Earle has over 17 years of experience in the mining sector and capital markets, covering projects ranging from early stage exploration through feasibility and engineering to production. Mr. Earle is currently the President and CEO of Solaris Resources and also serves on its Board of Directors. Prior to joining Solaris in November 2019, he was a Vice President and Director at TD Securities where he covered the mining sector for over 12 years and established himself as a thought leader in the space. Prior to joining TD Securities in 2007, Mr. Earle was a senior executive with a number of Canadian and U.S. public mineral exploration and mining companies. He is a graduate and scholar of the Lassonde Mineral Engineering Program at the University of Toronto.

Mr. Beck has more than 15 years of international project management and corporate development experience in the mining industry. He was recently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Filo Mining after serving as the President of the company since 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Beck served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Projects of Filo Mining and Josemaria Resources Inc. (formerly NGEx Resources Inc.). Before joining Filo Mining, Mr. Beck worked in corporate development with Lundin Mining, with a focus on project development, corporate strategy, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. Mr. Beck joined the Lundin Group of Companies in 2009 and has worked with many of the mining companies in the group. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Jody Kuzenko was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in October 2018. She is a senior mining executive with over 20 years of operational and business experience, mainly acquired at Vale (formerly Inco). After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Jody moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. She has a proven record of execution and leadership many areas of mining operations including refining, strategy, safety, health and environment, energy and utilities, and community, labour and government relations.

Jody holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University. She is a founding Advisory Board member of the Centre for Research in Occupational Safety and Health (CROSH) at Laurentian University and serves as a Director of Torex Gold. Previous Board experience includes the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, Association of Major Power Consumers of Ontario and Industrial Gas Users Association, Canada. In 2020, she was named one of the ‘Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ by Women in Mining UK as well as one of the ‘2020 Names to Know’ by CIM Magazine.

Mr. Marchese has over 25 years' experience in the mining sector. Having spent the majority of his career with Anglo American, he held progressive positions including that of Country Manager, Senior Advisor to the CEO and General Manager of the Quellaveco and Michiquillay Projects in Peru. Quellaveco is a Copper porphyry project currently under construction.

Mr. Marchese's earlier operating experience includes service with Anglo American's Mantoverde and Mantos Blancos copper mines in Chile as well as Hudbay Mining & Smelting in Canada. Recently, he was a Director to Compañía Minera San Ignacio de Morococha S.A. and an Alternate Director to Compañía Minera Poderosa S.A.

He has served as President of Peru's Society of Mining, Oil and Energy (SNMPE) from 2017 to 2019. He is currently Director of CONFIEP and member of Advisory bodies for different industry and academy organizations.

Mr. Marchese holds a Master of Science degree in Mineral Economics from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica in Peru. He has completed an AMP from GIBS - University of Pretoria, and an ASMP delivered jointly by the University of Cambridge and the University of Queensland.

Mr. Dougherty is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Argonaut Gold Inc. He served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Meridian Gold Inc. (“Meridian”) from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Dougherty has also served as: Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Meridian from 1997 to 2002; IBS Financial Manager of FMC Chemicals Group from 1994 to 1997; Group Financial Analyst of FMC Chemicals Group from 1993 to 1994 and the Controller of Paradise Peak Mine, FMC Gold from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Dougherty holds a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Oregon State College and an M.B.A. from Drexel University.

Wayne is a Metallurgist , Mineral Economist and an experienced company Director with over 30 years of corporate, operations, development and exploration experience. Formally Group Business Manager for the Mark Creasy owned Creasy Group, Wayne joined Westgold as a Non-executive Director in February 2020 and became Executive Director in August 2021.
