Mark Clark

Duncan Gibbs
Mr Gibbs joins Gold Road with over 30 years of field and management experience covering all aspects of the mining and exploration process in Australia through senior and executive positions held with AngloGold Ashanti, Acacia and Shell/Billiton.
Previously Mr Gibbs held management and executive roles at AngloGold Ashanti including most recently General Manager at Sunrise Dam where he led the well-publicised turnaround of one of the largest underground gold mines in Australia.
Prior to this Mr Gibbs headed the AngloGold Ashanti, Australasia Exploration team to the >8 Moz Tropicana discovery and acquired the dominant ground position in a new Australian gold province. As Tropicana evolved, he managed the prefeasibility and feasibility study teams for the project as the Vice President, and later on was appointed General Manager of Tropicana Gold Mine following project approval by the JV partners and regulators in late 2010.
Mr Gibbs is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Geology.

Leandro Garcia

Peter Bell

Richard Hyde
Richard is a geologist with 25 years’ experience in the mining industry and over 20 years’ experience operating in West Africa. He has managed large exploration and development projects for gold and base metals in Australia, Africa and Eastern Europe. Jody Kuzenko
Ms. Kuzenko was appointed President & CEO of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of COO since joining the Company in October 2018. Ms. Kuzenko is a senior mining executive with over 20 years of operational and business experience, mainly acquired at Inco/Vale. After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Ms. Kuzenko moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. She has a proven record of execution and leadership in the areas of base metals refining, sustainability, energy, safety, health and environmental protection, transport functions, oxygen and acid plants, maintenance shops and community, labour and government relations. Renaud Adams
Mr. Adams has been the President and CEO of New Gold Inc. since 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams’ time at Richmont Mines, production at the company’s principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. Natascha Viljoen
Member of the Anglo American plc group management committee. Prior to her current appointment, Natascha was group head of Processing for Anglo American, a position she had held since 2014. This followed six years at Lonmin, where she served on the executive committee as executive vice president of Processing, also with responsibility for several wider corporate functions including sustainability.

David is also a major supporter of the NSPCC and has raised over £1.5 million by summiting Mount Everest on five occasions. He was the first person to traverse Everest from the North to South in 2007. He is an ex-trustee, Chair of the Rebuilding Childhoods Board and was awarded an MBE by the Queen for his services to the charity.

In January 2010, he was appointed President, and in April 2011, he was appointed Wheaton’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Smallwood originally started as an exploration geologist with Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., and in 2001, was promoted to Director of Project Development, his role through its 2005 merger with Goldcorp. Before joining the original Wheaton River group in 1993, Mr. Smallwood also worked with Homestake Mining Company, Teck Corp. and Westmin Resources. Mr. Smallwood was an instrumental part of the team that built Wheaton River / Goldcorp into one of the largest, and more importantly, most profitable gold companies in the world, and he is now focused on continuing to add to the impressive growth profile of Wheaton. George Bee

This capped a 16-year history with Barrick Gold with positions that included Mine Manager at Goldstrike during early development and operations, Operations Manager at Pierina Mine taking Pierina from construction to operations, and General Manager of Veladero developing the project from advanced exploration through permitting, feasibility and into production.
With his Barrick experience and having had eight years in South Africa working underground gold with Anglo American and open pit copper with Rio Tinto at Palabora Mine, Mr. Bee was well placed to advance projects internationally and domestically as a senior executive. This led to his appointment to various board and leadership positions at various companies. As COO of Aurelian Resources in 2007, he was in charge of project development for Fruta del Norte in Ecuador until Aurelian was acquired by Kinross Gold in 2008. Post-acquisition, moving on from Kinross, where he had also previously worked from 1996 to 1998 advancing projects in El Salvador and Nevada, he joined Andina Minerals as CEO in 2009. Andina and its 6 million-ounce Volcan Gold Project in Chile was acquired by Hochschild in 2013. By this time Mr. Bee had been appointed to the boards of Peregrine Metals and later Stillwater Mining and Jaguar Mining. In 2014, he also assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Mining, operating mines in Brazil, as the company emerged from a financial restructuring process.

David Wolfin

Randy Smallwood

Martin Horgan

From 2000 to 2007, Mr. O’Connor was Vice-President, Exploration of Gabriel Resources Ltd. where he directed the drill out and feasibility of the 16+Moz Rosia Montana gold resource, the discovery and scoping of the Rodu-Frasin gold deposit (~2Moz), as well as the drill out and scoping studies of the large (500+MMt) Tarnita and Rosia Poieni Cu-Au porphyry deposits. David Anthony
A resident of Canada, Mr. David Anthony has +40 years’ experience in mine project development and operation. Darren Blasutti
