Octavio Alvidrez
Mr Alvídrez has extensive experience within the mining industry having previously held the position of General Manager of the Madero mine operated by Peñoles, which is one of Mexico’s largest mines. Keith Neumeyer
He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publically traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. Peter Megaw
Dr. Peter Megaw is Chief Exploration Officer (CXO) and co-founder of MAG Silver Corp. Dr. Megaw has 37 years of engagement in Mexican geology and is a well known and respected figure in the Mexican and global mining industry. Kerry Smith
Kerry Smith worked for 10 years as a mining engineer in Western Canada before completing a MBA in 1992. After graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta, Kerry worked for several coal and copper companies in Western Canada. In 1992 Kerry graduated with honors from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, with a Masters in Business Administration.

Mark Clark
Mark Clark is Executive Chairman of Capricorn Metals Ltd and a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the resources sector. Mark joined the Company in July 2019 after retiring from Regis Resources in October 2018. John Lewins
Mr. Lewins is a Mineral Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has previously worked in Africa, Australia, Asia, North America and the former Soviet Union. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to August 2017. Duncan Gibbs
Mr Gibbs joined Gold Road with over 30 years senior and executive positions with AngloGold Ashanti, Acacia and Shell-Billiton. Mr Gibbs was instrumental in leading the exploration, discovery, and development of the >8Moz Tropicana gold mine and was the inaugural General Manager. Mr Gibbs was General Manager at Sunrise Dam, one of the largest underground gold mines in Australia. As AngloGold’s Exploration Manager for Australasia Mr Gibbs managed exploration teams across Australia, China, Mongolia and joint ventures in south-east Asia.
Mr Gibbs has extensive experience in operational management, project studies and construction, HSE management, community engagement, risk and compliance, gold exploration, mine geology, and technical IT.

Trevor Turnbull
Trevor Turnbull joined Scotiabank in 2006 to cover mid-tier and emerging gold producers. Mr. Turnbull is a geologist by training and spent nine years in the industry throughout North America and abroad.

John McCluskey
John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Michael Cinnamond
Mike Cinnamond is the senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of B2Gold Corp. Prior to joining B2Gold in 2013, he was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was the BC Resources Leader for the mining, forestry and energy and utilities practices.
Mike has 22 years of experience in the mining industry sector and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC and holds an LL.B. designation from the University of Exeter.

Natascha Viljoen

Prior to joining BMO, she was Associate Portfolio Manager, Global Metals & Mining at one of Canada’s largest independent mutual fund companies and was named as a Canadian TopGun Investment Mind in 2018/19. Jackie also spent eight years in sell-side research covering the Canadian metals, mining, and bulk commodities sectors. She started her career in industry at Stelco Inc., where she worked as a metallurgist for six and a half years.
Jackie holds a bachelor of applied science and master of engineering, both in metallurgy and materials engineering, from the University of Toronto. She also holds a master of business administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Under his guidance, the company’s mutual funds have received recognition from Lipper and Morningstar, two trusted independent financial authorities. In 2015, Mr. Holmes led the company into the exchange-traded fund (ETF) business with the launch of the U.S. Global Jets ETF, which invests in the global airline sector. David began his career trading at Goldman Sachs, and then moved to Credit Suisse before building considerable asset management experience as a Partner at Bluecrest Capital.

Robert Hinchcliffe
Mr. Sutton’s career spans over 25 years as an exploration geologist. Mr. Sutton has worked in some of the largest gold camps in the world, including Witwatersrand, Timmins, and Kirkland Lake, serving in various capacities related entirely to the exploration and mining of gold. Mr. Sutton was awarded the Prospector of the Year for Ontario (along with Stew Carmichael) for the discovery of the South Mine Complex while he was Chief Geologist and Assistant Manager at Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. He guided Vault Minerals as Vice President of Exploration to a takeover by Queenston Mining Inc. He has since worked as Senior Geologist (Consultant) at Queenston, Osisko, and now Canadian Malartic. As Director of a spin-out company, Galway Gold, he has overseen exploration work at Vetas, Colombia. Mr. Sutton has successfully signed numerous option agreements for his own claim blocks. Mr. Bee is a senior mining industry executive, with deep mine development and operational experience. He has an extensive career advancing world-class gold mining projects in eight countries on three continents for both major and junior mining companies. Most recently in 2018 Mr. Bee concluded a third term with Barrick Gold as Senior VP Frontera District in Chile and Argentina to advance Pascua Lama feasibility as an underground mine. This capped a 16-year history with Barrick Gold with positions that included Mine Manager at Goldstrike during early development and operations, Operations Manager at Pierina Mine taking Pierina from construction to operations, and General Manager of Veladero developing the project from advanced exploration through permitting, feasibility and into production.
With his Barrick experience and having had eight years in South Africa working underground gold with Anglo American and open pit copper with Rio Tinto at Palabora Mine, Mr. Bee was well placed to advance projects internationally and domestically as a senior executive. This led to his appointment to various board and leadership positions at various companies. As COO of Aurelian Resources in 2007, he was in charge of project development for Fruta del Norte in Ecuador until Aurelian was acquired by Kinross Gold in 2008. Post-acquisition, moving on from Kinross, where he had also previously worked from 1996 to 1998 advancing projects in El Salvador and Nevada, he joined Andina Minerals as CEO in 2009. Andina and its 6 million-ounce Volcan Gold Project in Chile was acquired by Hochschild in 2013. William M. Sheriff

David Wolfin
Mr. Wolfin brings 30 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist’s assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist’s assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico, and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry.

Eduardo Landin
Ignacio joined Hochschild in 1992 and, prior to his appointment as CEO in April 2010, he served as General Manager of the Peruvian operations and as the Group's Chief Operating Officer from January 2008. Between 1998 and 2003 Ignacio worked as Chief Financial Officer of Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A., a company he subsequently became a Director of between 2003 and 2007. Andre Labuschagne

Sandeep Singh
Sandeep Singh joined Osisko as President in January 2020. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2020. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker in the metals and mining industry where he advised numerous mining companies on growth and financing strategies with Maxit Capital (2014-2020), Dundee Securities (2010?2014) and BMO Capital Markets (2005-2010). Randy Smallwood
Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Michael Michaud
Mr. Michaud, P.Geo., M.Sc. is a Professional Geologist with over 30 years’ of experience in domestic and international gold exploration and mining that includes a broad range of deposit types within North and South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Martin Horgan
Martin Horgan is a qualified mining engineer with 25 years in multiple areas of the mining industry. Mr. O'Connor is currently President, CEO, Chief Geologist and a Director of the Company. He has over 30 years of experience in international mineral exploration and development. Chris Lodder
Chris Lodder is President of Osisko Development.
Mr. Lodder has more than 30 years’ experience working on and managing Greenfields exploration, Brownfields exploration, and mine development with major and junior mining companies worldwide with the majority of his career focused in the Americas. He has led teams responsible for discoveries of compliant resources containing more than 34 million ounces of gold. He was President, CEO and a Director of Barkerville Gold Mines from 2016 until its acquisition by Osisko Gold Royalties in 2019. Chris is also the President of Talisker Exploration Services Inc., an Ontario based mining and exploration services company founded by Mr. Lodder and two partners in 2010, whose principal clients are Osisko Gold Royalties and their associated companies. From 1999 to 2010 he was South American Exploration Manager and later the Americas Exploration Manager for AngloGold Ashanti and prior that he had various management roles with Queenstake Resources in South America. Chris is a volunteer director on the board of the Barkerville Heritage Trust which oversees the management of the Barkerville Historic Town and Park which is a living museum which preserves the history of the Cariboo Gold Rush.

David Anthony
A resident of Canada, Mr. David Anthony has +40 years’ experience in mine project development and operation. His experience includes mine and process plant design, permitting, construction and operation. He has also worked in Canada, Ecuador, Brazil, Indonesia, Chile and Argentina to design, deliver and operate open pit and underground mine assets with CAPEX from $100 million to $3.6 billion and with total material movement to 65 million tonnes per year.
Mr. Anthony joined Asante as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) in July 2021 responsible to build and lead the Company operations team to refurbish the Bibiani Mine and to become a significant gold producer. Before joining Asante, he was COO of Cardinal Resources Limited, which developed the 5 million oz (reserve) Namdini gold deposit and project execution plan, prior to its purchase by Shandong Gold for more than US$500 million. Previous positions include working with Barrick in Africa for 10 years where he became COO of African Barrick Gold.
Mr. Anthony holds a B.Sc. Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.

Darren Blasutti
Mr. Blasutti was the President and CEO of US Silver & Gold prior to its merger with Americas Silver Corporation (formerly Scorpio Mining Corporation). He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of RX Gold & Silver Inc. and prior to that Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Barrick Gold Corporation ("Barrick"). He reported to the Chief Executive Officer and played a lead role in the strategic development of Barrick for 13 years between 1998 and early 2011, during which time he executed over 25 gold mining transactions including the acquisitions of Homestake Mining Company and Placer Dome Inc. and the consolidation of the world class Cortez property from Rio Tinto.
Mr. Blasutti also led the creation of Barrick Energy Inc. to hedge Barrick's exposure to energy prices and the initial public offering of African Barrick Gold. During his tenure at Barrick, Mr. Blasutti was integrally involved in numerous equity and financing transactions and also led the Investor Relations function. Mr. Blasutti was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he planned, supervised and managed audits for a variety of clients.

Diane Garrett
Diane Garrett - Dr. Garrett has over 25 years of senior executive management experience in the mining industry and an exceptional track record for developing projects, building companies and delivering shareholder value. At Romarco Minerals, she built and led the team that developed the multi-million ounce Haile Gold mine from discovery through to construction and grew the Company from $20 million market cap to $1.3 billion. Frederick Bell
Frederick co-founded Elemental Royalties in 2016 following his role as Managing Director of a listed gold exploration company, Goldcrest Resources plc, where he assembled a portfolio of gold licences in northeast Ghana to take to AIM. He has wide experience in the mining industry, including as General Manager of an ASX-listed uranium company from the age of 25. Frederick received the ‘Young Rising Star’ Award at Mines & Money 2018, read history at the University of Edinburgh and is on the Committee of Young Mining Professionals in London.
