Bill Beament
Mr. Beament is a mining engineer from the Western Australian School of Mines with more than 20 years’ experience in the resource sector in mine management, including several senior management positions, including General Manager of the Eloise Copper Mine in Queensland and General Manager of Operations for underground mining specialists Barminco Limited. As Managing Director of Northern Star, he has overall responsibility of more than 1,600 employees and contractors. Following Bill’s appointment as Managing Director of Northern Star, the company acquired Paulsens. The Paulsens deal marked the start of Northern Star’s growth from a 1c shell five years ago to a company now capitalised at over A$2.5 billion.

Peter Marrone
Peter Marrone founded Yamana Gold in July 2003. Mr. Marrone currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yamana. Paul Rollinson
Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer on August 1, 2012. He joined Kinross as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. In September 2009, he was appointed Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development.
Paul joined Kinross after a long career in investment banking, most recently as the Deputy Head of Investment Banking at Scotia Capital. During his time with Scotia, he was responsible for the mining, power/utilities, forestry and industrial sectors. He also served as Managing Director/Head of Americas for the mining group within Deutsche Bank AG, and before that, was a senior member of the mining team at BMO Nesbitt Burns. Paul has an Honours BSc in Geology from Laurentian University and an M. Eng. in Mining from McGill University.

Ammar Al-Joundi
Mr. Ammar Al-Joundi was appointed President of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited on April 6, 2015, and previously served as the Company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer from September 2010 to June 2012. Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets, and banking.
Prior to returning to Agnico Eagle in 2015, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation from July 10, 2012 to February 2015; its Senior Executive Vice President from July 2014 to February 2015; and served as an Executive Vice President from July 10, 2012 to July 2014.
Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer who graduated from U. Toronto in Mechanical Engineering. He has an MBA U. Western Ontario.

Gary Goldberg
Gary J. Goldberg was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and joined the Board of Directors of Newmont Mining Corporation on March 1, 2013. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2012 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since December 2011. Prior to joining Newmont, Mr. Goldberg was President and Chief Executive Officer of Rio Tinto Minerals, and served in leadership roles in Rio Tinto’s coal, gold, copper and industrial minerals businesses. Kelvin Dushnisky
Kelvin Dushnisky was appointed President of Barrick in August 2015. He provides overall leadership to the organization and holds responsibility for the execution of Barrick’s strategic priorities. He was appointed Co-President in 2014 and was previously Senior Executive Vice President with global responsibility for Government Relations, Permitting, Corporate Responsibility, Investor Relations and Communications. Pavel Grachev
Pavel Grachev was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of Polyus Gold in late 2013, before becoming permanent CEO in November 2014. Prior to joining Polyus Gold, from 2010 to 2013, Mr. Grachev served as Chief Executive Officer of the leading potash producer Uralkaly and then of the Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund. From 2006 to 2011, he worked as chief counsel and then managing director of the investment company Nafta Moskva. Benoit Desormeaux
Mr. Desormeaux assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2012. Andrew Pardey
Andrew Pardey was appointed CEO and director of the Board of Centamin plc on 1 February 2015. Mr Pardey served as General Manager-Operations at the Sukari Gold Mine before his previous appointment as Chief Operating Officer in May 2012.
Mr Pardey was a major driving force in bringing Sukari into production, having joined during the mine's construction phase and was instrumental in the successful transition of the operation through construction and into production.

Brad Gordon
Mr. Gordon was appointed as ABG's Chief Executive Officer in August 2013. He was previously the CEO of Intrepid Mines, a Canadian- and Australian-listed precious metals exploration and development company with primary operations in Indonesia. Prior to his time at Intrepid, Mr. Gordon was the CEO of Emperor Mines, the Australasian subsidiary of DRDGold before it merged with Intrepid. Fred Stanford
Mr. Stanford is a highly qualified mining executive with 30 years' experience in the mining industry. Mr. Stanford started his career at Inco Limited in 1981 as a software designer and then moved into operations management as an underground mine foreman. He progressed through increasingly senior roles in mines operations, processing plant operations, engineering, EHS, human resources, and production services operations. In 2006 he was appointed to the role of President of Vale Inco’s Ontario Operations, a position he held until June of 2009.

John McCluskey
John McCluskey has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. since 2003, when the Company was formed through a merger with National Gold Corp. Clive Johnson
Clive Johnson leads the strong management team of B2Gold. Mr. Johnson was involved with Vancouver based Bema Gold and its predecessor companies since 1977. He has been a significant contributor to the team advancing Perseus’s Edikan Gold Project in Ghana to production, and preparing the Sissingué Gold Project, Cote d’Ivoire, for a development decision. David Wolfin
Mr. Wolfin brings 30 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist's assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist's assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry.
Since 1990, Mr. Wolfin has worked for the Oniva Group of Resource companies, including Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director). In his various roles with these firms, he has helped raise over C$100 million.

Darren Blasutti

Dana Hatfield

Prior to joining GoGold, Mr. Hatfield served as Chief Financial Officer for Brigus Gold Corp. from 2011 to 2012, Senior Vice President Finance for AuRico Gold Inc. from 2007 to 2011 and Director of Finance with the Eastern Canada division of Sysco Corporation from 2004 to 2007, where Mr. Hatfield oversaw financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting and planning, equity and debt financings, and all operational finance functions. Prior to this he was a Senior Manager with an international accounting firm advising various public companies on Canadian and US stock exchange regulations, equity financings, and general financial management. Robert Archer

Ian Murray
Mr Murray is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 16 years' corporate experience in the resources sector. Between 1997 and 2005 he held positions including CFO and CEO with DRDGOLD Ltd. Mr Murray oversaw DRDGOLD's major acquisitions, restructures and stock exchange listings which grew the Company from a small, lease-bound South African miner into a globally listed multi-mine gold company. During this time he also served on the board of South African gold refinery Rand Refinery Limited and GoldMoney.com. Allan Kelly
Allan has over 20 years’ experience in mineral exploration geology, geochemistry and project management throughout Australia and the Americas, as well as general management experience in the resources, tourism, manufacturing and hospitality sectors. Mark Zeptner
Mark is a Mining Engineer and is the MD of Ramelius Resources. He was educated at the Western Australian School of Mines in Kalgoorlie and has more than 24 years’ experience including senior operational and management positions with WMC and Gold Fields Limited at their gold and nickel assets in Australia and offshore.

R. Michael Jones
R. Michael Jones brings over 25 years of experience as a professional geological engineer and has been involved with the raising of over $1 billion for exploration, mining development and production. Mark Learmonth
Mr Learmonth joined Caledonia in July 2008. Prior to this, he was a Division Director of Investment Banking at Macquarie First South in South Africa, and has over 17 years' experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector in Africa.

John Clarke
Dr. Clarke was appointed to the role of interim CEO in March 2013 and to the permanent role in December 2013, having served on the Banro board since 2004. Dr. Clarke is a non-executive director of Great Quest Metals Ltd. He has also served as the CEO of Nevsun Resources Limited, which successfully brought the Bisha Mine into production in Eritrea. Duncan Middlemiss
Duncan Middlemiss was the President and CEO and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (“SAS”) until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. in January 2016. Mr. Middlemiss joined SAS in July 2008 as General Manager and VP Operations, later assuming the role of COO. He was appointed as President and CEO in October 2013. He earned a B. Sc. in mining engineering at Queen’s University in 1989 and worked for Inco Limited (now Vale Canada Limited) as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. At that time, he joined Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. Jason Reid
Jason Reid was appointed Company CEO October 1, 2013 and also serves as Company President and as a director.
