Chris Bradbrook
Mr. Bradbrook is a mining professional whose career has spanned more than 35 years, and has generated a unique combination of experience and expertise. His principal roles have encompassed many aspects of the mining industry including financing, strategic planning, exploration, mine development, corporate development work, financial analysis, investor relations and marketing.

Peter Steenkamp is Harmony’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director from 1 January 2016. He has some 35 years’ experience in the mining industry, which include his last position as Senior Vice President: Mining of Sasol Mining Proprietary Limited, executive positions at Harmony from 2003 to 2007, African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) and Pamodzi Gold.
He is a member and past president of the Association of Mine Managers, and a member of the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the South African Colliery Managers’ Association.

Andrew Pardey
Andrew Pardey was appointed CEO and director of the Board of Centamin plc on 1 February 2015. Mr Pardey served as General Manager-Operations at the Sukari Gold Mine before his previous appointment as Chief Operating Officer in May 2012. He was a major driving force in bringing Sukari into production, having joined during the mine's construction phase and was instrumental in the successful transition of the operation through construction and into production.

Neal Froneman
Neal Froneman was appointed an executive director and CEO of Sibanye-Stillwater on 1 January 2013. He has over 30 years of relevant operational, corporate development and mining industry experience. He was appointed CEO of Aflease Gold Limited (Aflease Gold) in April 2003. Aflease Gold, through a series of reverse takeovers, became Gold One in May 2009. Neal was primarily responsible for the creation of Uranium One Inc. (Uranium One) from the Aflease Gold uranium assets. During this period, he was CEO of both Aflease Gold and Uranium One until his resignation from Uranium One in February 2008. Trevor Turnbull
Trevor Turnbull joined Scotiabank in 2006 to cover mid-tier and emerging gold producers. Mr. Turnbull is a geologist by training and spent nine years in the industry throughout North America and abroad.
Prior to starting with Scotiabank, he covered intermediate producers and emerging mining companies in the gold and base metal sectors with another investment dealer. Mr. Turnbull was recognized in 2017, 2016 and 2015 as part of the number one Gold/Precious Metals & Minerals - Small/Mid-Cap Team by Greenwich Associates. Octavio Alvidrez
Mr Alvídrez has extensive experience within the mining industry having previously held the position of General Manager of the Madero mine, one of Mexico’s largest mines operated by Peñoles. Michael Steinmann

Ron Clayton
Mr. Clayton is the President & CEO of Tahoe Resources Inc., a position he assumed in August 2016 after having served as the Company's President & COO since 2010. John McCluskey

Bradford Cooke is a professional geologist and entrepreneur with nearly 40 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Cooke began his career as project geologist managing mineral exploration programs for Noranda Mines, Shell Minerals and Chevron Minerals. He later owned and operated Cooke Geological Consultants Ltd., discovering several high grade gold vein deposits between 1983 to 1987. He founded Endeavour Silver Corp. in 2003 for the purpose of acquiring high-grade silver-gold projects in Mexico. Since that time, the Company has acquired, rebuilt and expanded three silver-gold mines in Mexico, and made a new discovery with the potential to become Endeavour’s fourth mine.

Mr. Paspalas joined MAG on October 15, 2013. Formerly Mr. Paspalas was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines; Chief Operating Officer, Silver Standard Resources Inc.; Executive Vice-President and Senior Vice President, Projects - Technical Development, Placer Dome Inc.; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa. Keith Neumeyer

Matt Manson
Matt Manson has more than 20 years’ experience in diamond exploration, development and production. Matt was appointed President of Stornoway in March 2007 following the acquisition of Ashton Mining of Canada and Contact Diamond Corporation, and subsequently President and CEO in January 2009. Between 1999 and 2005, Matt was employed by Aber Diamond Corporation (now Dominion Diamond Corporation) as Vice-President, Marketing, and thereafter Vice-President, Technical Services and Control, during which time he participated in the US$230m project financing for the Diavik Diamond Project, as well as overseeing Aber’s technical and marketing operations. Alan Hill
Mr. Hill has been a director of Gold Fields Limited since 2009. He previously served as President and CEO of Gabriel Resources Ltd., from May 2005 to March 2009. At Gabriel he led a team that redesigned the Rosia Montana project, a large-scale gold project in Europe, to be fully compliant with the strict new standards set by the European Union. Randy Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and is one of the founding members of Silver Wheaton. Kerry Smith
Kerry Smith worked for 10 years as a mining engineer in Western Canada before completing a MBA in 1992. After graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta, Kerry worked for several coal and copper companies in Western Canada. In 1992 Kerry graduated with honors from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, with a Masters in Business Administration.
After graduation Kerry joined First Marathon Securities Limited, an independent institutional broker in Toronto, covering small and mid-cap gold, base metals and diamond equities. Paul Huet

Duncan Middlemiss

Pavel Grachev
Pavel Grachev was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of Polyus Gold in late 2013, before becoming permanent CEO in November 2014. Prior to joining Polyus Gold, from 2010 to 2013, Mr. Grachev served as Chief Executive Officer of the leading potash producer Uralkaly and then of the Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund. From 2006 to 2011, he worked as chief counsel and then managing director of the investment company Nafta Moskva. From 1997 to 2005 he was the head of the Moscow office of the law firm Pavia e Ansaldo (Italy). Peter Marrone founded Yamana Gold in July 2003. Mr. Marrone currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yamana. Paul Rollinson
Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer on August 1, 2012. He joined Kinross as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. In September 2009, he was appointed Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development.
Paul joined Kinross after a long career in investment banking, most recently as the Deputy Head of Investment Banking at Scotia Capital. During his time with Scotia, he was responsible for the mining, power/utilities, forestry and industrial sectors. He also served as Managing Director/Head of Americas for the mining group within Deutsche Bank AG, and before that, was a senior member of the mining team at BMO Nesbitt Burns. Mike Jalonen
Mike Jalonen is the North American Senior Precious Metals Analyst and Global Coordinator Metals and Mining Global Research with the firm of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Based in Toronto, Mike joined BofA Merrill Lynch Global Research in May 1989 as a gold analyst through the firm’s acquisition of Midland Walwyn. Mike was appointed Global Coordinator for the Metals and Mining group in February 2009.

Sean Boyd
Mr. Boyd serves as the Vice-Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Agnico Eagle and is a member of its Board of Directors. Sandeep Biswas

Fred Stanford
Mr. Stanford is a highly qualified mining executive with 30 years' experience in the mining industry. Mr. Stanford started his career at Inco Limited in 1981 as a software designer and then moved into operations management as an underground mine foreman. He progressed through increasingly senior roles in mines operations, processing plant operations, engineering, EHS, human resources, and production services operations. In 2006 he was appointed to the role of President of Vale Inco’s Ontario Operations, a position he held until June of 2009.

Catharine Farrow
Catharine Farrow is a professional geoscientist with more than 21 years of mining industry experience. Ms. Farrow joined TMAC Resources Inc. in January 2013 as CEO and became a director in March 2013. Until joining TMAC, she was COO of KGHM International, the international subsidiary of Polish Cu-Ag miner KGHM Polska Miedź SA after the acquisition of Quadra FNX Mining. Ms. Farrow was Chief Technology Officer at Quadra FNX until early 2012. Before that she held roles of increasing responsibility at FNX, and after the merger between FNX and Quadra in 2010, including senior executive roles in exploration, project evaluation, technical services and corporate development. John Burzynski

John Dorward
Mr. Dorward has over 19 years of experience in the mining and finance industries and most recently served as Vice-President, Business Development at Fronteer Gold Inc. David Wolfin
Mr. Wolfin brings 30 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist's assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist's assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry.

Phil Ker
Philip joined PI Financial in September 2012 as a Precious Metals Analyst. He began his capital markets career after spending several years as an exploration and mining geologist throughout Canada where he gained extensive experience in grassroots and advanced underground exploration programs that included annual budgets in excess of $100M. Brad Langille
Mr. Langille was the co-founder of both Gammon Gold Inc. and Mexgold Resources Inc. and served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of both companies. Mark Learmonth
