Shaun Usmar
Mr. Usmar is an international mining executive with over 25 years of experience working around the globe in operational, financial and executive leadership roles in some of the world’s largest and fastest growing mining companies. Prior to founding Triple Flag, Mr. Usmar served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, from 2014 to 2016, where he helped restructure the company. Nolan Watson
Since co-founding Sandstorm Gold in 2008, Nolan Watson has led the company’s transformation from a small startup into a diversified royalty company with a billion-dollar market capitalization. Prior to co-founding Sandstorm, Nolan was Chief Financial Officer of Silver Wheaton Corp. Sandeep Singh
Sandeep Singh joined Osisko as President in January 2020. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker in the metals and mining industry where he advised numerous mining companies on growth and financing strategies with Maxit Capital (2014-2020), Dundee Securities (2010–2014) and BMO Capital Markets (2005-2010). Bill Heissenbuttel

Randy Smallwood
Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Michael Steinmann
Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American’s Board of Directors in 2016 and is a member of the Health, Safety, Environment and Communities Committee and the Finance Committee. Darren Blasutti

David Wolfin

Mark Zeptner
Mark is a Mining Engineer and is the MD of Ramelius Resources. He was educated at the Western Australian School of Mines in Kalgoorlie and has more than 25 years’ experience including senior operational and management positions with WMC and Gold Fields Limited at their gold and nickel assets in Australia and offshore.
He joined Ramelius as Chief Operating Officer in March 2012, took up the reins as Chief Executive Officer in June 2014 and was appointed Managing Director in July of 2015.

Jim Beyer
Jim is a Mining Engineer with a broad range of strategic, operating and start-up experience encompassing 30 years across a number of commodities including gold, copper, uranium, lead, zinc and iron ore. He has extensive gold industry experience having been the General Manager of the Boddington Gold Mine, one of Australia’s largest gold mines, from 2007 to 2010 and General Manager of the Pajingo Gold Mine from 2004 to 2006.
Prior to joining Regis Resources Jim was the Chief Executive Officer of Western Australian based iron ore producer and explorer Mt Gibson Iron Limited (ASX: MGX) from 2011 to 2018.

Andrew Wray
Mr. Wray was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective May 1, 2019 and a Director of the Company October 2, 2018. Previously, Mr. Wray was the Chief Executive Officer of the La Mancha Group, one of the largest direct investors in the gold mining sector. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Acacia Mining Plc, a UK listed company and one of the largest African gold producers. Stuart Gale
Mr Stuart Gale was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective 20 January 2020. Mr Gale was most recently Group Manager Corporate Finance for Fortescue Metals Group Limited (FMG). Since joining FMG in 2010, Mr Gale has been responsible for FMG’s funding, risk, and treasury functions as well as statutory, management and project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and investor relations programs. During FMG’s expansion period, Mr Gale ensured robust systems and processes were developed and implemented in addition to co-ordinating external and internal finance functions. More recently, the development of FMG’s refinancing strategies to result in a low cost, flexible, long dated debt portfolio that supports the company’s ongoing growth has been part of Mr Gale’s role. Mr Gale has strong global relationships with banks, ratings agencies, shareholders, debt holders and investors that will be highly beneficial to Resolute.

Octavio Alvidrez
Mr Alvídrez has extensive experience within the mining industry having previously held the position of General Manager of the Madero mine operated by Peñoles, which is one of Mexico’s largest mines. Mr Alvídrez joined the Peñoles Group in August 1988, since then he has held a number of senior operational and financial positions across Peñoles and Fresnillo, including that of Treasurer, Head of Investor Relations in London and Head of Procurement. Martin Horgan
Martin is a qualified mining engineer with 25 years in multiple areas of the mining industry. In his career he has shown a strong strategic and operating acumen as well as demonstrating a longstanding commitment to environmental and social responsibility within mining, which is central to Centamin’s decision-making and corporate strategy.
From 2009 to 2019 Martin was the Co-Founder and CEO of Toro Gold Ltd (“Toro”), where he oversaw the discovery, development and operation of the Mako Gold Mine in Senegal. John Lewins
Mr. Lewins is a Mineral Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has previously worked in Africa, Australia, Asia, North America and the former Soviet Union. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to August 2017. Renaud Adams
Mr. Adams has been the President and CEO of New Gold Inc. since 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold in November 2017. Duncan Middlemiss

Duncan Gibbs
Mr Gibbs joins Gold Road with over 30 years of field and management experience covering all aspects of the mining and exploration process in Australia through senior and executive positions held with AngloGold Ashanti, Acacia and Shell/Billiton.
Previously Mr Gibbs held management and executive roles at AngloGold Ashanti including most recently General Manager at Sunrise Dam where he led the well-publicised turnaround of one of the largest underground gold mines in Australia.
Prior to this Mr Gibbs headed the AngloGold Ashanti, Australasia Exploration team to the >8 Moz Tropicana discovery and acquired the dominant ground position in a new Australian gold province. As Tropicana evolved, he managed the prefeasibility and feasibility study teams for the project as the Vice President, and later on was appointed General Manager of Tropicana Gold Mine following project approval by the JV partners and regulators in late 2010.

Diane Garrett

Neal Froneman
Neal Froneman was appointed executive director and CEO of Sibanye-Stillwater on 1 January 2013. His career in technical, operations management and corporate development positions spans more than 30 years during which time he worked at Gold Fields of South Africa Limited, Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited (Harmony) and JCI Limited. In April 2003, Neal was appointed CEO of Aflease Gold Limited (Aflease Gold), which, through a series of reverse take-overs, became Gold One International Limited (Gold One) in May 2009. He was primarily responsible for the creation of Uranium One Incorporated (Uranium One) from the Aflease Gold uranium assets. Natascha Viljoen
Member of the Anglo American plc group management committee. Prior to her current appointment, Natascha was group head of Processing for Anglo American, a position she had held since 2014. This followed six years at Lonmin, where she served on the executive committee as executive vice president of Processing, also with responsibility for several wider corporate functions including sustainability.
Prior to that, Natascha worked for BHP’s coal and chrome businesses in South Africa (including as general manager of BHP’s Klipspruit Colliery), the Modikwa joint venture between Anglo American Platinum and African Rainbow Minerals, and AngloGold. Natascha began her career in 1991 at Iscor as a trainee engineer.
Natascha serves on advisory boards of the chemical engineering faculties at the South African universities of Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Queensland University’s JKMRC (Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre) in Australia. She has served as a non-executive director on the board of Kumba Iron Ore. Pavel Grachev
Pavel Grachev was appointed head of Polyus in 2013. Paul Rollinson

Jake Klein

John McCluskey
Mr. John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey is currently a Director of the World Gold Council. Leandro Garcia

Gordon Stothart
Gordon Stothart originally joined IAMGOLD at the end of 2007 as COO, moving to the position of President & CEO as of March 1st, 2020, bringing over 30 years of mining industry experience to the role. Prior to IAMGOLD, Gord worked in the Noranda-Falconbridge-Xstrata organization for 21 years in a number of operational, project, business development and management roles, including spending nearly 10 years in South America on large copper operations. George Paspalas

Mathieu Savard
Mathieu Savard serves as President of the Company. James Withall
James Withall joined Rupert Resources in April 2017 and has over twenty years’ experience in mining. He was previously a Managing Partner and Fund Manager at Baker Steel Capital Managers. Jody Kuzenko
Ms. Kuzenko was appointed President & CEO of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of COO since joining the Company in October 2018. Ms. Kuzenko is a senior mining executive with over 20 years of operational and business experience, mainly acquired at Inco/Vale. After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Ms. Kuzenko moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. Luis Marchese
Mr. Marchese has over 25 years' experience in the mining sector. Having spent the majority of his career with Anglo American, he held progressive positions including that of Country Manager, Senior Advisor to the CEO and General Manager of the Quellaveco and Michiquillay Projects in Peru. Quellaveco is a Copper porphyry project currently under construction.
