Mr. McDonald is a mining executive with over 25 years of experience in mining, corporate development, financial and management roles. He joined Taseko as Chief Financial Officer in 2013, was appointed President in June 2019, and CEO in July 2021.

Prior to Taseko, he held a number of senior roles in the mining industry including CFO of Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. (and its predecessor Quadra Mining Ltd.), a mid-tier copper producer with five operating mines in Canada, Arizona, Nevada, and Chile. He also held senior executive roles with Yukon Zinc Corp., and Cumberland Resources Ltd. prior to its acquisition by Agnico-Eagle Mines in 2007.

Before joining the mining industry, he spent 10 years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young. Mr. McDonald is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of British Columbia.

Scott Caldwell, Chief Executive Officer and President of SolGold Ecuador
Mr. Caldwell is a seasoned mining engineer with a remarkable track record spanning over 40 years in the global mining industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive and operating roles and acquired extensive experience building and managing gold and base metal mines worldwide. He has contributed to mining projects in diverse regions such as the USA, Canada, Russia, Zimbabwe, Chile, and Indonesia. Scott brings his knowledge and expertise to SolGold in Ecuador, and its flagship Cascabel deposit, one of the largest undeveloped Copper-Gold deposits in the world.

EUGENE LEI
Chief Financial Officer

Eugene was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2022, providing strategic financial and capital markets leadership at Hudbay. His responsibilities include financial reporting, investor relations, financial planning and treasury. Since joining Hudbay in 2012, Eugene has progressed through several senior management roles and executive responsibilities, and was most recently Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy. Eugene has over 20 years of global mining investment banking, finance and corporate development experience. Prior to joining Hudbay, Eugene was Managing Director, Mining at Macquarie Capital Markets, acting as an advisor on numerous global mining transactions and structuring equity and debt capital markets financings. Eugene holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University. In 2015, Eugene received the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum’s CIM-Bedford Canadian Young (under 40) Mining Leaders Award.

Mr. Beck has more than 15 years of international project management and corporate development experience in the mining industry. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Filo after serving as the President of the Company since 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Beck served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Projects of Filo Mining and Josemaria Resources Inc. (formerly NGEx Resources Inc.). Before joining Filo, Mr. Beck worked in corporate development with Lundin Mining, with a focus on project development, corporate strategy, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. Mr. Beck joined the Lundin Group of Companies in 2009 and has worked with many of the mining companies in the group. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Rockandel has been CEO of Lundin Mining since November 2021, and Director since January 2022. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations having joined the Company in 2018.

Mr. Rockandel has more than 25 years experience in Canadian capital markets, particularly in global resources and mining. Prior to joining Lundin Mining, Mr. Rockandel was the Managing Director, Investment Banking at GMP Securities and led their North American Mining practice overseeing and executing GMP’s Mining capital markets and investment banking strategy. He brings with him former experience from GMP Institutional Sales, Deutsche Bank Canada and Yorkton Securities (currently Macquarie). Mr. Rockandel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Mr Alvídrez has extensive experience within the mining industry having previously held the position of General Manager of the Madero mine operated by Peñoles, which is one of Mexico’s largest mines. Mr Alvídrez joined the Peñoles Group in August 1988, since then he has held a number of senior operational and financial positions across Peñoles and Fresnillo, including that of Treasurer, Head of Investor Relations in London and Head of Procurement. Mr Alvídrez is a director of the Lowell Institute for Mineral Resources of the University of Arizona, a member of the Mexican Mining Chamber and a Vice-president of the Advisory Board of the School of Mines of the University of Guanajuato, Mexico.

Phil Baker is President and CEO of Hecla Mining Company. During his 22 years with Hecla, the 132-year-old Company has transformed into one with long-lived, low-cost mines, large land positions and a North American focus. Hecla is the largest primary silver producer and the third largest producer of lead and zinc in the US. Today, Hecla is uniquely positioned to provide the key minerals needed for a decarbonized energy future. With over 30 years in the industry, he knows what creates long-term value for stakeholders and opportunities for employees.

Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004 and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and President and CEO in 2016. He has also been a director of the Company since 2016 and is a member of the Communities & Sustainable Development and the Health, Safety & Environment Committees.
Mr. Steinmann has over 25 years of experience in the base and precious metals industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science (Geology) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Zurich, and a Degree in Corporate Finance from Escuela Superior de Administración y Negocios, Lima.
Mr. Steinmann has extensive experience throughout South America in mine operations and project development, having participated in numerous mine construction projects from exploration and feasibility studies, through start-up and into continuous operation. He is also experienced in corporate M&A and has been involved in many capital market transactions, including placements of equity and debt, as well as numerous other exploration and business development initiatives. Mr. Steinmann is past President of the Silver Institute, a non-profit international industry association that aims to increase public understanding of the many uses and values of silver.

He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publically traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Finance in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Mr. Paspalas joined MAG in October 2013. Formerly, Mr. Paspalas was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines, Chief Operating Officer of Silver Standard Resources Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa, among many operational and project development roles with Placer Dome. During his career, Mr. Paspalas has been responsible for constructing and operating complex, open pit and underground mines in South Africa, Tanzania, Australia, South America and Canada. Mr. Paspalas earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales in 1984. Mr. Paspalas is also a CGIC Accredited Director.

Jorge A. Ganoza co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. in 2004 and currently serves as our President and CEO and as a Director on our Board. Jorge is an experienced geological engineer who has worked on mineral exploration, mining and business development projects throughout Latin America since 1995. Before founding Fortuna, he worked in business development at senior levels for several private and public Canadian junior mining companies operating in Central and South America. He graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1995. Jorge served as director of Ferreycorp from March 2017 to July 2020.

Mr Attew is a mining industry veteran who has dedicated over 25 years to the mining sector. Most recently he was the President and CEO of Gold Standard Ventures until its acquisition by Orla Mining in August 2022. Previously he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Goldcorp Inc. where, in addition to leading the finance and investor relations operations, he was responsible for Goldcorp’s corporate development and strategy culminating in the US$32 billion merger with Newmont Mining.

Mr. Attew has extensive capital markets experience from his time in investment banking with the BMO Global Metals and Mining Group where he was at the forefront of structuring and raising significant growth capital as well as advising on both formative and transformational mergers and acquisitions for corporations that have become industry leaders over the past two decades and is also on the board of Evolution Mining.

Mr. Attew obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hon) from the University of British Columbia as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Queen’s University.

Mr. Mullowney was appointed CEO in December 2020. He is a former Partner and Managing Director atPricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), where he led PwC Canada’s Deals Mining Group for more than tenyears. Mr. Mullowney has an extensive mining background, working with miners, Governments, andinsti tuti onal investors across the world and supporti ng them in making key strategic business, fi nancing,and policy decisions. Mr. Mullowney is a CA, CPA, CFA and holds a BBA from Acadia University.

The born and bred Namibian mining engineer has an impressive 25 year track record with top-tier companies across the mining value chain, and knows the African continent like the back of his hand. After building and operating mines with Rio Tinto, AngloGold-Ashanti and Gold Fields early in his career, he joined the finance sector working for Nedbank Capital and Old Mutual Investment Group.

Heye is the co-founder of the former Auryx Gold Corp. which advanced the Otjikoto gold project in Namibia until selling to B2 Gold Corp for US$160m in 2011. As the former President & CEO of Ecuador Gold & Copper Corp. (“EGX”), Heye was instrumental in the formation of Lumina Gold Corp. through the C$200m merger of EGX with Odin Mining, before founding Osino Resources in 2015 with Alan Friedman.

Matt was appointed President and CEO of Marathon Gold in August 2019. He has over 25 years in mining exploration, project development, construction and operation. The Valentine Gold Project is the third mine development project he has been involved in.

Matt was previously the President and CEO of Stornoway Diamond Corporation where he led the C$947M project financing for the Renard Diamond Mine in north central Quebec and oversaw its successful construction and ramp-up.

In 2015, Matt was awarded the Viola Macmillan Award by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and in 2017 he was the Northern Miner Mining Person of the Year and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Mining and Energy, Quebec). Matt is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh (B.Sc. Geophysics, 1987) and the University of Toronto (Ph.D. Geology, 1996).

Prior to Stornoway (and its predecessor companies), Matt was employed by Aber Diamond Corporation (subsequently Dominion Diamond Corporation) as Vice-President, Marketing, and thereafter Vice-President, Technical Services and Control, during which time he participated in the US$230m project financing for the Diavik Diamond Mine and oversaw Aber’s technical and marketing operations during Diavik’s construction, ramp-up and operation.

Mr. Still is an experienced mining industry professional with over 25 years of experience including working for major gold miners such as Newmont, Goldcorp, Placer Dome, Kinross Gold, and Agnico Eagle. He has worked within Canada and internationally in a variety of leadership roles including corporate and project development, and mine operations. Mr. Still has spent over ten years in corporate development having formerly served as Director, Corporate Development with Newmont Corporation (formerly Goldcorp), and most recently as Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer for GoldMining. Mr. Still graduated with a Bachelor of Science (First Class, Honours) from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Science (structural geology) from Queen’s University.

As the Co-Founder, Managing Director & CEO of Adriatic Metals (ASX:ADT) Paul brings to the table over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, funds management, and commodity trading. His previous roles have all shared a strong European mining focus and he is a passionate and experienced leader. In addition to his role at Adriatic Metals, he is also a Chairman of ASX listed Black Dragon Gold Corp and Director of ASX listed Taruga Minerals.

Steven Dean is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He has extensive experience internationally in mining, including as President of Teck Cominco Limited (now Teck Resources Ltd.). Prior to joining Teck, Mr. Dean was a founding member of management of the Normandy Poseidon Group, (which became Normandy Mining) a co-founder of PacMin Mining Corporation which became a subsidiary of Teck Corporation in 1999. He was also a co-founder and former Chairman of Amerigo Resources Ltd. More recently, Mr. Dean was Chairman, CEO and founder of Atlantic Gold Corporation, focused on gold exploration, development and production in Nova Scotia, which was sold to St. Barbara Limited in 2019 for $802 million after building its Moose River Consolidated Mine on time and on budget and operating at the lowest decile cost profile in the gold sector.

Mr. Dean is a recipient of the Viola R. MacMillan Award from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for individuals demonstrating leadership in management and financing for the exploration and development of mineral resources. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ARTG) and Chairman of Oceanic Iron Ore Corp. (TSX-V: FEO).

Mr. Reichert has 30 years of experience in the mining industry and prior to joining Skeena, was the Vice President of Operations at B2Gold Corp. where he oversaw their three international gold operations. Before his most recent role at B2Gold Corp, Mr. Reichert was the General Manager at their Fekola Mine in Mali where he was part of the development team and led the transition from development into operations. He started his career with Cominco in Canada working at various operations including the Snip Mine. He then embarked on international work with Bema Gold, Oriel Resources, and other junior companies in executive roles where he was responsible for various development projects and mining operations. Randy has led construction or development projects in Russia, Brazil, Nevada, and Kazakhstan and was General Manager during the development of the Kupol Mine in Russia with Bema Gold and subsequently Kinross. He also has experience as a consultant assisting with due diligence for mine financings for Canadian financial groups. Mr. Reichert has a BASc in Mining and Mineral Processing, an MScEng in Rock Mechanics, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and is a Professional Engineer.

Dr. West-Sells has over 25 years' experience in the mining industry. After obtaining his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia in Metallurgical Engineering, he worked with BHP, Placer Dome, and Barrick in increasingly senior roles in Research and Development and Project Development. Since 2006, Dr. West-Sells has worked for Western Copper, holding a number of technical and executive positions. Currently, as the President and CEO of Western Copper and Gold, Dr. West-Sells oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Dr. West-Sells sits on the Yukon Minerals Advisory Board, the Board of the Yukon Mining Alliance and the Centre for Northern Innovation in Mining Governing Council.

André Labuschagne is an experienced mining executive with a career spanning more than 30 years, primarily in the gold industry.

He has held various executive roles in South Africa, PNG, Fiji and Australia for a number of leading gold companies, including Emperor Gold Mines, DRD Gold and AngloGold Ashanti. Previously as the Managing Director of ASX-listed gold company Norton Gold Fields Limited, Mr Labuschagne led the company’s growth to become a significant Australian gold producer, prior to its sale to a major Chinese gold company in 2012.

Mr Labuschagne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Potchefstroom University in South Africa.

Mr. Awde is the Co-Founder President, CEO and Director of Dakota Gold Corp. Previously Mr. Awde was the Co-founder, Director and past CEO and President of Gold Standard Ventures Corp. As CEO/President of Gold Standard, from July 2010 through December 2020 Mr. Awde oversaw all corporate development, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising and the procurement of capital for the development of Gold Standard's assets.
Mr. Awde spent the last 20 years raising financing for various junior resource companies in some of the most challenging market environments. Focusing on institutional accounts, high net worth and family offices, he has successfully raised close to $700 million for public and private companies in the natural resources sector.

Mr. Sean Roosen is the Non-Executive Chair of Osisko Gold Royalties. Mr. Roosen was a founding member of Osisko Mining Corporation (2003) and of EurAsia Holding AG, a European venture capital fund.
Mr. Roosen has over 30 years of progressive experience in the mining industry. As founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Osisko Mining Corporation, he was responsible for developing the strategic plan for the discovery, financing and development of the Canadian Malartic mine. He also led the efforts for the maximization of shareholders’ value in the sale of Osisko Mining Corporation, which resulted in the creation of Osisko Royalties. Mr. Roosen is an active participant in the resource sector and in the formation of new companies to explore for mineral deposits both in Canada and internationally.
In 2017, Mr. Roosen received an award from Mines and Money Americas for best Chief Executive Officer in North America and was, in addition, named in the “Top 20 Most Influential Individuals in Global Mining”. In prior years, he has been recognized by several organizations for his entrepreneurial successes and his leadership in innovative sustainability practices. Mr. Roosen is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines.
Mr. Roosen serves on the board of directors of Osisko Mining and Victoria Gold Corp. as a representative of Osisko Royalties.

Thomas Credland is Head-Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Rupert Resources Ltd.

In the past Mr. Credland held the position of Head-Investor Relations for London Mining Plc.

He received an undergraduate degree from The University of Edinburgh and a graduate degree from Imperial College London.

Thomas is a geologist with over 15 year’s experience in mining. Thomas began his career in the gold mining industry in Western Australia before returning to the United Kingdom to work as a mining analyst. He then worked in an institutional equity sales role at Canaccord before moving into a senior corporate position at a London listed mining company. Thomas holds a degree in Geology from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters in Mineral Project Appraisal from Imperial College, London.

A graduate of the Universite du Quebec a Montreal with a bachelor’s degree in earth sciences with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, Mr. Savard served previously as Osisko’s senior vice-president, exploration. Prior to joining Osisko Mining in 2016, Mr. Savard was a senior member of the Osisko Exploration James Bay, Virginia Mines and Virginia Gold Mines teams. Mr. Savard was a key member of the Virginia team which received the Association de l’Exploration Miniere du Quebec Prospector of the Year Award in 2004 and the PDAC’s prestigious Bill Dennis Award in 2006 for the discovery of the Eleonore gold deposit, and, along with the Osisko Mining management and exploration team, received the AEMQ 2017 Discovery of the Year Award, for the discovery of the Lynx deposit at Windfall. Mr. Savard is a registered P.Geo. as a member of the Ordre des Géologues du Quebec. He has sat on the AEMQ Board of Directors since 2009, serving as chairman from 2019 to 2022.

Rudi Fronk, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Seabridge Gold, has over 35 years experience in the gold business, primarily as a senior officer and director of publicly traded companies. In 1999 Mr. Fronk co-founded Seabridge and has served as the Company’s CEO since that time. Mr. Fronk is a graduate of Columbia University from which he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics.

Greg is President and Chief Executive Officer of NOVAGOLD and has been since January 2012. Mr. Lang has more than 35 years of diverse experience in mine operations, project development, and evaluations. Prior to joining, he was President of Barrick Gold North America and Managing Director of Barrick Gold Australia. Mr. Lang has held progressively responsible operating and project development positions over his career at Homestake Mining Company and International Corona Corporation, both of which are now part of Barrick. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla and is a Graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.

Mr. Stralow is an experienced mining executive and qualified mining engineer with over 20 years’ industry experience. He was a member of the senior management team at Northern Star Resources for over 10 years, with roles including head of operations and head of business development during a period of exceptional growth. He has extensive experience in strategy development and execution, building and operating modern underground mining operations, business integration and transformation, and building high performing teams.

B.Eng (Mining), MACID, FAusIMM
Mr. Jardine is a senior mining executive with direct experience growing resource companies from early stage exploration through to multi-operation entities. This includes taking projects through feasibility studies, equity funding, debt financing, project development and operations.

Commodity experience includes precious metals, base metals and bulk commodities across underground and open pit operations. Processing methods utilised at these projects and operations include CIP/CIL, DMS, sulphide flotation, BIOX, pressure oxidation and SX/EW. Projects developed have received Australian State and Federal recognition for environmental best practice and health and safety and human resources systems.

Mr Jeff Quartermaine is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Perseus Mining Limited, a mid-tier ASX/TSX listed gold mining company, headquartered in Perth, Australia. Jeff has more than 35 years’ experience at board and senior management level with ASX and TSX-listed resources companies involved in gold and base metals exploration, development and mining in Australia and several developing countries including Sudan, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, PNG, Philippines and Chile. He holds both post graduate business management (MBA) and undergraduate engineering (BE) qualifications and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (FCPA).

Mr Gibbs joined Gold Road with over 30 years senior and executive positions with AngloGold Ashanti, Acacia and Shell-Billiton. Mr Gibbs was instrumental in leading the exploration, discovery, and development of the >8Moz Tropicana gold mine and was the inaugural General Manager. Mr Gibbs was General Manager at Sunrise Dam, one of the largest underground gold mines in Australia. As AngloGold’s Exploration Manager for Australasia Mr Gibbs managed exploration teams across Australia, China, Mongolia and joint ventures in south-east Asia.

Mr Gibbs has extensive experience in operational management, project studies and construction, HSE management, community engagement, risk and compliance, gold exploration, mine geology, and technical IT.

As Managing Director and CEO, Mr Gibbs is the conduit between the board and management and is responsible for the implementation of board-approved sustainability and climate change strategies and policies.

Mr Gibbs is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Science, Honours (First Class) in Geology from James Cook University. Mr Gibbs is a dual national with Australian and British citizenship.
Mr Gibbs was appointed MD & CEO with Gold Road on 17 Sept 2018.

Jim Beyer
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Regis Resources

Jim Beyer has been with Regis since October 2018.

Jim is a Mining Engineer with a broad range of strategic, operating and start-up experience encompassing 30 years across a number of commodities including gold, copper, uranium, lead, zinc and iron ore. He has extensive gold industry experience having been the General Manager of the Boddington Gold Mine, one of Australia’s largest open cut gold mines and also the high-grade underground Pajingo Gold Mine.

Immediately prior to joining Regis Resources Jim was the Chief Executive Officer of Western Australian based iron ore producer and explorer Mt Gibson Iron Limited (ASX: MGX) from 2012 to 2018.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining), a Master of Geoscience (Mineral Economics) and is the President of the Association of Mining & Exploration Companies (AMEC) Executive Council.

Mr. Lewins is a Mineral Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has previously worked in Africa, Australia, Asia, North America and the former Soviet Union. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to August 2017. Mr. Lewins has successfully managed the development of a number of open pit and underground gold, precious and base metal mines from feasibility study through to profitable operations.

Mr. Lewins has operated extensively at the corporate level in various roles from Executive General Manager to Director and Chief Executive Officer with a number of other mining companies, including MIM Holdings, First Dynasty Mines, Platinum Australia and African Thunder Platinum.

Mr. Lewins received his National Diploma for Technicians (Extractive Metallurgy) from Technikon Witwatersrand, South Africa, a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Mineral Engineering from University of Leeds, England and a Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Queensland.

John Lewins is Chair of the K92 Health and Safety Committee and a member of the Sustainability Committee.

George Burns joined Eldorado on February 1, 2017 and assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer on April 28, 2017. Prior to joining us, George was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Goldcorp. He also held the Goldcorp positions of Senior Vice President, Mexican Operations and Vice President, Canada and United States respectively. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Centerra Gold Inc.
George has over 30 years of experience in the mineral sector including executive, operations, development and engineering leadership roles in gold, copper and coal operations. George has served in various capacities for Asarco LLC including Vice President of Mining as well as numerous capacities for Cyprus Minerals Corporation. He began his career with Anaconda Company in 1978.

Peter Steenkamp is Harmony’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director from 1 January 2016. He has some 39 years’ experience in the mining industry, which include his last position as Senior Vice President: Mining of Sasol Mining Proprietary Limited, executive positions at Harmony from 2003 to 2007, African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) and Pamodzi Gold.

He is a member and past president of the Association of Mine Managers, and a member of the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the South African Colliery Managers’ Association.

Ron has a wealth of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Hochstein has worked for the Lundin family directly and as a consultant for over twenty years. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Lundin Gold, Mr. Hochstein served as President and CEO of Denison Mines Corp. (TSX, NYSE MKT) for seven years, having joined a predecessor company to Denison in 1999. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hochstein was a Project Manager with Simons Mining Group and worked at Noranda Minerals as a metallurgical engineer. Mr. Hochstein has a B.Sc. in metallurgical engineering and an MBA. Mr. Hochstein became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2014 and was instrumental in the acquisition of Fruta del Norte.

Mr. Antal was appointed Executive Chairman of SSR Mining in June, 2023. Previously, Mr. Antal served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of SSR Mining following the merger with Alacer Gold in September 2020. Prior to the merger, Mr. Antal held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer with Alacer Gold since August 2013 and prior to that, he served as Alacer Gold’s Chief Financial Officer from May 2012 to August 2013. Mr. Antal has over 25 years of global mining experience in various mineral and metal businesses, including precious metals. This experience spans both corporate roles and at various mine operating sites. Mr. Antal began his mining career working for Placer Dome in Papua New Guinea and then nearly 15 years within the Rio Tinto Group where he held various senior management positions.

Clive Johnson is a founding shareholder of B2Gold Corp. and has served as President, CEO and Director since its inception in November 2006, and leads the Company’s executive team.
From Northeast Russia to South Africa, Clive, through his leadership roles in B2Gold and predecessor company, Bema Gold Corporation, has been involved in exploration and gold mining in 12 different countries.
Clive is recognized for combining his entrepreneurial business approach to the mining industry with one of the industry’s most experienced and successful teams of geologists and engineers. He is also well known for his commitment to corporate social responsibility. Based on his personal and professional credo of fairness, respect, transparency and accountability, Clive leads B2Gold’s commitment to improve the lives of all the Company’s employees and local communities worldwide.
Prior to B2Gold, Clive was a founder of Vancouver-based Bema Gold. He was appointed as CEO after the company was created through an amalgamation of three Bema group companies in 1988. Clive was a driving force behind Bema Gold’s dramatic transformation from a junior exploration company to an international intermediate gold producer. Bema Gold was acquired by Kinross Gold Corporation for C$3.5 billion in 2007.
Founded as a private company by the former management and technical teams of Bema Gold, B2Gold went public in December 2007 as a junior exploration company. Since then, B2Gold has grown into a low-cost international senior gold producer with forecast consolidated gold production of between 1,000,000 and 1,055,000 ounces in 2020.
Clive is a past recipient of both the Viola MacMillan Developer’s Award from the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada and the Pacific Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Mining and Metals.

Mr Conway was appointed Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer of Evolution Mining Limited with effect from 1 August 2014 (previously a Non-Executive Director).

Mr Conway has more than 30 years’ experience in the resources sector across a diverse range of commercial, financial and operational activities. He has held a mix of corporate, operational and commercial roles within Australia, Papua New Guinea and Chile with Newcrest and prior to that with BHP Billiton. Immediately prior to his role at Evolution he held the position of Executive General Manager – Commercial and West Africa with Newcrest Mining. Mr Conway served as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee for Aurelia Metals Limited until his retirement effective 31 August 2022.

Greg Smith assumed the role of CEO of Equinox Gold in September 2022 and has been President of Equinox Gold since March 2017, helping to lead the team through four mergers and an asset acquisition to grow the company from a single-asset developer to a multi-asset producer. Prior to his role with Equinox Gold, he held the roles of CEO of JDL Gold, CEO and founder of Anthem United, President and CEO of Esperanza Resources prior to its sale to Alamos Gold, and CFO of Minefinders Corporation prior to its sale to Pan American Silver. Previously Greg has held management positions at both Goldcorp and the mining division of KPMG LLP, and he also acted as a director of Premier Royalty prior to its sale to Sandstorm Gold. Currently Greg is a director of i-80 Gold and is chair of Sandbox Royalties. Greg is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.

Gerard Bond has extensive experience in global finance and the resources industry and has held numerous senior executive roles across Europe and Australia. Most recently, he was the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer at Newcrest Mining Limited from January 2012 to January 2022, a period of considerable operational, financial and growth transformation.

Prior to joining Newcrest, Gerard was with BHP for over 14 years where he held various senior executive roles in Mergers and Acquisitions, Treasury, as Deputy CFO of the Aluminum business, CFO and then Acting President of the Nickel business, and finally as BHP's Head of Group Human Resources. Prior to joining BHP, he worked in Corporate Finance for Coopers & Lybrand.

David Rae is a seasoned international mining and smelting executive with extensive experience in Africa, Canada and Europe. He has held senior executive and operational roles in international mining companies including Falconbridge and Xstrata. David is a collaborative leader with a reputation of building high performing teams to optimize current assets allowing the business to focus on growth and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England.

Mr. Rae joined DPM in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Operations and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In May 2020, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Tomory has over 25 years of experience in mining, engineering and construction and was appointed Centerra’s President & CEO effective May 1, 2023. Prior to his appointment, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation, where he worked for over 14 years in a series of progressive technical roles. Prior to Kinross, he worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and Golder Associates. Mr. Tomory is a professional engineer in the province of Ontario with a Master of Applied Science in Civil (Mining) Engineering from the University of Toronto and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management

Renaud Adams has over 30 years of global mining experience in senior executive positions and operations. Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of New Gold Inc. from 2018 to 2022, where he led the strategic repositioning of the company and turnaround of its operations. Prior to New Gold, Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Inc. from 2014 until the company was sold to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams' time at Richmont Mines, production at the company's principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was General Manager of IAMGOLD's Rosebel mine in Suriname before being appointed Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Greg Roberts has been Chief Executive Officer and a Director of A-Mark since July 2005. Mr. Roberts has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of SGI since March 2008. Mr. Roberts previously served as the President of SGI’s North American coin division, which included A-Mark. He is also a lifetime member of the American Numismatic Association. Through his day-to-day involvement in all aspects of the Company’s operations, Mr. Roberts provides a vital link between junior and senior management personnel and the general oversight and policy-setting responsibilities of the Board. Mr. Roberts is a director of SGI (serving as such since 2000). Mr. Roberts also serves as Chief Executive Officer of SGI.

Mr. Roberts brings to the Board expertise in numismatics and trading, extensive knowledge of the precious metals industry and, in his role as Chief Executive Officer, in-depth knowledge of the Company and its business.

Frank R. Hallam has over 27 years of experience in the mining, minerals and petroleum industry as an operator, principal, and founder of several NYSE.American, TSX and TSXV corporations. His experience includes both equity and debt financing and the execution of exploration, discovery and development programs in Canada, the USA, Mexico and in six different countries in Eastern and Southern Africa. He has been directly involved in friendly and hostile M&A transactions and has been involved in more than USD $2.0 billion in public offerings in the USA, Canada, and Europe.

In his role as CFO and Director with TSX listed gold exploration company Tan Range Exploration Corp. (1995 to 2002) he set up and administered exploration offices in Tanzania, Ethiopia and Eritrea.

Mr. Hallam was the original founder of New Millennium Metals Corp. In addition to co-founding Platinum Group Metals Ltd. Mr. Hallam was a co-founder (2003) and former CFO and director until 2014 of MAG Silver Corp. Mr. Hallam was a co-founder (2005) and director of West Timmins Mining Inc. He served as a director of Lake Shore until the billion-dollar take-over of Lake Shore by Tahoe Resources Inc. in April 2016. Mr. Hallam currently serves as CFO & Corporate Secretary of West Vault Mining Inc.

Mr. Hallam is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (1993), was formerly an auditor in the public Mining Practice of Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (1990).

Matt Badylak was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer on 14 June 2021. Prior to this, Matt was EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Galiano where he took the lead in building the Company’s senior executive technical team. Matt is a mining professional with 20 years of extensive experience in senior management and operational planning covering Australia, Mongolia, China, Canada, Turkey and Ghana.

Prior to joining Galiano in 2020, Matt held the position of General Manager Kisladag with Eldorado Gold, a mid-tier gold producer with operations in Turkey, Canada, China and Greece. During his time with Eldorado he also held senior management roles including; Managing Director -China Operations, General Manager Tanjianshan and Director of Operational Support. Throughout his career, Matt has built strong, result orientated teams and executed on multiple cost saving and operational efficiency programs which have yielded significant shareholder returns. Earlier in his career he held several technical roles across Australia and Asia.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Extractive Metallurgy and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Murdoch University in Perth and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr. Learmonth joined Caledonia in July 2008. Prior to this, he was a division director of investment banking at Macquarie First South in South Africa, and has over 17 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector in Africa.

Mr. Learmonth graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant. Mr. Learmonth is a member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Mines, Zimbabwe. Mr. Learmonth was appointed Caledonia's Chief Financial Officer in November 2014 and became the Chief Executive Officer in July 2022.

Richard Young brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in the gold industry. A Chartered Professional Accountant, Mr. Young joined Barrick Gold Corporation (ABX-T) in 1991 and served in a series of positions of increasing responsibility in finance, operations, corporate development, investor relations and mine development. Most recently, Mr. Young was the President and CEO of Teranga Gold Corporation which was sold to Endeavor Mining Corporation in 2021. Prior to joining Teranga in 2010, Mr. Young served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gabriel Resources Ltd. for five years. Mr. Young holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Ontario as well as a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University. Mr. Young is a CPA, CA.

Mr. Bourchier is a registered professional engineer with over 33 years of domestic and international experience in the mining industry. His breadth of experience includes both operational field management and executive corporate oversight leadership. His public company and inter-company Board governance experience is further complemented by his McMaster University accredited Chartered Director Certification. Mr. Bourchier was previously President, CEO and a director of Harte Gold Corp. from late 2020 to early 2022 and Chief Operating Officer of Detour Gold for two years from 2018 to 2019. For six years from 2012 to 2017, Mr. Bourchier held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Nevsun Resources. Preceding this successful tenure, Mr. Bourchier was an operational Executive for two years at Wheaton Precious Metals (formerly Silver Wheaton). For the first 16 years of his career, he worked at Placer Dome (subsequently Barrick Gold) where he held positions of increasing responsibility concluding as Mining Manager and then General Manager at the Porgera open pit gold mine in PNG. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Applied Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto. Mr. Bourchier also serves on the board of Treasury Metals since August 2020.

Luke is a mining engineer with 20 years experience working for both contracting and mining companies at projects throughout Australia and overseas. Prior to joining Ora Banda Mining as Managing Director, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Northern Star Resources Limited. Prior to becoming COO in 2018, Mr Creagh held various senior positions within Northern Star, including GM Business Development, GM Strategy & Grown and Operations Manager. Before Northern Star, he was the Operations Manager at Barminco Limited.

Mr. Wolfin has over 30 years of public company experience in mineral exploration, development, construction, and operations in precious metals in North America.

He currently serves as President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd listed on NYSE American and Toronto stock exchanges. He successfully developed the company from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001 with a market capitalization of $0.8 M, to successfully negotiating a 100% ownership in the Avino mine in 2006, and then into commercial production in 2012. He successfully grew the company to one with 300-500 employees with a market capitalization reaching as high as $250 M.

Mr. Wolfin learned the business from the ground up by working in the field at mines and operations in Mexico, Nevada and in the finance industry by working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in the 1980’s, and several years at Pacific International and Continental Carlyle Douglas Securities firms in the 1980’s. He also learned under the mentorship of his late father Mr. Louis Wolfin, legendary mining financier.

He is experienced in M&As, Capital Markets, Brokered & Private Placement financings, and an Offtake agreement with Samsung, At-The-Market offerings, and credit facilities totalling more than $250 M US in aggregate.

Mr. Wolfin has studied business and geology at Colorado State & Simon Fraser Universities.

For the last 15 years, Mr. Wolfin has also managed the Oniva International Services Group which includes Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director).

In addition, he currently serves as Chairman and Director of Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. (Formerly Gray rock Resources Ltd.).

Mr McClure graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia in 1986. He has had over 30 years technical, management and financial experience in the resource sector worldwide in project management and executive development roles. He has also worked in the financial services sector within the mineral and energy sectors.

Mr McClure is Managing Director of Silver Mines Limited and is Chairman of Strickland Metal Limited. He is also a past director of highly successful companies Bolnisi Gold NL (North American listed subsidiaty was Palmarejo Gold and Silver Limited) and Nickel Mines Limited.

Mr. Konnert is a natural resource entrepreneur experienced in deal-making, financing, team development, and corporate strategy. His primary focus is the founder and CEO of Vizsla Silver Corp. (NYSE: VZLA), where the company has consolidated and is developing one of Mexico’s highest-grade silver and gold districts. He is co-founder and Managing Partner of Inventa Capital, a natural resource investor and incubator with the vision of providing the elements the world needs. Previously, Mr. Konnert co-founded CobaltOne Energy Corp, a battery metal exploration company he led as CEO and sold to Blackstone Minerals (ASX: BSX) in 2017. Mr. Konnert is an advisor to several companies and a board member of Vizsla Copper (TSX-V: VCU), Archer Exploration (CSE: RCHR), Vida Carbon (Private), Summa Silver (CSE: SSVR).

Mr. Khunkhun has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, mineral exploration and development sector with a focus on enhancing shareholder value. He has served in a variety of strategic roles including Investor Relations, Corporate Development, CEO, Director and Executive Chairman. Mr. Khunkhun has been instrumental in creating awareness for undervalued companies including grass root explorers, developers and producers. Mr. Khunkhun’ s experience in incubating and growing early stage companies through capital raises, acquisitions, joint ventures and spinouts, as well as long-standing relationships with an extensive global network of HNW investors, private equity and institutional investors, analysts, brokers, and investment bankers, have been a valuable asset to growing mineral explorations companies. Mr. Khunkhun is a Director of Goldshore Resources Inc. and is Director & Exec. Chairman of StrikePoint Gold. Mr. Khunkhun has facilitated over $1B in capital raises.

John Miniotis has 20 years of experience in the mining industry focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. He was previously the Interim CEO of Aethon Minerals Corp where he was responsible for overseeing the capital markets and mergers and acquisitions strategy of the company, which culminated in the successful merger with AbraSilver. Prior to joining Aethon he was the VP Corporate Development at AuRico Metals, which was acquired by Centerra Gold in January 2018 for approximately $310 million. John was also the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Lundin Mining, where he played a key role in successfully executing various acquisitions valued over $2 billion, and was also responsible for Investor Relations. Prior to that he worked in mining equity research at Wellington West Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets, and commenced his career in the Corporate Development group at Barrick Gold. Mr. Miniotis holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto,

Mr Moorhead is an experienced industry executive with a demonstrated track record of over three decades building value in mining companies through innovation, discovery, project development and safe, efficient operations. Colin has extensive experience in development and financing significant mining projects internationally. He also has experience with global mining operations as well as experience in successful mergers & acquisitions.

A geologist by training, Colin is known for strong leadership, strategy and execution that saw him rise through the ranks from a graduate with BHP in 1987 to an executive level manager responsible for global exploration and resource development at Newcrest Mining from 2008 to 2015, a period of significant growth for the company. Colin has significant relevant experience as CEO of emerging Indonesian listed producer PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk, where he built and led the team that constructed and commissioned the highly successful Tujuh Bukit Gold Mine. Colin is a Fellow, Chartered Professional and Immediate Past President of AUSIMM, a graduate of AICD and Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP).

Mr Williams has been Managing Director since April 2014 and played a critical role in initiating and executing Red 5’s strategic transition from the Philippines to Australia in 2017.

He led the team that identified and in 2022, delivered the rejuvenation of the King of the Hills Gold Mine into a modern, large scale bulk mining and processing operation, with one of Australia’s largest gold reserves.

Mr Williams has over 30 years of mining experience, operating a diverse range of mining assets in both mature and emerging markets globally.

Shaun Day - Managing Director

Shaun has over 25 years of experience in executive and financial positions across mining and infrastructure, investment banking and international consulting firms.

Shaun has a track record of creating shareholder value together with significant experience leading successful transactions including M&A of publicly listed companies, farm-in agreements and debt & equity capital raisings.  

Shaun was previously the Chief Financial Officer of ASX100 company and global-scale Australian gold producer Northern Star Resources, and prior to that, was the Chief Financial Officer of SGX50 company Sakari Resources Plc which operated multiple mines before its sale for over US$2 billion.

A resident of Canada, Mr. David Anthony has +40 years’ experience in mine project development and operation. His experience includes mine and process plant design, permitting, construction and operation. He has also worked in Canada, Ecuador, Brazil, Indonesia, Chile and Argentina to design, deliver and operate open pit and underground mine assets with CAPEX from $100 million to $3.6 billion and with total material movement to 65 million tonnes per year.

Mr. Anthony joined Asante as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) in July 2021 responsible to build and lead the Company operations team to refurbish the Bibiani Mine and to become a significant gold producer. Before joining Asante, he was COO of Cardinal Resources Limited, which developed the 5 million oz (reserve) Namdini gold deposit and project execution plan, prior to its purchase by Shandong Gold for more than US$500 million. Previous positions include working with Barrick in Africa for 10 years where he became COO of African Barrick Gold.

Mr. Anthony holds a B.Sc. Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.

Mr. Turner is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. He was formerly the Senior Vice President of Precious Metals Equity Research at GMP Securities for seven years following his experience in industy as a mining engineer with Wardrop Engineering. Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen's University and is a CFA charterholder.

Richard Hyde
Founder, CEO and Executive Chairman

Richard is a geologist with 25 years’ experience in the mining industry and over 20 years’ experience operating in West Africa. He has managed large exploration and development projects for gold and base metals in Australia, Africa and Eastern Europe. He founded West African in 2006 and has led the Company from IPO in 2010 through to production in 2020. He was instrumental in coordinating the A$365 million debt and equity financing to fully-fund the Sanbrado Gold Operation to production in March 2020. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of New England and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (BSC CENG MIMMM)

Mr Holohan joined Resolute in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations and projects. Mr Holohan was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in May 2022.

Mr Holohan has held various executive and detailed technical mining positions working in Africa, for 30 years, followed by 10 years in Asia, focused on re-engineering a range of precious and base metals mining projects.

Mr Holohan brings significant experience in operating in technically and socially challenged environments where he has led multi-cultural workforces.

Jody Kuzenko was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in October 2018. She is a senior mining executive with over 20 years of operational and business experience, mainly acquired at Vale (formerly Inco). After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Jody moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. She has a proven record of execution and leadership in many areas of mining operations including refining, strategy, safety, health and environment, energy and utilities, and community, labour and government relations. Jody holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, and is a Certified Director from the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program.

Jody is a founding Advisory Board member of the Centre for Research in Occupational Safety and Health (CROSH) at Laurentian University and serves as a Director of Torex Gold and the World Gold Council. Previous Board experience includes the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, Association of Major Power Consumers of Ontario and Industrial Gas Users Association, Canada. In 2020, she was named one of the ‘Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ by Women in Mining UK as well as one of the ‘2020 Names to Know’ by CIM Magazine.

Mitchell J. Krebs is President and Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Board of Coeur Mining, Inc. In addition, Mr. Krebs is a Director of the National Mining Association, Director of Kansas City Southern, a Fortune-500 transportation holding company, and former President of the Silver Institute. Mr. Krebs is also on the Board of World Business Chicago and serves on the John G. Shedd Aquarium Society Board of Trustees and Board of the Big Shoulders Fund.

During his 20-year tenure with Coeur, Mr. Krebs has led over $2 billion in capital market transactions and facilitated over $2 billion of acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to becoming President and CEO, he was its Chief Financial Officer and previously Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.

Mr. Krebs holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Godin has over 30 years of corporate, technical and operations experience in the mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Godin was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Pretium Resources Inc. and was responsible for the operations of the Brucejack Mine. Prior to that, Mr. Godin was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stornoway Diamond Corporation, and from 2010 to 2018 he was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President. During this time, he was responsible for the construction and operations of the Renard Diamond Mine in Quebec. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President, Project Development for G Mining Services and held executive or senior operations positions for Canadian Royalties, Iamgold and Cambior in the Americas. Mr. Godin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining from Laval University in Quebec, Canada and is a Chartered Director since 2010.

Mr. Langille was the co-founder of both Gammon Gold Inc. and Mexgold Resources Inc. and served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of both companies. Mr. Langille successfully developed both company's projects from grass roots to commercial production in Mexico, raising in excess of $500 million for the development and construction of both mines. Mr. Langille was an integral part of the growth and success of Gammon Gold Inc., and Mexgold Resources Inc.. Mr. Langille directed the growth and development of the Ocampo mine and the El Cubo mine from 1999 through 2007. Mr. Langille was Strategic Advisor for Nayarit Gold Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and with his guidance developed the Orion Project from initial stages through scoping study and was instrumental in the company being acquired by Capital Gold in 2010.

Mr Wilcox is highly experienced in the gold mining industry in West Africa, overseeing construction of West African’s (ASX: WAF) 300,000ozpa Sanbrado Gold Mine, completed in March 2020, ahead of schedule and under budget and having spent eight years working for Nord Gold, which operates nine gold mines globally, including three in Burkina Faso and one in Guinea.
He was Project Director for the construction of Nord Gold’s 4Mtpa Bissa Gold Project and 8Mtpa Bouly Gold Project, both in Burkina Faso, General Manager of the 6Mtpa LEFA Gold Project in Guinea, and Project Director for construction of the 12Mtpa Gross Gold Project in Siberia, Russia

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey was formerly a Director of the World Gold Council and is currently an Alternative Director. Mr. McCluskey is the recipient of the 2023 Viola R. MacMillan Award, given by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for showing leadership and a willingness to take risks in the acquisition and development of the Island Gold mine in Northern Ontario. In 2018, he received the Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration, in recognition of his role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Sébastien de Montessus is CEO of Endeavour Mining. Under his leadership, he has introduced key strategic objectives that have created a sustainable business that generates long term cash flow.

Previously, Sébastien served as the CEO of the La Mancha Group for four years between 2012 and 2016. Under his leadership, La Mancha doubled its production through optimization efforts before undergoing a significant portfolio restructuring. Prior to this, Sébastien was a member of the Executive Board and Group Deputy CEO of AREVA Group, a leading nuclear energy company and CEO of AREVA Mining, which focused on uranium assets. He has also served as a Board member of Evolution Mining (2015 - 2018) and ERAMET (2010 - 2012).

Before joining AREVA in 2002, Sébastien was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London specializing in M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Sébastien is a business graduate from ESCP-Europe Business School in Paris.

Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kinross Gold on August 1, 2012. He first joined the company as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. Under Paul’s leadership of Kinross, the Company has met or exceeded operational guidance for the past nine years, strengthened its balance sheet, and achieved one the best safety records in the industry.
Paul started his career working as an exploration geologist. Paul joined Kinross after a long career in investment banking, most recently as the Deputy Head of Investment Banking at Scotia Capital. During his time with Scotia, he was responsible for the mining, power/utilities, forestry and industrial sectors. Paul has an Honours BSc in Geology from Laurentian University and a MEng in Mining from McGill University.

Mr Tonkin is a mining sector leader with more than 25 years’ experience as an operator, contractor and senior executive. He joined Northern Star as Chief Operating Officer in 2013 before being appointed CEO in 2016 and Managing Director in 2021.
Mr Tonkin has played a leading role in Northern Star’s exceptional growth to become an ASX50 company and one of the world’s leading, sustainable gold producers. Mr Tonkin graduated as a mining engineer from the Western Australian School of Mines.

Alberto Calderon was appointed CEO of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd effective 1 September 2021. Mr Calderon has more than two decades of global executive leadership experience across the mining, petroleum, and energy sectors. Before joining AngloGold Ashanti, he was CEO of global explosives producer Orica and prior to that held senior executive positions at diversified miner BHP, including Group Executive and Chief Executive Aluminum, Nickel and Corporate Development, Group Executive and Chief Commercial Officer and President Diamonds and Specialty Products. Mr Calderon was also CEO of Cerrejón Coal Company and Ecopetrol, both in Colombia, and prior to this he held senior leadership positions in the International Monetary Fund and the Colombian government. He holds a PhD in Economics, a Master of Philosophy in Economics and a Master of Economics from Yale University, a Juris Doctor in Law, and Bachelor of Economics from Andes University in Colombia.

Martin is currently the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Gold Fields Group, a position he has held since 1 January 2023. He joined Gold Fields as Executive Vice President: South Africa in May 2017, leading the successful ramp-up of the South Deep mine since then. Before joining Gold Fields, he was Chief Operating Officer at De Beers South Africa. Martin has 37 years of mining experience, starting his career as a learner miner and holding several operational and technical roles before taking up mine manager positions at various operations across De Beers. After moving to the Group level at De Beers, he held positions as mine strategist and business development manager before being appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2011.

Mr. Al-Joundi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in February 2022. Prior to this, he was President of Agnico Eagle from 2015 to 2022 and also served as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.

Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating with distinction – University of Toronto) and an MBA (graduating with honours - University of Western Ontario).

Mark was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Barrick effective January 1, 2019, following completion of the merger with Randgold Resources. Previously, since its incorporation in 1995, Mark was the Chief Executive Officer of Randgold following his pioneering exploration work in West Africa. He subsequently led Randgold’s growth through the discovery and development of high quality assets into a major international gold mining business. Mark played a pivotal role in promoting the emergence of a sustainable mining industry in Africa, and has a proven track record of delivering significant shareholder value. During his career, Mark has held board positions at a number of global gold mining companies. He holds a Doctorate in Geology from Natal University in South Africa.

Tom Palmer currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since October 2019. Previously he also served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Newmont’s Asia Pacific region. Before joining Newmont in 2014, Tom brought over 20 years of experience with Rio Tinto, working in a variety of roles across the business.

Tom led Newmont through two transformative transactions in 2019 with the acquisition of Goldcorp and the formation of the Nevada Gold Mines Joint Venture. In 2020, Tom led the gold mining industry by announcing targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and establishing a sustainable dividend framework that allows for higher returns based on excess free cash flow. Most importantly, Tom has continued to challenge the mining industry with an unwavering focus on fatality prevention, ensuring that everyone can return home safely to their families at the end of each day. Tom’s experience and discipline has positioned Newmont to deliver on our commitment of creating value and improving lives through sustainable and responsible mining.

Mr. Shaoyang Shen is the Deputy President for Corporate Development of Zijin Mining Group. He has more than 15 years of operations management and mergers and acquisitions experience in the mining industry. Mr. Shen graduated from Xiamen University with a bachelor’s degree in economy. He obtained an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Management & Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto.

Rick Howes joined Reunion Gold as CEO and President in January 2023 after joining the Board in November 2022. Mr. Howes is a seasoned mining executive with over 39 years of experience in the mining industry, most recently as CEO of Dundee Precious Metals. He has extensive operating, technical, and project development experience in both underground and open pit mines throughout Canada and internationally. He has a track record for leading transformational change and operational excellence wherever he has worked. His passion for safety was instrumental in leading Vale’s North Mine to win the National Ryan Award for the safest mine in Canada in 2006. In 2009, Mr. Howes joined Dundee Precious Metals, where as VP and General Manager he led the transformation of the Chelopech Mine in Bulgaria to reach world-class levels of performance. He became COO in 2011 and oversaw several significant growth capital development projects including the expansion of the Chelopech Mine, the upgrade and expansion of the Tsumeb Smelter in Namibia and the development of the greenfield Ada Tepe open pit gold mine in Bulgaria. He was appointed CEO in April 2013, where he led the company from a junior gold producer to a multi-asset mid-tier gold producer generating strong free cashflow and solid returns to shareholders. Mr. Howes retired from Dundee Precious Metals in 2020 and has since joined several mining company boards. He has been recognized as a visionary leader in mining, organizational innovation, and transformation and was recognized as the Outstanding Innovator of 2016 by the International Mining Technology Hall of Fame.

Mr. Howes holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours in Mining Engineering from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Jason Kosec has nearly ten years of experience in all facets of mineral exploration, mine development, investor relations and capital markets. Upon completing his undergraduate degree in Geology at Western University and a Masters in Earth and Energy Resources at Queens University, Mr. Kosec worked as a Project Geologist at Trelawney Mining and Exploration, which was subsequently sold in 2012 to IAMGOLD for C$608 million. Mr. Kosec then moved on to work as an Exploration Geologist at a number of IAMGOLD properties and in early 2015 was recruited to join the Barkerville Gold Mines team as Sr. Geologist where he was appointed Chief Mine Geologist in 2016. In late 2017 Mr. Kosec took on the role of VP Corporate Development, which ultimately led to the sale of Barkerville Gold Mines to Osisko Gold Royalties in 2019 for C$338 million.

Mr. Clark brings 23 years of global capital markets experience with numerous US, European and Canadian banks, including Barclays Capital, National Bank Financial, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and most recently BMO Capital Markets, where he held the role of Managing Director, Institutional Equity Sales. Over the years, he has developed strong working relationships with Tier 1 institutional investors throughout the United States providing corporate strategy, and peer and financial analysis and insights on corporates within the materials, commodities and mining sectors. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Penny is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning and financial reporting. Formerly, Mr. Penny was the Executive Vice President and CFO of New Gold Inc., a multi-national mining company, from 2009 until 2017; the Vice President of Finance and CFO of Kinross Gold Corporation, one of the world's largest gold producers from 1993 until 2004; the CFO of Western Goldfields Inc. from 2006 to 2009; and the CFO of Silver Bear Resources Plc from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Penny also formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of Equinox Minerals Limited from 2004 to 2011 when it was acquired by Barrick Gold Corporation; Alamos Gold Inc. from 2005 to 2008; and Baffinland Iron Mines Limited from 2004 to 2008. In addition, he has been a director of Maverix Metals Inc. since July 2019. Mr. Penny obtained his Diploma in Business-Accounting and Finance from Cambrian College and is a CPA, CMA.

Mr. Funk has over 14 years of industry experience for major and junior mining and companies including Newcrest Mining and Evrim Resources. Charles is a geologist specializing in business development for gold, silver and copper projects from early stage to production. Charles has led or supported multiple deposit discoveries in Mexico and Australia and contributed to over $60 million dollars in capital raisings.

Mr. Sheriff, as the founder and Executive Chairman, has advanced the company from inception to a near-term producer with a multi-jurisdictional United States asset base. Mr. Sheriff is an entrepreneur and visionary with over 40 years of experience in the minerals industry and the securities industry, and has been responsible for significant capital raises along with corporate development. Mr. Sheriff was a pioneer in the uranium renaissance as co-founder and Chairman of Energy Metals Corp. and was responsible for compiling the largest domestic uranium resource base in US history before the company was acquired by Uranium One Corp for $1.8 Billion in 2007. With his in-depth understanding of the nuclear industry and market conditions, plus his knowledge of the financial markets, Mr. Sheriff is regarded as a leader and avid supporter of nuclear energy as a clean and reliable energy source for the United States.

Mr. Sheriff also has a significant interest in the gold exploration sector with personal and corporate gold exploration assets across the United States and Canada. He is a Director and co-founder of Group 11 Technologies Inc, a private company committed to the development and application of environmentally and socially responsible precious metals mineral extraction as an alternative to conventional mining methods. Mr. Sheriff holds a B.Sc. degree (Geology) from Fort Lewis College, Colorado and an MSc in Mining Geology from the University of Texas-El Paso. He has compiled one of the largest privately-held mining databases in the world, providing enCore with exclusive access to proprietary uranium projects.

Mr. Child joined Condor’s Board as Non-Executive Chairman in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the concessions that comprise the 587 sq km La India Project. He has overseen 85,000 m drilling and all technical studies for a Pre-Feasibility Study and Feasibility Study. He has led the Project to be fully permitted for construction and extraction, purchased all the land and negotiated the purchase of a new SAG Mill, which has arrived in Nicaragua. He has led the financing for the Project over the last 12 years and de-risked the Project to a “construction ready” status.

Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets. At board level Mr. Child has been an executive director of Hong Kong listed Regent Pacific Group, an emerging market fund manager and private equity group. He has board level experience of AIM listed and private companies.

Mr. Herald has been a director of Solitario since August 1992. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer since June 1999 and President since August 1993. Mr. Herald also served as a director of Crown since April 1989, as Chief Executive Officer of Crown since June of 1999, President of Crown since November 1990 and was Executive Vice President of Crown from January 1990 to November 1990. Prior to joining Crown, Mr. Herald was a Senior Geologist with Echo Bay Mines and Anaconda Minerals. Mr. Herald currently serves as non-executive Chairman of Viva Gold Corp. Mr. Herald received a M.S. in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines and a B.S. in Geology from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Bee is a senior mining industry executive, with deep mine development and operational experience. He has an extensive career advancing world-class gold mining projects in eight countries on three continents for both major and junior mining companies. Most recently in 2018 Mr. Bee concluded a third term with Barrick Gold as Senior VP Frontera District in Chile and Argentina to advance Pascua Lama feasibility as an underground mine. This capped a 16-year history with Barrick Gold with positions that included Mine Manager at Goldstrike during early development and operations, Operations Manager at Pierina Mine taking Pierina from construction to operations, and General Manager of Veladero developing the project from advanced exploration through permitting, feasibility and into production.

With his Barrick experience and having had eight years in South Africa working underground gold with Anglo American and open pit copper with Rio Tinto at Palabora Mine, Mr. Bee was well placed to advance projects internationally and domestically as a senior executive. This led to his appointment to various board and leadership positions at various companies. As COO of Aurelian Resources in 2007, he was in charge of project development for Fruta del Norte in Ecuador until Aurelian was acquired by Kinross Gold in 2008. Post-acquisition, moving on from Kinross, where he had also previously worked from 1996 to 1998 advancing projects in El Salvador and Nevada, he joined Andina Minerals as CEO in 2009. Andina and its 6 million-ounce Volcan Gold Project in Chile was acquired by Hochschild in 2013. By this time Mr. Bee had been appointed to the boards of Peregrine Metals and later Stillwater Mining and Jaguar Mining. In 2014, he also assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Mining, operating mines in Brazil, as the company emerged from a financial restructuring process.

Mr. Bee is a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall, United Kingdom and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors with an ICD.D designation.

Ms. Rachel Goldman is the CEO and director of Paramount Gold Nevada. Prior to joining Paramount in February 2020, Ms. Goldman spent 20 years in capital markets with Canadian based boutique and bank-owned investment dealers, and most recently as Managing Director Institutional Equity Sales for Desjardins Securities. Over those years she developed strong working relationships with institutional investors throughout Canada, the US, and the UK, and helped to connect numerous public companies to key investment decision makers and improve their market profile. Ms. Goldman holds Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from Concordia University and serves as an independent director of Red Pine Exploration (TSXV: RPX), Indiva Ltd (TSXV: NDVA) and the Denver Gold Group.

Dale Andres, Chief Executive Officer, who joined Gatos Silver in 2021, has more than 30 years of experience in the resource industry. Mr. Andres currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Company's wholly-owned Mexican subsidiary, Minera Luz del Sol. Previously, Mr. Andres served as Senior Vice President, Base Metals; as Senior Vice President, Copper; as Vice President, Copper Strategy and North American Operations; as Vice President, Gold and International Mining; and as General Manager, Underground Mines, at Teck Resources Limited.

Lon Shaver has over 25 years of capital markets and corporate finance experience, mainly focused on the mining sector. He held investment banking roles with Raymond James and Merrill Lynch, assisting corporate issuers with numerous financing and M&A transactions. He began his career in equity research with an institutional sell-side firmand his previous corporate experience includes CFO roles with a publicly-listed mining company and a private technology company. Most recently, he acted as a consultant and advisor, providing corporate development and capital markets support to a number of companies in the resource sector. He has a B.Comm. degree, with a major in finance,and is a CFA charterholder.

Dan Dickson
Chief Executive Officer; Director

Dan was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in May 2021 and is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, vision, growth and performance, with a focus on creating shareholder value.

In Dan’s previous role as the Chief Financial Officer of Endeavour Silver, he was responsible for financial reporting, leading financing solutions, steering M&A, and overseeing the IT, legal and administration functions. He also has a solid track record in supporting and guiding the company’s executive board. Dan has been instrumental in building Endeavour’s financial infrastructure as the company grew over the past 15 years from four employees to a team of more than 2,000.

Prior to joining Endeavour Silver, Dan worked with KPMG LLP in the assurance group where he focused on publicly traded precious metals companies.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants (CPA, CA).

Eduardo Landin became CEO of Hochschild Mining PLC in August 2023. Prior to that, he served as COO of the Company from March 2013. He joined the Company in January 2008 as General Manager of Argentinian operations. In 2011, he became General Manager of Projects with direct responsibility for the development of the Inmaculada and Crespo Advanced Projects. Before joining the Company, Mr. Landin held the position of Corporate Development Manager at Cementos Pacasmayo, an associate company of the Hochschild Group and prior to that, served in the Government of Peru's Ministry of Energy and Mines and worked for Repsol S.A. in England, Spain and Peru for over 10 years. Mr. Landin is a British Chartered Mechanical Engineer and holds a B.Eng (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London and an Executive MBA from the Universidad de Piura, Peru. He is also a Fellow of the British Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Mr. Fier is a Certified Professional Geologist (USA) and Engineer (Canada) with over 30 years of experience in the international mining industry including exploration, acquisition, development and production of numerous mining projects in Guyana, Chile, Brazil, Central America, Mexico and Peru.. He has in-depth knowledge of project evaluation and management, reserve estimation and economic analysis, construction, as well as operations management. Mr. Fier previously worked as Chief Geologist with Pegasus Gold Corp., Senior Engineer & Manager with Newmont Mining Corp. and Project Manager with Eldorado Gold Corp. and is also currently the Chief Operating Officer of Goldsource Mines Inc. (“Goldsource”). Prior to the formation of SilverCrest Metals he was a co-founder and COO of SilverCrest Mines Inc. ("SilverCrest Mines"), which was acquired by First Majestic Silver Corp in October, 2015. He was largely responsible for the successful implementation of a systematic and responsible “phased approach” business model, that built the Santa Elena project into a successful and profitable mine.

Mr Earner is a chemical engineer with over 25 years’ experience in technical and operational optimisation and management. He has held several executive roles in mining and processing, including the COO of Alkane and has been the Managing Director since 2017.

Jason Reid serves as CEO, President and Director of Fortitude Gold Corporation (FGC). FGC was spun out of Gold Resource Corporation (GRC) (NYSE American: GORO) where Jason previously served for over 14 years including CEO, President and Director positions. Jason joined GRC in 2006 when it was a private Company and helped take it public with a self-underwritten IPO. Jason was part of a management team that took GRC from an exploration stage company, to a development stage company, to a gold and silver dividend paying producer. Under his tenure as CEO & President, GRC achieved ten consecutive years of profitability, over a decade of production, generated over $1 billion in revenue and returned over $116 million in dividends to shareholders. At GRC, he also co-created and initiated the first known cash to physical gold and silver dividend program whereby shareholders could take delivery of precious metals. As an entrepreneur prior to GRC, Jason was the founder and president of two successful businesses he ran for 13 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fort Lewis College.

Mr. Morales is founder of Andean Precious Metals and has over 30 years of experience specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He has participated individually in other private equity and venture capital projects as co-developer, investor and/or advisor in various sectors, including mining, alternative energy, telecommunications, aviation, tourism, financial services and asset management. Additionally, he has participated in the planning, formation, development and consolidating stages of various start-up business ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Monterrey and a Master of Compared Law from the New York University School of Law, and was admitted to practice law in Mexico in 1985 and in the State of New York in 1989.

Mr. Vizquerra is President and Chief Executive Officer, and a director of O3 Mining Inc. (“O3 Mining”). Prior to his appointment at O3 Mining, Mr. Vizquerra was Executive Vice President of Strategic Development for Osisko Mining Inc. (“Osisko Mining”). Mr. Vizquerra joined Osisko Mining from Oban Mining Corporation (“Oban”), where, as President and Chief Executive Officer, he played a leading role in the combination of Oban, Corona Gold Corporation, Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation, and Ryan Gold Corporation to form Osisko Mining. Through ambitious drilling and prudent capital raising, Osisko Mining has become the highly valued proponent of the world-class Windfall gold project. Before that, Mr. Vizquerra was Head of Business Development for Compañia de Minas Buenaventura. Previously, he was a production and exploration geologist at the Red Lake gold mine in Ontario.

Mr. Vizquerra currently serves as a director of Osisko Mining and Silver Mountain Resources. The Young Mining Professionals recognized Mr. Vizquerra as one of their Young Mining Professionals of the year with the 2019 Peter Munk Award.

Mr. Vizquerra is an alumni of the General Management Program at the Wharton School of Business. He holds an MSc in Mineral Exploration from Queens University and a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from UPC Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Mr. Vizquerra is a Qualified Person pursuant to National Instrument 43-101.

Founder and former CEO of Yamana Gold Inc. (“Yamana”) until 2018 and Executive Chairman until 2023; has 30+ years of mining, business, and capital markets experience

Mr. Paul Martin (CPA, CA) is an experienced mining executive with more than 30 years service in the precious metals exploration and mining operations in Canada and abroad. He currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Red Pine Exploration Inc. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Detour Gold Corporation from 2013 until 2018, after serving as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2013. He has previously held senior financial positions at Canadian and US traded public mining companies including New Gold Inc., Gabriel Resources Ltd. and TVX Gold Inc.

Mr. Usmar is an international mining executive with over 25 years of experience working around the globe in operational, financial and executive leadership roles in some of the world’s largest and fastest growing mining companies. Prior to founding Triple Flag, Mr. Usmar served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, from 2014 to 2016, where he helped restructure the company. He joined Xstrata in 2002 as an early senior executive member of the management team that grew the company into one of the world’s largest diversified miners at the time of its acquisition by Glencore in 2013. His roles at Xstrata included General Manager of Business Development in London, Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Ferro-Alloys business in South Africa, and Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Nickel business in Canada. Prior to joining Xstrata, Mr. Usmar worked at BHP Billiton in Corporate Finance in London, and started his career in mining in operations in the steel and aluminum industries as a production engineer. Mr. Usmar is the Vice-Chair of Make-A-Wish Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, both with distinction.

Mr. Heissenbuttel has more than 30 years of corporate finance experience, including almost 30 years in project and corporate finance in the metals and mining industry. Mr. Heissenbuttel was appointed our President and Chief Executive Officer and a Class I director, effective January 2020. Previously, he served as our Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Strategy from June 2018 to January 2020, Vice President Corporate Development from 2007 to June 2018, Vice President Operations from 2015 to June 2016, and Manager Corporate Development from 2006 to 2007.

Prior to joining Royal Gold, Mr. Heissenbuttel served as Senior Vice President from 2000 to 2006 and Vice President from 1999 to 2000 at N M Rothschild & Sons (Denver) Inc. From 1994 to 1999, he served as Vice President and then Group Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. From 1987 to 1994, he was a Senior Credit Analyst and an Associate at Chemical Bank Manufacturers Hanover.

Mr. Heissenbuttel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Smallwood was involved in the founding of Wheaton Precious Metals and in 2007, he joined Wheaton full time as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, primarily focusing on growing the Company through the evaluation and acquisition of streaming opportunities. In January 2010, he was appointed President, and in April 2011, he was appointed Wheaton’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Smallwood originally started as an exploration geologist with Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., and in 2001, was promoted to Director of Project Development, his role through its 2005 merger with Goldcorp. Before joining the original Wheaton River group in 1993, Mr. Smallwood also worked with Homestake Mining Company, Teck Corp. and Westmin Resources. Mr. Smallwood was an instrumental part of the team that built Wheaton River / Goldcorp into one of the largest, and more importantly, most profitable gold companies in the world, and he is now focused on continuing to add to the impressive growth profile of Wheaton. Mr. Smallwood has served on the board of Defiance Silver Corp. (formerly ValOro Resources Inc. and Geologix Explorations Inc.) since 2005. Mr. Smallwood formerly served on the board of Ventana Gold from 2008 to 2011, Castle Peak Resources from 2010 to 2012, and Tigray Resources Inc. from 2011 to May 2014. Mr. Smallwood is also the chair of the World Gold Council, chairman of the board for Special Olympics BC, and a member of the boards of MineralsEd BC and Mining4Life, and previously on the board of the BC Cancer Foundation. In 2015, Mr. Smallwood received the British Columbia Institute of Technology Distinguished Alumni Award, and in 2019, he received Business in Vancouver’s BC CEO of the Year Award in the enterprise category.

Paul Brink is President & CEO and a director of Franco-Nevada. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Brink served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Franco-Nevada from May 2018 to May 2020. He has been with Franco-Nevada since its initial public offering in 2007 and successfully led its business development activities as SVP, Business Development from 2008 until his promotion to President & Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Mr. Brink is active with a number of not-for-profit organizations. He previously had roles in corporate development at Newmont, investment banking at BMO Nesbitt Burns and project financing at UBS. Mr. Brink holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Oxford University.

Since co-founding Sandstorm Gold in 2008, Nolan Watson has led the company’s transformation from a small startup into a diversified royalty company with a billion-dollar market capitalization. Prior to co-founding Sandstorm, Nolan was Chief Financial Officer of Silver Wheaton Corp. (now Wheaton Precious Metals Corp.) where he gained the experience that he needed to make Sandstorm a reality and a success. During his time there, Nolan developed the silver streaming business model and helped raise more than US$1 billion in debt and equity to fund the company’s growth.

Nolan is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (Valedictorian). He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honours, from the University of British Columbia.

Nolan’s professional and charitable achievements are not without their honours either. He was named the EY Entrepreneur of the Year, recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40, awarded CEO of the Year by Business in Vancouver, and received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal. In 2014, Nolan was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is also the President of Nations Cry, a charity focused on education-based development in Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Ross joined Centamin in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer*. Ross has 25 years’ of experience in senior finance roles in Australia, Africa and the Middle East. Before joining Centamin, Ross was lead Audit Partner with Deloitte Perth, Australia. His experience in leading teams providing audit and related final advisory services to public companies, and national and international groups continues to be of benefit to Centamin. Having lived in Cairo, Ross has established strong government relations within Egypt at all levels.

As a qualified accountant, Ross is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Zimbabwe (ICAZ) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

* In 2019, Ross stepped into the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer for five months whilst a comprehensive search to find a permanent appointment was completed. Martin Horgan was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in April 2020 with Ross as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Simpson is a mining executive with over 24 years of experience in operations leadership, mining engineering and project construction. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Torex Gold Resources where, over his nearly 6-year tenure, he oversaw the successful construction and operation of the ELG Mine in Mexico. Prior to Torex, Mr. Simpson spent 11 years at Vale in various roles of increasing responsibility ending his tenure as General Manager of the Labrador Operations (Voisey’s Bay) in 2013. Mr. Simpson also worked at McIntosh Redpath Engineering on mining studies for companies including Barrick, Freeport McMoran, CVRD, Rio Tinto and Falconbridge, among others, where he gained global multi-commodity experience and perspective. Mr. Simpson holds dual degrees in Mining Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and in Physics from Dalhousie University.

Anthea Bath was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Ero Copper where she was responsible for the company’s four mines, which included underground and open pit operations and major shaft sinking and open pit development projects, all located in Brazil. Her efforts contributed to the impressive growth of Ero Copper, from a junior mining company to a $2 billion international mining company. Anthea started her mining career with Anglo American Platinum as Head of Market Development and Intelligence where she initiated and launched a private equity fund the “PGM fund” for the development of new industry opportunities, globally. During this period, she developed multiple new product innovations from conception to commercialization and was awarded the Anglo American Applaud Award for Innovation. From 2012 – 2016 she held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mitochondria Energy and Pentaquark Energy companies where she was responsible for the end-to-end management of the businesses. Anthea is also a non-executive member of the Board of Epiroc AB, a global mining equipment company. Over her 20 years global mining experience Ms. Bath has demonstrated her capabilities in both the operational and business aspects of mining, including new business development, supply chain, business optimization, strategy and marketing

John McConnell's +40 years of mining experience is mostly in Canada's northern territories. John has been President & CEO of Victoria Gold since 2010 and has led the exploration, development, and financing of the Eagle Gold Mine in Canada's Yukon Territory. Eagle has been in production since 2019 and at full production will produce +200,000 ounces per year of gold.

Previously, he was President & CEO of Western Keltic Mines until it was acquired by Sherwood Copper; VP, NWT Projects for De Beers Canada primarily responsible for permitting and development of the Snap Lake Diamond Mine; Breakwater Resources Ltd in operations at the Nanisivik Zinc & Lead Mine on Baffin Island; and Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd.

Mr. McConnell is the 2021 Winner of AME BC's prestigious EA Scholtz Award for Excellence in Mine Development for his role in building the Eagle Gold mine. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, with a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering Mr. McConnell is also a Director of Lahontan Gold Corp.

Chairman and co-founder of Generation Mining, which is developing a large palladium mine in northern Ontario. Formerly Non-Execcutive Chairman of Pine Point Mining (sold to Osisko Metals). CEO of Glencairn Gold (sold to B2 Gold), co-founder of Thompson Creek Metals (sold to Centerra) and Wheaton River Minerals (merged with Goldcorp).

Mr. L’Abbé has been with Discovery for over five years, joining just after the Company’s inception in 2017. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 15 years of financial and accounting experience in the mining sector, with a primary focus on Latin American assets. During his tenure as CFO to date, he has played key roles in the daily operations and strategic planning of Discovery, including the acquisition of Levon Resources Ltd. and several financings that generated cash of close to $150 million. Mr. L’Abbé also leads Discovery’s ESG and Sustainability program.

Prior to joining Discovery, Mr. L’Abbé held key finance and strategy positions with several high-profile producing mining companies including serving as Director of Finance at Tahoe Resource Inc. (“Tahoe”), where he was involved in the acquisitions of Rio Alto Mining Limited and Lake Shore Gold Corp. He also spent a significant portion of his time with Tahoe in Peru working with the teams at the local offices and on site at the La Arena and Shahuindo mines, as well as in Guatemala at the flagship Escobal mine. Mr. L'Abbé also previously served as VP Finance at Timmins Gold Corp. (“Timmins”) spending substantial time on site in Mexico at the San Francisco mine. Prior to his senior role at Timmins, Mr. L’Abbé was Financial Reporting Analyst for Goldcorp Inc. and worked at the Red Lake Mine in Canada and the Cerro Negro project in Argentina. Before moving to the mining sector, Mr. L'Abbé was a public accountant at Grant Thornton LLP in their Assurance and Business Advisory Services group, working primarily with exploration, development and producing mining clients.

Mr. Blasutti was the President and CEO of US Silver & Gold prior to its merger with Americas Silver Corporation (formerly Scorpio Mining Corporation). He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of RX Gold & Silver Inc. and prior to that Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Barrick Gold Corporation ("Barrick"). He reported to the Chief Executive Officer and played a lead role in the strategic development of Barrick for 13 years between 1998 and early 2011, during which time he executed over 25 gold mining transactions including the acquisitions of Homestake Mining Company and Placer Dome Inc. and the consolidation of the world class Cortez property from Rio Tinto.
Mr. Blasutti also led the creation of Barrick Energy Inc. to hedge Barrick's exposure to energy prices and the initial public offering of African Barrick Gold. During his tenure at Barrick, Mr. Blasutti was integrally involved in numerous equity and financing transactions and also led the Investor Relations function. Mr. Blasutti was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he planned, supervised and managed audits for a variety of clients.

Jason is Vice President of Technical Services and Geology for Moneta Gold. He's a registered Professional Geologist with an Executive MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from the University of Manitoba, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Geostatistics from the University of Alberta.

With more than 15 years of experience at major mining companies, Jason is a leader in the industry, focusing on delivery, integration, optimization, and risk mitigation across the entire exploration and mining value chain. Most recently, with Appian Capital Advisory, a mining-focused private equity firm engaged in equity and credit investments, Jason steered and supported portfolio company management teams in exploration, geology, and mine planning initiatives and led technical and business environment due diligence on potential investment opportunities worldwide.

Prior to Appian, Jason was at Nevada Gold Mines, a Barrick and Newmont joint venture, as Mineral Resources Manager at their Phoenix Mine, where he led the team in ore control, geological modelling, resource and reserve estimation, mine-to-mill reconciliation, strategic mine planning, and near-mine exploration. Before this, he was Resource Geology and Growth Lead for De Beers, where he managed the exploration program that resulted in the discovery of two new kimberlites and the multi-year growth of the Life-of-Mine at the Gahcho Kue Mine.

Dan Wilton has 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was most recently a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management. Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan’s previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc., Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England, and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Providence Health Care in Vancouver, Canada. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.

Derek White has over 30 years of experience in the mining and metals industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is also a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Ascot Resources Ltd. Mr. White, was the Principal of Traxys Capital Partners LLP, a private equity firm specializing in the mining and minerals sectors. Mr. White was President and CEO of KGHM International Ltd. from 2012 to 2015, and also held the positions of Executive Vice President, Business Development and Chief Financial Officer of Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. from 2004 to 2012. Mr. White has held executive positions with International Vision Direct Ltd., BHP-Billiton Plc, Billiton International Metals BV and Impala Platinum Ltd., in Vancouver, Toronto, London, The Hague, and Johannesburg. Mr. White is also an ICSA Accredited Director.

Before joining Perpetua Resources in 2021, Jessica worked for Newmont as their Vice President of Investor Relations. She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado and over 15 years of mining industry experience in investor relations, planning, financial; reporting and accounting. At Newmont, Jessica set and executed the strategic direction of the Investor Relations function to help further differentiate the company and attract new investors while enhancing relationships with shareholders and industry analysts. At Perpetua, Jessica is responsible for the strategy and leadership of the company’s finance efforts. She was appointed CFO in April 2022. Jessica joined Perpetua Resources because she values the commitment the Company has to developing this project responsibly.

Raleigh Finlayson is a Mining Engineer with over 20 years of technical and operational experience in multiple disciplines including both underground and open pit operations. He was previously the Managing Director of Saracen Mineral Holdings (ASX:SAR) and Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST). During his 14 year tenure at Saracen, Mr Finlayson was initially the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the feasibility study and development of Saracen’s first operating gold mine, the Carosue Dam Operations. He was promoted to the role of Managing Director in 2013 and responsible for the acquisition and subsequent feasibility study and development of Saracen’s second operating gold mine, Thunderbox, and subsequently the purchase of 50% of the KCGM Superpit from Barrick Gold. Saracen grew from a market cap of $53m in 2008 to $6.0bn in 2021 before merging with Northern Star.

Having dedicated the majority of his career to the natural resources industry, Ari Sussman has spent the past 15 years dedicated to mineral discoveries in Colombia. From 2010 until March of 2020, Mr. Sussman was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Continental Gold Inc. Under Mr. Sussman's leadership, the Company raised almost $1 billion and discovered more than 11 million ounces of high-grade gold and silver at the Buriticá project in Antioquia, Colombia. After completing the construction of the mine in early 2020, the Company was sold to Zijin Mining, one of the world's largest diversified mining companies, for total consideration of approximately C$2 billion. Today, the world-class Buriticá mine is the most modern and largest operating gold mine in Colombia. Mr. Sussman reassembled much of his former team to create Collective Mining. Under Mr. Sussman's guidance, tenacious early-stage exploration work has resulted in the discovery of a significant high-grade gold-silver-copper porphyry system in an excellent part of Colombia, with labor readily available and hydropower and roads already in place at the project site.

Rick has more than 40 years of experience in the natural resource sector. Before joining Contango Ore in January 2020, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Trilogy Metals, who are currently developing the high- grade Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects located in the Ambler Mining District of Alaska. Trilogy is a company which was created in 2012 as a spin-out from NOVAGOLD, a well-known company he founded over 20 years ago. NOVAGOLD is currently finalizing permits for the 40 million ounce Donlin Gold Project in Southwest Alaska with partner Barrick Gold, the world’s largest gold company. Previous to his role as Founder, President, and CEO of NOVAGOLD, he held the position of Vice President of Exploration for Placer Dome Inc. from 1990 to 1997. In addition to his international exploration perspective, Rick brings years of working experience in and knowledge of Alaska to Contango. Rick has managed projects from grassroots discovery through to advanced feasibility, production and closure. Rick has played a key role in setting up several other corporate entities including: Alexco - where he remains a Director which is rejuvenating the Keno Hill Silver district in the Yukon; Tintina Resource (now Sandfire Resources America) which discovered and is now completing a feasibility and permitting the high grade Black Butte copper project in Montana; and SolidusGold where he is Chairman. Rick holds a Candidature degree in Science from the Université de Louvain, Belgium, and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona. He received the Thayer Lindsley award in 2009 for his role in the Donlin Gold discovery and the Colin Spence Award in 2016 for his role in the Bornite Discovery.

Doug Ramshaw is a senior executive and corporate director with more than 20 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. His work has focused on mineral project evaluation, M&A and business development strategies supporting corporate growth.

Mr. Ramshaw previously worked as a mining analyst for an independent brokerage firm in London, UK and has served in various executive capacities for a number of publicly listed junior resource companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines.

Prior to joining West Red Lake, Mr. Shane Williams was the Chief Operating Officer for Skeena Resources where he was involved in advancing the past producing Eskay Creek Gold project towards a restart. Between 2013-2019 he was Vice President of Operations and Capital Projects at Eldorado Gold where under his leadership the Lamaque Gold project was brought from Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) to commercial operation in just 18-months. He also served as Project Director for Eldorado Gold for their Greek assets and was responsible for the development of both the Skouries and Olympias projects which together had a capex of over US$1B. Mr. Williams has extensive open-pit development experience from his time working with Rio Tinto at the Iron Ore Company of Canada and at Kaunis Iron in Northern Sweden where he, as Project Director, was responsible for the successful staged development of this large, open-pit iron ore operation from early exploration into commercial operation over a rapid 3.5 year period.

Mr. Williams has a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the Dublin Institute of Technology Ireland and an M.Sc. in Project Management from the University of Limerick Ireland.

Mr. Downey has over 30 years of international experience in the resource industry. Mr. Downey held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Elgin Mining Inc., Aura Minerals Inc. and previously Viceroy Exploration Ltd. before its acquisition by Yamana Gold Inc. in 2006. He has held numerous senior engineering positions at several large-scale global gold mining operations and has also held operating positions at several mining projects for Anglo American Corporation in South Africa. Mr. Downey was a member of the boards of Claude Resources and Dalradian Resources before their recent successful acquisitions and he is a member of the board of a number of active resource companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon.) degree in Engineering from Queen’s University.

Neil Woodyer was a founder and the CEO of both Leagold Mining and Endeavour Mining. He has an extensive history in the mining sector creating growth strategies, implementing financing plans, and leading management teams. In 1988, Mr. Woodyer was the founder of Endeavour Financial, a successful mining merchant banking and advisory business. In 2009, he and Frank Giustra devised Endeavour’s growth strategy and as CEO, Mr. Woodyer led Endeavour Financial’s transition from a financial company into a mine operations and development company, Endeavour Mining. Endeavour grew through a series of acquisitions and new mine builds to become one of the largest gold producers in West Africa. In 2016 Mr. Woodyer was a founder and CEO of Leagold Mining which developed gold mines in Mexico and Brazil. In early 2020, after Leagold merged with Equinox Gold and he, along with other team members and number of mining entrepreneurs, created Aris Gold (now Aris Mining) to again follow the strategies that Endeavour and Leagold proved to be successful.

Darren Hall has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry with a track record of increasing production, reducing costs, improving capital effectiveness, and promoting health, safety and business excellence. Mr.Hall has previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Kirkland Lake Gold, which acquired Newmarket Gold, where he also served as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Newmarket Gold, Mr.Hall worked for Newmont Mining Corporation where he held roles of increasing responsibility throughout the organization for almost 30 years. Mr.Hall graduated with a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Hons) from the Western Australia School of Mines in Kalgoorlie

Kleber is an Economist from Unicamp and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Finance, Strategy and International Businesses. He joined Aura in March 2019. Prior to joining Aura, he was CFO of Santista, a large jeans manufacturer with operations in Brazil and Argentina. Previously, he worked at Mover Participações, one of the largest conglomerates in Brazil, and was involved in M&A projects. Kleber has also worked in the management consulting sector for A.T. Kearney and Accenture, in a variety of industries and projects.

Matthew Gili is a Professional Mining Engineer with experience spanning Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer and General Manager roles. He is currently the President & COO of i-80 Gold Corp. His deep technical experience included previously being Executive General Manager -Cortez District, leading one of Barrick’s top mining operations in Nevada, following which Matt was promoted to Chief Technical Officer for Barrick Gold Corporation. Additional operational experience included roles with Rio Tinto as the Managing Director of the Palabora Mining Company in South Africa and Chief Operating Officer of Oyu Tolgoi in Mongolia. Most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of Nevada Copper Corporation, Mr. Gili leveraged his broad experience in leading a publicly listed mining corporation. Passionate about Safety & Environmental Stewardship Mr. Gili was previously Chairman of the Palabora Foundation, Chairman of Mongolian Safety Association (MISA), and is currently on the Management Advisory Board of the University of Nevada – Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering.

Ugo Landry-Tolszczuk was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer of Aya Gold & Silver in May 2020. His involvement in Africa spans 10 years of his 15-year professional career. Previously, Mr. Landry-Tolszczuk held the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of TSX-V listed SRG Mining. During this period, he headed up the company’s largest financing and advanced the company’s graphite project in Guinea from preliminary economic assessment to bankable feasibility study. Prior to joining SRG, Mr. Landry-Tolszczuk served as director of operations for Windiga Energy, which develops, owns and operates renewable energy power plants in Africa. He also brings experience from the technology industry, having previously worked at Research in Motion, ATI Technologies and Distech Controls. He is a CFA charterholder, with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in computer engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Garofalo has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the board of directors of Gold Royalty since August 2020. Mr. Garofalo has worked in various leadership capacities in the natural resources sector over the last 30 years. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Goldcorp Inc., a gold production company headquartered in Vancouver, until its sale to Newmont Corporation in April 2019. Prior to that, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. from 2010 to 2015, where he presided over that company’s emergence as a leading metals producer. Previously, he held various senior executive positions with mining companies, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Agnico-Eagle Limited from 1998 to 2010 and as treasurer and other various finance roles with Inmet Mining Corporation from 1990 to 1998.

Brett Heath founded Metalla Royalty (NYSE: MTA) in September 2016 and remains the President and CEO. (private) Mr. Heath was previously the Chairman and CEO of High Stream Corporation before Metalla acquired it in August 2016. High Stream was a specialty streaming and royalty consulting company where he worked with several public and private companies in the streaming and royalty business. Prior to that, he was a founding principal of KSIR Capital Management, a hedge fund focused on precious metals equities.

Mr. Cole has over 30 years of industry experience, coming to EMX from Newmont Mining Corporation. At Newmont, he held a number of management and senior geologic positions, gaining extensive global experience as a project, mine, and generative exploration geologist in Nevada, Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, and Central Asia. Mr. Cole’s success as part of Newmont’s exploration team includes contributions at the world class Carlin Trend, Yanacocha, and Minahasa mines. Subsequently, he established and managed Newmont’s exploration programs in Turkey while also identifying early-stage acquisition targets in Eastern Europe. Mr. Cole specializes in developing new exploration ideas and opportunities, based upon solid technical expertise coupled with a keen business sense. He studied under Dr. Tommy Thompson at Colorado State University, earning an M.S. in Geology.

Frederick co-founded Elemental Royalties in 2016 following his role as Managing Director of a listed gold exploration company, Goldcrest Resources plc, where he assembled a portfolio of gold licences in northeast Ghana to take to AIM. He has wide experience in the mining industry, including as General Manager of an ASX-listed uranium company from the age of 25. Frederick received the ‘Young Rising Star’ Award at Mines & Money 2018, read history at the University of Edinburgh and is on the Committee of Young Mining Professionals in London.

Paddy currently serves as President, CEO and Director of Orogen Royalties Inc. Paddy joined Orogen Royalties in 2020 as part of a merger between Renaissance Gold and Evrim Resources, where he served as co-founder and CEO since 2011. Paddy is an experienced public company executive, having spent over two decades in the management of mineral exploration companies. In his career, Paddy has a track record of creating shareholder value through exploration partnerships generated from early-stage base and precious metal opportunities in western Canada, United States, and Mexico. Under Paddy's leadership, the Orogen team generates royalties and recuperates its investment through transactions with industry or joint venture partners on high‐quality exploration projects including the producing Ermitaño gold mine in Sonora, Mexico ‐ (2.0% NSR) and the Silicon-Merlin gold project in Nevada, U.S.A ‐ (1.0% NSR).

Brian began working in exploration and mining in 2005 where he began his career in operations, logistics and project management. His background in business & finance provides a well-rounded acumen. He was formerly CFO and VP of Business Development at Kiska Metals Corp, where his experience included operations, business development, asset valuation, capital markets and M&A.

Mr. Panneton is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and development in the gold mining industry. During his career, he has played a key role in the discovery and advancement of several gold deposits worldwide. He joined Gold Terra in October 2019.

Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years. Today, the Detour Lake mine ranks as one of the largest gold mines in Canada. Mr. Panneton raised approximately $2.6 billion in capital while at Detour Gold. Mr. Panneton and his Detour Gold team were the recipients of the PDAC 2011 Bill Dennis Award for Canadian mineral discoveries and prospecting success of the year.

Harry Anagnostaras-Adams was founder or co-founder of Citicorp Capital Investors Australia, investment company Pilatus Capital, Australian Gold Council, EMED Mining (now Atalaya Mining), KEFI Minerals (now KEFI Gold and Copper and Venus Minerals. He has overseen a number of start-ups in those and their related organisations principally through the roles of Chairman, Deputy Chairman or Managing Director. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Lee was appointed to the role of President & CEO of Northisle in October 2020. Over the past 20 years Mr. Lee has advised on some of the most prominent M&A, equity, and debt transactions in the international and Canadian global mining industry totalling over $100 billion in value. During this period, he has worked in major resource markets including Toronto, Sydney, and Vancouver where he led various strategic initiatives for CIBC World Markets. Most recently he was Managing Director and head of CIBC’s Vancouver Mining Group. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Faculty of Engineering, from the University of Toronto, was a graduate of the Lassonde Mineral Engineering program, and is a CFA charter holder.

Ms. Dechev has diverse experience in the minerals sector that is uniquely positioned to bring value to Mundoro Capital. She brings both a technical understanding of the key issues in our sector through a solid foundation of a Geological and Mineral Engineering Degree and the practical understanding of the challenges facing exploration and development companies through extensive capital markets experience and hands-on management experience.

As a co-founder of Silver X Mining Corp, Mr. Garcia brings over 20 years of experience in mining engineering to his role. He has held positions with various companies including Anglo American, Inmet & BHPB, and has operations and production experience in Peru, Chile, Spain, Australia & Switzerland. Mr. Garcia is highly skilled in the areas of mineral economics, project management, people's management and sustainable development. Mr. Garcia holds a M.Sc from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a M.Phil from The University of Queensland and is a World Economic Forum Leadership Fellow.

A 40+ year mining career starting in operations in Africa and Australia, then a technical consulting career in Australia and internationally, with extensive experience in feasibility studies, capital projects and executive roles.

Mike’s experience includes project management in feasibility and engineering studies, project development, technical reviews, financial evaluations, strategic planning, mine expansions, construction management, and project due diligence over a wide range of commodities and jurisdictions including base-metals, gold, and diamonds, in jurisdictions including Africa, Australia, North America, South America, Europe and Russia. Prior to his consulting career he held operational and management positions in mining operations in Africa and Australia.

Michael Hudson is the Managing Director of Southern Cross Gold, a natural resources company engaged in the exploration of precious and critical metals in the Melbourne Zone of central Victoria.

He is an explorationist, geologist and entrepreneur. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 with a B.Sc. (Hons 1st) in Geology and immediately started working underground at Broken Hill and then as an exploration geologist around the world with Pasminco for 10 years.

Moving to the junior markets +20 years ago, he has developed and raised more than US$200m for mineral exploration properties on four continents and co-founded seven junior exploration companies. Over the last 15 years he has focussed on precious and critical metals and has been involved with numerous discoveries of various commodities, many which are now mines or advanced assets.

He currently sits on the board of junior explorers and developers across four stock exchanges (TSX, TSXV, CSE and ASX) and is passionate about the science of mineral discovery and the teamwork, rigour and persistence required.

He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of both the Society for Economic Geologists and Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Ron Thiessen, a Chartered Professional Accountant (FPCA, FCA) with more than 25 years of corporate development experience, is President and CEO of Northern Dynasty, and a Director of the Pebble Limited Partnership. Mr. Thiessen leads Northern Dynasty’s corporate development and financing activities. He is also President and CEO of Hunter Dickinson Inc.

Mr. Balarezo has solid management and corporate experience in leading multinational companies in the mining, cement, and services industries.
Mr. Balarezo served as Executive VP for the Americas in Gold Fields Ltd, and as CEO of Gold Fields La Cima. Prior to Gold Fields, he worked for the
Hochschild Group for 16 years. His last position was VP of Operations at Hochschild Mining, where he was responsible for five operations in Peru,
Argentina, and Mexico, as well as the mining projects in development. He also held the positions of General Manager of Hochschild Mining in
Mexico and then in Peru, as well as Deputy General Manager and Finance Manager in Cementos Pacasmayo.

Justin Reid, M.Sc., MBA
Mr. Reid is a geologist and capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience focused exclusively in the mineral resource space. Mr. Reid started his career as a geologist with Saskatchewan Geological Survey and Cominco Global Exploration after which he became a partner and senior mining analyst at Sprott/Cormark Securities in Toronto. He was then named Executive General Manager at Paladin Energy, where he was responsible for leading all merger and acquisition, corporate and market related activities. He is the former Managing Director Global Mining Sales at National Bank Financial, where he directed the firm’s sales and trading in the mining sector. Most recently, he acted as President and Director of Sulliden Gold Corporation, until its acquisition by Rio Alto Mining in 2014 and was Managing Director at Aguia Resources Ltd. from 2015 to 2019. He holds a B.Sc from the University of Regina, a M.Sc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Aneel is Co-Founder, EVP and Director of Steppe Gold Ltd, and a financial services professional with +20 years of progressive experience in capital markets having worked on over $1B in deals.

He is Founder and Managing Partner of ATMA Capital Markets, focusing on advising public and private companies in the Natural Resources sector. He also serves as a Director of ION Energy Limited and Antler Hill Mining Limited. Aneel received an MBA from the Goodman Institute of Investment Management at John Molson School of Business.

Mr Beischer is a seasoned explorationist with a solid track record of success, previously with Inco Ltd., and the Bristol Bay Native Corporation. He is a geologist and mining engineering technologist having graduated from Laurentian University (1987), Sudbury, Ontario, and the Haileybury School of Mines (1981), Haileybury, Ontario. Mr Beischer is a certified professional geologist (#10505) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Mr. Beischer is the past President of the Alaska Miner's Association and serves on the Alaska Minerals Commission.
