Darryl Cuzzubbo is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of SolGold plc. He has extensive executive leadership experience in the global resources sector. He was most recently Chief Manufacturing and Supply Officer and prior to that Group Executive and President Auspac Asia at explosives maker Orica where he moved from BHP in 2015 after a 24-year career at BHP. He was President of the major’s Olympic Dam copper uranium gold operation in Australia for three years with responsibility for operations, expansion projects and organisation wide transformational change programmes. He has a broad international perspective, having run operations in over 30 countries and has the ability to understand and work across diverse cultures to deliver results.

EUGENE LEI
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy

Eugene was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy in January 2017, and is responsible for corporate strategy, optimizing Hudbay's portfolio of assets through acquisitions, divestitures, investments and partnerships, and overseeing the investor relations function. Eugene has over 20 years of global mining investment banking, corporate finance and corporate development experience. Since joining Hudbay in 2012, Eugene has progressed through several senior management roles and executive responsibilities. Prior to joining Hudbay, Eugene was Managing Director, Mining at Macquarie Capital Markets, acting as an advisor on numerous global mining merger & acquisitions transactions and structuring equity and debt capital markets financings. Eugene holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University. In 2015, Eugene received the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum’s CIM-Bedford Canadian Young (under 40) Mining Leaders Award.

Ron has a wealth of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Hochstein has worked for the Lundin family directly and as a consultant for over twenty years. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Lundin Gold, Mr. Hochstein served as President and CEO of Denison Mines Corp. (TSX, NYSE MKT) for seven years, having joined a predecessor company to Denison in 1999. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hochstein was a Project Manager with Simons Mining Group and worked at Noranda Minerals as a metallurgical engineer. Mr. Hochstein has a B.Sc. in metallurgical engineering and an MBA. Mr. Hochstein became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2014 and was instrumental in the acquisition of Fruta del Norte.

Mr. Beck has more than 15 years of international project management and corporate development experience in the mining industry. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Filo Mining after serving as the President of the company since 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Beck served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Projects of Filo Mining and Josemaria Resources Inc. (formerly NGEx Resources Inc.). Before joining Filo Mining, Mr. Beck worked in corporate development with Lundin Mining, with a focus on project development, corporate strategy, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. Mr. Beck joined the Lundin Group of Companies in 2009 and has worked with many of the mining companies in the group. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Phil Baker is President and CEO of Hecla Mining Company. During his 21 years with Hecla, the 131-year-old Company has transformed into one with long-lived, low-cost mines, large land positions and a North American focus. Today, Hecla is uniquely positioned to provide the key minerals needed for a decarbonized energy future. With over 30 years in the industry, he knows what creates long-term value for stakeholders and opportunities for employees.

Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004, and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and CEO in 2016. Mr. Steinmann has over 25 years of experience in the base and precious metals industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science (Geology) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Zurich, and a Degree in Corporate Finance from Escuela Superior de Administración y Negocios, Lima. Mr. Steinmann has extensive experience throughout South America in mine operations and project development, having participated in numerous mine construction projects from exploration and feasibility studies, through start-up and into continuous operation. He is also experienced in corporate M&A and associated capital market financings, as well as numerous other exploration and business development initiatives. Mr. Steinmann is past President of the Silver Institute, a non-profit international industry association that aims to increase public understanding of the many uses and values of silver.

Mr Alvídrez has extensive experience within the mining industry having previously held the position of General Manager of the Madero mine operated by Peñoles, which is one of Mexico’s largest mines. Mr Alvídrez joined the Peñoles Group in August 1988, since then he has held a number of senior operational and financial positions across Peñoles and Fresnillo, including that of Treasurer, Head of Investor Relations in London and Head of Procurement. Mr Alvídrez is a director of the Lowell Institute for Mineral Resources of the University of Arizona, a member of the Mexican Mining Chamber and a Vice-president of the Advisory Board of the School of Mines of the University of Guanajuato, Mexico.

He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publically traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Finance in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Dr. Peter Megaw is Chief Exploration Officer (CXO) and co-founder of MAG Silver Corp. Dr. Megaw has 37 years of engagement in Mexican geology and is a well known and respected figure in the Mexican and global mining industry. His Ph.D. work at the University of Arizona was an exploration-focused geological/geochemical study of the Santa Eulalia (Ag-Pb-Zn) District in Chihuahua and Carbonate Replacement Deposits (CRDs) in general. He has extensively published and spoken internationally on his primary exploration foci of CRDs, Epithermal Vein Deposits and Porphyry Copper Deposits. He and his IMDEX team are credited with the significant discoveries of Juanicipio-Fresnillo, Platosa, and Cinco de Mayo (Upper Manto-Pegaso-Pozo Seco). Peter was awarded the Society of Mining Engineers 2012 Robert M. Dreyer Award for excellence in Applied Economic Geology and the Carnegie Mineralogical Medal.

Jorge A. Ganoza co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. in 2004 and currently serves as our President and CEO and as a Director on our Board. Jorge is an experienced geological engineer who has worked on mineral exploration, mining and business development projects throughout Latin America since 1995. Before founding Fortuna, he worked in business development at senior levels for several private and public Canadian junior mining companies operating in Central and South America. He graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1995. Jorge served as director of Ferreycorp from March 2017 to July 2020.

Mr. Fier is a Certified Professional Geologist (USA) and Engineer (Canada) with over 30 years of experience in the international mining industry including exploration, acquisition, development and production of numerous mining projects in Guyana, Chile, Brazil, Central America, Mexico and Peru.. He has in-depth knowledge of project evaluation and management, reserve estimation and economic analysis, construction, as well as operations management. Mr. Fier previously worked as Chief Geologist with Pegasus Gold Corp., Senior Engineer & Manager with Newmont Mining Corp. and Project Manager with Eldorado Gold Corp. and is also currently the Chief Operating Officer of Goldsource Mines Inc. (“Goldsource”). Prior to the formation of SilverCrest Metals he was a co-founder and COO of SilverCrest Mines Inc. ("SilverCrest Mines"), which was acquired by First Majestic Silver Corp in October, 2015. He was largely responsible for the successful implementation of a systematic and responsible “phased approach” business model, that built the Santa Elena project into a successful and profitable mine.

The born and bred Namibian mining engineer has an impressive 25 year track record with top-tier companies across the mining value chain, and knows the African continent like the back of his hand. After building and operating mines with Rio Tinto, AngloGold-Ashanti and Gold Fields early in his career, he joined the finance sector working for Nedbank Capital and Old Mutual Investment Group.

Heye is the co-founder of the former Auryx Gold Corp. which advanced the Otjikoto gold project in Namibia until selling to B2 Gold Corp for US$160m in 2011. As the former President & CEO of Ecuador Gold & Copper Corp. (“EGX”), Heye was instrumental in the formation of Lumina Gold Corp. through the C$200m merger of EGX with Odin Mining, before founding Osino Resources in 2015 with Alan Friedman.

Mr. Everett is a geologist with more than 14 years of surface and underground exploration experience with senior mining companies. He moved to the financial sector in 1990, and spent 12 years with BMO Nesbitt Burns focused on resource equities, and seven years with PI Financial Corp. in senior resource institutional sales and capital markets. From 2008 to 2015, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Axemen Resource Capital. Mr. Everett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic Geology from the University New Brunswick.

ALASTAIR STILL
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Still is an experienced mining industry professional with over 25 years of experience including working for major gold miners such as Newmont, Goldcorp, Placer Dome, Kinross Gold and Agnico Eagle. He has worked within Canada and internationally in a variety of leadership roles including corporate and project development, and mine operations. Mr. Still has spent over ten years in corporate development having formerly served as Director, Corporate Development with Newmont Corporation (formerly Goldcorp), and most recently as Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer for GoldMining. Mr. Still graduated with a Bachelor of Science (First Class, Honours) from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Science (structural geology) from Queen’s University.

Mr. Awde is the Co-Founder President, CEO and Director of Dakota Gold Corp. Previously Mr. Awde was the Co-founder, Director and past CEO and President of Gold Standard Ventures Corp. As CEO/President of Gold Standard, from July 2010 through December 2020 Mr. Awde oversaw all corporate development, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising and the procurement of capital for the development of Gold Standard's assets.
Mr. Awde spent the last 20 years raising financing for various junior resource companies in some of the most challenging market environments. Focusing on institutional accounts, high net worth and family offices, he has successfully raised close to $700 million for public and private companies in the natural resources sector.

Mr. Cattalani is the current Senior Vice President of Exploration at Lion One Metals, and is an experienced economic geologist with over 35 years of experience.

Matt was appointed President and CEO of Marathon Gold in August 2019. He has over 25 years in mining exploration, project development, construction, and operation. Matt was previously the President and CEO of Stornoway Diamond Corporation where he led the C$947M project financing for the Renard Diamond Mine in north-central Quebec and oversaw its successful construction and ramp-up. Prior to Stornoway (and its predecessor companies), Matt was employed by Aber Diamond Corporation (now Dominion Diamond Corporation) as Vice-President, Marketing, and thereafter Vice-President, Technical Services and Control, during which time he participated in the US$230m project financing for the Diavik Diamond Mine and oversaw Aber’s technical and marketing operations. In 2015, Matt was awarded the Viola Macmillan Award by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and in 2017 he was the Northern Miner Mining Person of the Year and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Mining and Energy, Quebec), Matt is also a director of Fiore Gold (TSXV:F) and AmAuCu Inc. (a private corporation), and a graduate of the University of Edinburgh (B.Sc. Geophysics, 1987) and the University of Toronto (Ph.D. Geology, 1996).

Mr. Stralow is an experienced mining executive and qualified mining engineer with over 20 years’ industry experience. He was a member of the senior management team at Northern Star Resources for over 10 years, with roles including head of operations and head of business development during a period of exceptional growth. He has extensive experience in strategy development and execution, building and operating modern underground mining operations, business integration and transformation, and building high performing teams.

Mr. Coles has served as CEO and President for several Toronto Venture Stock Exchange listed junior mining exploration and development companies, throughout the past seven years. Mr. Coles entered the mining business as part of an effort to develop a mineral resource discovered on family farmland in Virginia. He was previously an analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, from 2005 through to 2007. Prior to that Mr. Coles worked for UBS Investment Bank in New York as a Senior Research Analyst in the bank’s High Yield Group. Mr. Coles started at UBS Investment Bank in 1999 as an Associate reporting to the bank’s Global Head of Fixed Income Strategy. Mr. Coles holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Steven Dean is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He has extensive experience internationally in mining, including as President of Teck Cominco Limited (now Teck Resources Ltd.). Prior to joining Teck, Mr. Dean was a founding member of management of the Normandy Poseidon Group, (which became Normandy Mining) a co-founder of PacMin Mining Corporation which became a subsidiary of Teck Corporation in 1999. He was also a co-founder and former Chairman of Amerigo Resources Ltd. More recently, Mr. Dean was Chairman, CEO and founder of Atlantic Gold Corporation, focused on gold exploration, development and production in Nova Scotia, which was sold to St. Barbara Limited in 2019 for $802 million after building its Moose River Consolidated Mine on time and on budget and operating at the lowest decile cost profile in the gold sector.

Mr. Dean is a recipient of the Viola R. MacMillan Award from the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) for individuals demonstrating leadership in management and financing for the exploration and development of mineral resources. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Artemis Gold Inc. (TSX-V: ARTG) and Chairman of Oceanic Iron Ore Corp. (TSX-V: FEO).

Bruce McLeod is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years of experience in all areas of the mining industry. Most recently he was the President & CEO of Mercator Minerals Ltd. Prior to that, he was the President, CEO and Director of Creston Moly Corp as well as a founder of both Sherwood Copper Corp and Stornoway Diamond Corporation. He also served on the Board of Directors of Palmerejo Silver and Gold Corp (acquired by Coeur D'Alene Mines) and Ariane Gold (acquired by Cambior Inc.) and has been involved in numerous projects at various stages of development while with the Northair Group.

Mr. McLeod was the co-recipient of AMEBC's EA Scholz Award for excellence in mine development in 2009 and primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning, and financing activities.

Dr. West-Sells has over 25 years' experience in the mining industry. After obtaining his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia in Metallurgical Engineering, he worked with BHP, Placer Dome, and Barrick in increasingly senior roles in Research and Development and Project Development. Since 2006, Dr. West-Sells has worked for Western Copper, holding a number of technical and executive positions. Currently, as the President and CEO of Western Copper and Gold, Dr. West-Sells oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Dr. West-Sells sits on the Yukon Minerals Advisory Board, the Board of the Yukon Mining Alliance and the Centre for Northern Innovation in Mining Governing Council.

James Withall joined Rupert Resources as CEO in April 2017 and has over twenty years’ experience in mining. He was previously a Managing Partner and Fund Manager at Baker Steel Capital Managers. He was the lead manager of the award winning Baker Steel Global Funds Precious Metals Fund that was voted the top performing Gold and Precious Metals Equities Fund by Thomson Reuter Lipper Fund Awards, over 3 years in 2016 and, 3 and 5 years in 2017, throughout Europe. James worked for more than seven years as a geologist, working in Western Australia for number of gold mining companies in exploration, project and mine geologist roles, before joining the development team of the Xstrata Windimurra vanadium project. James has a degree in Applied Geology from Leicester University and a Masters in Mineral Project Appraisal from Imperial College, London.

Rudi Fronk, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Seabridge Gold, has over 35 years experience in the gold business, primarily as a senior officer and director of publicly traded companies. In 1999 Mr. Fronk co-founded Seabridge and has served as the Company’s CEO since that time. Mr. Fronk is a graduate of Columbia University from which he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics.

Mr. Burzynski holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in geology from Mount Allison University, and a Master of Science in exploration and mineral economics (MINEX) degree from Queen’s University. He is a registered P.Geo. in the province of Québec, and has over 25 years experience as a professional geologist on international mining and development projects. As well as serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko Mining Inc., John has been Senior Vice President, New Business Development and Director of Osisko Gold Royalties since its inception in June 2014. Mr. Burzynski was one of the three original founders of Osisko Exploration/Osisko Mining Corp., and up until 2014 was the Vice President, Business Development. Among other awards, Mr. Burzynski was a co-winner together with Sean Roosen and Robert Wares of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canadas “Prospector of the Year Award” for 2007 and the Northern Miner’s “Mining Men of the Year” for 2009. John currently serves as a Director with Osisko Mining Inc., Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd., O3 Mining Inc. and Major Drilling Group International Inc., and is also a founding member of EurAsia Resource Holdings AG, a private resource fund based in Europe.

Greg is President and Chief Executive Officer of NOVAGOLD and has been since January 2012. Mr. Lang has more than 35 years of diverse experience in mine operations, project development, and evaluations. Prior to joining, he was President of Barrick Gold North America and Managing Director of Barrick Gold Australia. Mr. Lang has held progressively responsible operating and project development positions over his career at Homestake Mining Company and International Corona Corporation, both of which are now part of Barrick. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla and is a Graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.

B.Eng (Mining), MACID, FAusIMM
Mr. Jardine is a senior mining executive with direct experience growing resource companies from early stage exploration through to multi-operation entities. This includes taking projects through feasibility studies, equity funding, debt financing, project development and operations.

Commodity experience includes precious metals, base metals and bulk commodities across underground and open pit operations. Processing methods utilised at these projects and operations include CIP/CIL, DMS, sulphide flotation, BIOX, pressure oxidation and SX/EW. Projects developed have received Australian State and Federal recognition for environmental best practice and health and safety and human resources systems.

Mark Clark is Executive Chairman of Capricorn Metals Ltd and a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the resources sector. Mark joined the Company in July 2019 after retiring from Regis Resources in October 2018. During his time at Regis he oversaw the development of Regis’ three operating gold mines at the Duketon Gold Project, which culminated in the project producing well over 300,000 ounces of gold per annum. During this time the company grew from a small explorer with a market capitalisation of around $40 million to a significant gold producer with a market capitalisation in the order of $2.5 billion. During his time at Capricorn, Mark has been an integral part of the financing and development of the Karlawinda Gold Project and the acquisition of the Mt Gibson Gold Project.

Jim Beyer
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Regis Resources

Jim Beyer has been with Regis since October 2018.

Jim is a Mining Engineer with a broad range of strategic, operating and start-up experience encompassing 30 years across a number of commodities including gold, copper, uranium, lead, zinc and iron ore. He has extensive gold industry experience having been the General Manager of the Boddington Gold Mine, one of Australia’s largest open cut gold mines and also the high-grade underground Pajingo Gold Mine.

Immediately prior to joining Regis Resources Jim was the Chief Executive Officer of Western Australian based iron ore producer and explorer Mt Gibson Iron Limited (ASX: MGX) from 2012 to 2018.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining), a Master of Geoscience (Mineral Economics) and is Vice President of the Association of Mining & Exploration Companies (AMEC) Executive Council.

Mr. Lewins is a Mineral Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has previously worked in Africa, Australia, Asia, North America and the former Soviet Union. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to August 2017. Mr. Lewins has successfully managed the development of a number of open pit and underground gold, precious and base metal mines from feasibility study through to profitable operations.

Mr. Lewins has operated extensively at the corporate level in various roles from Executive General Manager to Director and Chief Executive Officer with a number of other mining companies, including MIM Holdings, First Dynasty Mines, Platinum Australia and African Thunder Platinum.

Mr. Lewins received his National Diploma for Technicians (Extractive Metallurgy) from Technikon Witwatersrand, South Africa, a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Mineral Engineering from University of Leeds, England and a Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Queensland.

John Lewins is Chair of the K92 Health and Safety Committee.

Mr Jeff Quartermaine is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Perseus Mining Limited, a mid-tier ASX/TSX listed gold mining company, headquartered in Perth, Australia. Jeff has more than 35 years’ experience at board and senior management level with ASX and TSX-listed resources companies involved in gold and base metals exploration, development and mining in Australia and several developing countries including Sudan, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, PNG, Philippines and Chile. He holds both post graduate business management (MBA) and undergraduate engineering (BE) qualifications and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (FCPA).

Mr Gibbs joined Gold Road with over 30 years senior and executive positions with AngloGold Ashanti, Acacia and Shell-Billiton. Mr Gibbs was instrumental in leading the exploration, discovery, and development of the >8Moz Tropicana gold mine and was the inaugural General Manager. Mr Gibbs was General Manager at Sunrise Dam, one of the largest underground gold mines in Australia. As AngloGold’s Exploration Manager for Australasia Mr Gibbs managed exploration teams across Australia, China, Mongolia and joint ventures in south-east Asia.

Mr Gibbs has extensive experience in operational management, project studies and construction, HSE management, community engagement, risk and compliance, gold exploration, mine geology, and technical IT.

As Managing Director and CEO, Mr Gibbs is the conduit between the board and management and is responsible for the implementation of board-approved sustainability and climate change strategies and policies.

Mr Gibbs is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Science, Honours (First Class) in Geology from James Cook University. Mr Gibbs is a dual national with Australian and British citizenship.
Mr Gibbs was appointed MD & CEO with Gold Road on 17 Sept 2018.

Tim is a finance professional with over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial management and business development functions within the resources industry. Tim has been involved in exploration, developing, and producing companies both in Australia and overseas. Tim has held senior financial positions in various sectors including precious and base metals, industrial minerals, (including lithium and tantalum experience at the Greenbushes and Wodgina operations) and in bulk commodities.

Tim joined Ramelius Resources Limited in July 2017 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the same university. Master of Business Administrative from the University of Miami in Florida. He completed the Management Development Program at Harvard Business School.
He worked at Buenaventura from 1990 to 1997, where he held the position of Treasury Head. He also worked at Sociedad Minera El Brocal as Finance Manager up until 2000. He was General Manager of Boticas BTL until 2005, and General Manager of Boticas Inkafarma until June 2011.
He rejoined Buenaventura as Controller General in July 2011 until December 2017 when he became the Chief Financial Officer of Buenaventura. General Manager of Buenaventura since September 2017.
He has been a Director of Química Suiza Retail, the business that manages the Mi Farma pharmacy chain, since January 2016 until January 2018. CEO of Consorcio Energético de Huancavelica and Director of Sociedad Minera El Brocal, Compañía Minera Condesa y Empresa de Generación Huanza.

Darren, Centerra Gold’s Chief Financial Officer since April 2016, has over 22 years of experience in financial management, auditing and the mining industry. Darren joined Centerra in 2013 as Treasurer, was promoted to Vice President, Finance and Treasurer in January 2015. Prior to joining Centerra, Darren was General Manager Finance, Company Secretary at Ivanhoe Australia from 2007 to 2012. From 2000 to 2007 Darren worked with KPMG as Senior Manager, in Canada, holding several progressive senior roles in Australia and the U.K., working with mining and construction companies. From 1997 to 1999, he worked as an Accountant for Hall Chadwick in Melbourne. Darren holds a Bachelor of Business, Accounting from Victoria University and is a Chartered Accountant. Darren also has a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Institute of Chartered Company Secretaries of Australia.

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey was formerly a Director of the World Gold Council and is currently an Alternative Director. Mr. McCluskey was the recipient of the 2018 Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration. This award recognized Mr. McCluskey’s role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Mike Cinnamond is the senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of B2Gold Corp. Prior to joining B2Gold in 2013, he was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was the BC Resources Leader for the mining, forestry and energy and utilities practices.

Mike has 22 years of experience in the mining industry sector and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC and holds an LL.B. designation from the University of Exeter.

Mike has been involved with CIM both locally and nationally for almost 20 years. He has served as treasurer, vice chair and ultimately branch chair of CIM’s Vancouver Branch. He was CIM’s audit and risk chair for several years and has been a director-at-large for the CIM Council for the past four years. At the 2018 CIM Convention + Expo in Vancouver, Mike was the moderator of the plenary session.

He is also currently a director of Canuck Place Children’s Hospice in Vancouver and a board member of HighGold Mining Inc.

Mr. Antal was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of SSR Mining following the merger with Alacer Gold in September 2020. Prior to the merger, Mr. Antal held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer with Alacer Gold since August 2013 and prior to that, he served as Alacer Gold’s Chief Financial Officer from May 2012 to August 2013. Mr. Antal has over 25 years of global mining experience in various mineral and metal businesses, including precious metals. This experience spans both corporate roles and at various mine operating sites. Mr. Antal began his mining career working for Placer Dome in Papua New Guinea and then nearly 15 years within the Rio Tinto Group where he held various senior management positions.

Sébastien de Montessus is CEO of Endeavour Mining. Under his leadership, he has introduced key strategic objectives that have created a sustainable business that generates long term cash flow.

Previously, Sébastien served as the CEO of the La Mancha Group for four years between 2012 and 2016. Under his leadership, La Mancha doubled its production through optimization efforts before undergoing a significant portfolio restructuring. Prior to this, Sébastien was a member of the Executive Board and Group Deputy CEO of AREVA Group, a leading nuclear energy company and CEO of AREVA Mining, which focused on uranium assets. He has also served as a Board member of Evolution Mining (2015 - 2018) and ERAMET (2010 - 2012).

Before joining AREVA in 2002, Sébastien was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London specializing in M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Sébastien is a business graduate from ESCP-Europe Business School in Paris.

Mr Conway was appointed Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer of Evolution Mining Limited with effect from 1 August 2014 (previously a Non-Executive Director).

Mr Conway has more than 30 years’ experience in the resources sector across a diverse range of commercial, financial and operational activities. He has held a mix of corporate, operational and commercial roles within Australia, Papua New Guinea and Chile with Newcrest and prior to that with BHP Billiton. Immediately prior to his role at Evolution he held the position of Executive General Manager – Commercial and West Africa with Newcrest Mining. Mr Conway served as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee for Aurelia Metals Limited until his retirement effective 31 August 2022.

Boipelo joined Harmony on 1 June 2017 as chief financial officer. She is a chartered accountant (SA) by profession with extensive experience in group financial management and reporting within the mining industry. Her previous roles include that of chief financial officer of Atlatsa Resources Corporation and financial manager of Northam Platinum Limited. She served as an independent non-executive director of Trans Hex Group Limited from August 2013 until March 2017 and currently serves as an independent non-executive director on the boards of African Rainbow Capital Proprietary Limited and UBI General Partner Proprietary Limited, where she was appointed on 7 June 2018. She also serves as a trustee of the Harmony group environmental trust funds.

Greg Smith assumed the role of CEO of Equinox Gold in September 2022, and has been President of Equinox Gold since March 2017. Prior to his role with Equinox Gold, he held the roles of CEO of JDL Gold, CEO and founder of Anthem United, President and CEO of Esperanza Resources prior to its sale to Alamos Gold, and CFO of Minefinders Corporation prior to its sale to Pan American Silver. Previously Greg has held management positions at both Goldcorp and the mining division of KPMG LLP, and he also acted as a director of Premier Royalty prior to its sale to Sandstorm Gold. Currently Greg is a director of Solaris Resources and i-80 Gold, and a director of Royalty North Partners. Greg is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.

George Burns joined Eldorado on February 1, 2017 and assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer on April 28, 2017. Prior to joining us, George was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Goldcorp. He also held the Goldcorp positions of Senior Vice President, Mexican Operations and Vice President, Canada and United States respectively. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Centerra Gold Inc.
George has over 30 years of experience in the mineral sector including executive, operations, development and engineering leadership roles in gold, copper and coal operations. George has served in various capacities for Asarco LLC including Vice President of Mining as well as numerous capacities for Cyprus Minerals Corporation. He began his career with Anaconda Company in 1978.

Mitchell J. Krebs is President and Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Board of Coeur Mining, Inc. In addition, Mr. Krebs is a Director of the National Mining Association, Director of Kansas City Southern, a Fortune-500 transportation holding company, and former President of the Silver Institute. Mr. Krebs is also on the Board of World Business Chicago and serves on the John G. Shedd Aquarium Society Board of Trustees and Board of the Big Shoulders Fund.

During his 20-year tenure with Coeur, Mr. Krebs has led over $2 billion in capital market transactions and facilitated over $2 billion of acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to becoming President and CEO, he was its Chief Financial Officer and previously Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.

Mr. Krebs holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Duffy holds a B.Eng. in Mining Engineering from the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia). He has extensive technical and operational management experience, having worked at numerous operations throughout Australia and Latin America. Prior to joining Mandalay Resources, Mr. Duffy most recently worked for Coeur d’Alene Mines and Hecla Mining Company in South America.

Eric Caba is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bear Creek Mining, having joined the Company as VP Project Delivery in 2018. Eric has over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry across the Americas and Europe. Prior to joining Bear Creek, Eric served as the Vice President, South America Business Unit for Hudbay Minerals Inc. where he was intimately involved in the construction of the Constancia mine in Peru. He played a key role in the design and development of the business processes and operational preparations for Constancia, focusing on productivity, efficiency and cost control, and he coordinated implementation of these processes and preparations through all levels and stages of the mine construction. Prior to his tenure at Hudbay in Peru, Eric held operations management positions at various mining operations in Canada, Europe and the US. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Idaho.

John Miniotis has 20 years of experience in the mining industry focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. He was previously the Interim CEO of Aethon Minerals Corp where he was responsible for overseeing the capital markets and mergers and acquisitions strategy of the company, which culminated in the successful merger with AbraSilver. Prior to joining Aethon he was the VP Corporate Development at AuRico Metals, which was acquired by Centerra Gold in January 2018 for approximately $310 million. John was also the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Lundin Mining, where he played a key role in successfully executing various acquisitions valued over $2 billion, and was also responsible for Investor Relations. Prior to that he worked in mining equity research at Wellington West Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets, and commenced his career in the Corporate Development group at Barrick Gold. Mr. Miniotis holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto,

Mr. Khunkhun has over 15 years of experience in the capital markets, mineral exploration and development sector with a focus on enhancing shareholder value. He has served in a variety of strategic roles including investor relations, corporate development, chief executive officer and director. Mr. Khunkhun has been instrumental in creating a new awareness for undervalued companies including grass roots explorers, developers and producers. Mr. Khunkhun’s experience in incubating and growing early stage companies through capital raises, acquisitions, joint ventures and spinouts, and his long-standing relationships with an extensive global network of high-net-worth investors, private equity and institutional investors, analysts, brokers, and investment bankers have been a valuable asset to growing mineral exploration companies. Mr. Khunkhun is also a director of Goldshore Resources Inc and is Director & CEO of StrikePoint Gold.

Mr. Pettingell is a geologist with over 10 years of experience working in both pre-producing and operating mines, as well as the capital markets. Prior to joining Vizsla, Michael spent the last four years working in equity research at Canaccord Genuity covering junior precious and base metal explorers and developers in the mining and metals sector. Prior to Canaccord, Mr. Pettingell worked for Hecla Mining, first in exploration at its Lucky Friday unit, and then in corporate development located in Vancouver. Michael started his career as an exploration geologist for Romarco Minerals at its Haile Gold mine prior to it being acquired by OceanaGold in 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in both Geology and Economics from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Alex Zhang is a professional geoscientist registered with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC). With more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, Mr. Zhang has brought his range of technical and managerial skills to work on major gold and silver-lead-zinc polymetallic projects in China, Canada, and Bolivia with Eldorado Gold, Afcan Mining, Sino Gold, Silvercorp and New Pacific Metals, supervising activities from exploration and development to production. His roles have included senior exploration geologist, senior resource geologist, exploration manager chief geologist, and vice president of exploration. Mr. Zhang received his M.Eng. in mineral exploration from the China University of Mining and Technology and his M.Sc.in mineral exploration from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.

Mr McClure graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia in 1986. He has had over 30 years technical, management and financial experience in the resource sector worldwide in project management and executive development roles. He has also worked in the financial services sector within the mineral and energy sectors.

Mr McClure is Managing Director of Silver Mines Limited and is Chairman of Strickland Metal Limited. He is also a past director of highly successful companies Bolnisi Gold NL (North American listed subsidiaty was Palmarejo Gold and Silver Limited) and Nickel Mines Limited.

Dr. Wodzicki has a doctorate in Geosciences from the University of Arizona and over 30 years of experience in international mineral exploration and corporate management. Teams led by Dr. Wodzicki are responsible for several significant discoveries including Los Helados, Josemaria, Filo del Sol, and El Limon-Guajes. Dr. Wodzicki has worked for the Lundin Group since 2007 and was previously CEO of Josemaria Resources, Filo Mining and Sanu Resources, and served as a director of several public companies. Dr. Wodzicki is also a director of Filo Mining Corp.

Ron Thiessen, a Chartered Professional Accountant (FPCA, FCA) with more than 25 years of corporate development experience, is President and CEO of Northern Dynasty, and a Director of the Pebble Limited Partnership. Mr. Thiessen leads Northern Dynasty’s corporate development and financing activities. He is also President and CEO of Hunter Dickinson Inc.

Frank R. Hallam has over 27 years of experience in the mining, minerals and petroleum industry as an operator, principal, and founder of several NYSE.American, TSX and TSXV corporations. His experience includes both equity and debt financing and the execution of exploration, discovery and development programs in Canada, the USA, Mexico and in six different countries in Eastern and Southern Africa. He has been directly involved in friendly and hostile M&A transactions and has been involved in more than USD $2.0 billion in public offerings in the USA, Canada, and Europe.

In his role as CFO and Director with TSX listed gold exploration company Tan Range Exploration Corp. (1995 to 2002) he set up and administered exploration offices in Tanzania, Ethiopia and Eritrea.

Mr. Hallam was the original founder of New Millennium Metals Corp. In addition to co-founding Platinum Group Metals Ltd. Mr. Hallam was a co-founder (2003) and former CFO and director until 2014 of MAG Silver Corp. Mr. Hallam was a co-founder (2005) and director of West Timmins Mining Inc. He served as a director of Lake Shore until the billion-dollar take-over of Lake Shore by Tahoe Resources Inc. in April 2016. Mr. Hallam currently serves as CFO & Corporate Secretary of West Vault Mining Inc.

Mr. Hallam is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (1993), was formerly an auditor in the public Mining Practice of Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (1990).

President, CEO and co-founder of Generation Mining, which is developing a large palladium copper mine in northern Ontario. 25 years in financing and management of Canadian mining companies. Was CEO of Pine Point Mining which was acquired by Osisko Metals. Formerly Vice President of Pinetree Capital.

Peter Bell has over thirty years of successful experience in mining geology, mining investment and mining banking. Mr. Bell worked as a geologist in northern Ontario, Nevada, Nunavut, Tanzania, Peru and Denver, including 13 years with Newmont Corporation. He was part of the Leeville Deposit discovery team in Nevada, the Chief Mine Geologist at the Yanacocha Mine and global corporate development geologist in Denver. In 2008, Mr. Bell joined London based hedge fund MKM Longboat as a mining analyst. He built a strong track record as an analyst and investor, becoming Co-Chief Investment Officer for the Mining Equities strategy at Polygon Global Partners in 2012. While at Polygon he also co-founded private equity mining group Hawkes Point Capital. In 2018, Mr. Bell joined National Bank Financial in Toronto, providing mining project due diligence for corporate lending before moving to investment banking. As an investment banker he advised mining clients in corporate strategy, financing and M&A. Mr. Bell is a Professional Geoscientist registered in the Northwest Territories and sits on the Finance and Taxation Committee of the PDAC. He has a BSc in Geology from Western University, MSc (Minex) in Geology from Queens University and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from The University of Denver.

Mr. Lee was appointed to the role of President & CEO of Northisle in October 2020. Over the past 20 years Mr. Lee has advised on some of the most prominent M&A, equity, and debt transactions in the international and Canadian global mining industry totalling over $100 billion in value. During this period, he has worked in major resource markets including Toronto, Sydney, and Vancouver where he led various strategic initiatives for CIBC World Markets. Most recently he was Managing Director and head of CIBC’s Vancouver Mining Group. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Faculty of Engineering, from the University of Toronto, was a graduate of the Lassonde Mineral Engineering program, and is a CFA charter holder.

Mr Jetson is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of St Barbara, appointed in February 2020. He is a highly experienced career mining executive, having most recently served as Executive General Manager Cadia, Lihir and Global Technical Services at Newcrest Mining Limited. Previously, he was GM Lihir and prior to that held long‐term senior operating roles at Nyrstar and Zinifex in Australia, USA, Canada and Europe. Mr Jetson has experience in successfully leading challenging businesses in complex operating environments, together with deep technical knowledge.

Mr Williams has been Managing Director of Red 5 since April 2014.

Mr Williams has over 20 years of mining experience operating within a diverse range of open cut, underground, quarrying and civil engineering environments across the developed markets of Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand, as well as the emerging markets of the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and South Pacific.

Mr Williams was previously General Manager for Xstrata of the Tampakan Copper-Gold Project in the southern Philippines from 2007 to 2013.

Mr. Huet is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Mr. Huet served as the Executive Chairman from February 25, 2019 until July 18, 2019, when he was appointed Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer, the "interim" portion of his title was removed in August 2019. Previously, Mr. Huet was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Klondex Mines from 2012 - 2018, until its acquisition by Hecla Mining Company. Mr. Huet has a strong command of capital markets and has served in all levels of engineering and operations of Mining. Mr. Huet graduated with Honors from the Mining Engineering Technology program at Haileybury School of Mines in Ontario, and successfully completed the Stanford Executive program at the Stanford School of business. In 2013 Mr. Huet was nominated for the Premiers Award in Ontario for outstanding College graduates; he is currently a member of OACETT as an applied Science Technologist and an Accredited Director.

Richard Hyde
Founder, CEO and Executive Chairman

Richard is a geologist with 25 years’ experience in the mining industry and over 20 years’ experience operating in West Africa. He has managed large exploration and development projects for gold and base metals in Australia, Africa and Eastern Europe. He founded West African in 2006 and has led the Company from IPO in 2010 through to production in 2020. He was instrumental in coordinating the A$365 million debt and equity financing to fully-fund the Sanbrado Gold Operation to production in March 2020. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of New England and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Jody Kuzenko was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer since joining the Company in October 2018. She is a senior mining executive with over 20 years of operational and business experience, mainly acquired at Vale (formerly Inco). After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Jody moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. She has a proven record of execution and leadership many areas of mining operations including refining, strategy, safety, health and environment, energy and utilities, and community, labour and government relations.

Jody holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University. She is a founding Advisory Board member of the Centre for Research in Occupational Safety and Health (CROSH) at Laurentian University and serves as a Director of Torex Gold. Previous Board experience includes the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce, Association of Major Power Consumers of Ontario and Industrial Gas Users Association, Canada. In 2020, she was named one of the ‘Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining’ by Women in Mining UK as well as one of the ‘2020 Names to Know’ by CIM Magazine.

Mr. Adams has been the President and CEO of New Gold Inc. since 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams’ time at Richmont Mines, production at the company’s principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was the Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2007 to 2011 as the General Manager of the Rosebel mine in Suriname and then the Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams is also a director of GT Gold Corp and non-executive Chairman of Board of Directors at Omai Gold Mines. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

David Rae is a seasoned international mining and smelting executive with extensive experience in Africa, Canada and Europe. He has held senior executive and operational roles in international mining companies including Falconbridge and Xstrata. David is a collaborative leader with a reputation of building high performing teams to optimize current assets allowing the business to focus on growth and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England.

Mr. Rae joined DPM in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Operations and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In May 2020, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Cobus has many years of experience in the African mining sector. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche in South Africa. He has been a director of Pan African since 2009, serving as financial director from 2013 until his appointment as chief executive officer on 1 March 2015.

Mr. Langille was the co-founder of both Gammon Gold Inc. and Mexgold Resources Inc. and served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of both companies. Mr. Langille successfully developed both company's projects from grass roots to commercial production in Mexico, raising in excess of $500 million for the development and construction of both mines. Mr. Langille was an integral part of the growth and success of Gammon Gold Inc., and Mexgold Resources Inc.. Mr. Langille directed the growth and development of the Ocampo mine and the El Cubo mine from 1999 through 2007. Mr. Langille was Strategic Advisor for Nayarit Gold Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and with his guidance developed the Orion Project from initial stages through scoping study and was instrumental in the company being acquired by Capital Gold in 2010.

Mr Holohan joined Resolute in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations and projects. In April 2022 he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Holohan has held various executive and detailed technical mining positions working in Africa, for 30 years, followed by 10 years in Asia, focused on re-engineering a range of precious and base metals mining projects.

Mr Holohan brings significant experience in operating in technically and socially challenged environments where he has led multi-cultural workforces.

Mr. Learmonth joined Caledonia in July 2008. Prior to this, he was a division director of investment banking at Macquarie First South in South Africa, and has over 17 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector in Africa.

Mr. Learmonth graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant. Mr. Learmonth is a member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Mines, Zimbabwe. Mr. Learmonth was appointed Caledonia's Chief Financial Officer in November 2014 and became the Chief Executive Officer in July 2022.

Executive Chairman

Peter Marrone is the Executive Chairman of Yamana Gold Inc., which he founded in 2003. He has more than 35 years of mining, business, and capital markets experience. He has been on the boards of a number of public companies and has advised companies with a strong South American and North American presence.
Prior to Yamana, Mr. Marrone was the head of investment banking at a major Canadian investment bank and before that practiced law in Toronto with a strong focus on corporate law, securities law and international transactions.

Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kinross Gold on August 1, 2012. He first joined the company as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. Under Paul’s leadership of Kinross, the Company has met or exceeded operational guidance for the past nine years, strengthened its balance sheet, and achieved one the best safety records in the industry.
Paul started his career working as an exploration geologist. Paul joined Kinross after a long career in investment banking, most recently as the Deputy Head of Investment Banking at Scotia Capital. During his time with Scotia, he was responsible for the mining, power/utilities, forestry and industrial sectors. Paul has an Honours BSc in Geology from Laurentian University and a MEng in Mining from McGill University.

Mr Tonkin is a mining sector leader with more than 25 years’ experience as an operator, contractor and senior executive. He joined Northern Star as Chief Operating Officer in 2013 before being appointed CEO in 2016 and Managing Director in 2021.
Mr Tonkin has played a leading role in Northern Star’s exceptional growth to become an ASX50 company and one of the world’s leading, sustainable gold producers. Mr Tonkin graduated as a mining engineer from the Western Australian School of Mines.

Chris Griffith was appointed CEO of Gold Fields on 1 April 2021. Before this appointment, he was CEO of Anglo American Platinum between September 2012 and April 2020, and CEO of Kumba Iron Ore from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, he served as Anglo American Platinum’s Head of Joint Ventures. He joined Anglo American Platinum in 1990 and held various management positions at two of it’s mines and Joint Ventures before being moved into the wider leadership team at Anglo American, including being part of Anglo American’s Global Management Committee from 2009 to 2020.

Alberto Calderon was appointed CEO of AngloGold Ashanti Ltd effective 1 September 2021. Mr Calderon has more than two decades of global executive leadership experience across the mining, petroleum, and energy sectors. Before joining AngloGold Ashanti, he was CEO of global explosives producer Orica and prior to that held senior executive positions at diversified miner BHP, including Group Executive and Chief Executive Aluminum, Nickel and Corporate Development, Group Executive and Chief Commercial Officer and President Diamonds and Specialty Products. Mr Calderon was also CEO of Cerrejón Coal Company and Ecopetrol, both in Colombia, and prior to this he held senior leadership positions in the International Monetary Fund and the Colombian government. He holds a PhD in Economics, a Master of Philosophy in Economics and a Master of Economics from Yale University, a Juris Doctor in Law, and Bachelor of Economics from Andes University in Colombia.

Member of the Anglo American plc group management committee. Prior to her current appointment, Natascha was group head of Processing for Anglo American, a position she had held since 2014. This followed six years at Lonmin, where she served on the executive committee as executive vice president of Processing, also with responsibility for several wider corporate functions including sustainability.

Prior to that, Natascha worked for BHP’s coal and chrome businesses in South Africa (including as general manager of BHP’s Klipspruit Colliery), the Modikwa joint venture between Anglo American Platinum and African Rainbow Minerals, and AngloGold. Natascha began her career in 1991 at Iscor as a trainee engineer.

Natascha serves on advisory boards of the chemical engineering faculties at the South African universities of Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Queensland University’s JKMRC (Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre) in Australia. She has served as a non-executive director on the board of Kumba Iron Ore. Natascha is a metallurgical engineer and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from North-West University in South Africa and an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Tristan Pascall joined First Quantum in 2007. During his time at the Company, he has worked in a variety of site-based roles from pre-development of projects through construction to operational responsibilities. In 2015, he was appointed General Manager of Cobre Panama with responsibility for the operations through the ramp up and commercial production phase. Prior to that, Tristan was part of the group that developed, constructed and operated the Sentinel project in Zambia and also worked on projects at Kansanshi mine and in DRC. Since 2020, Tristan has held executive leadership roles in the Company based in the UK. Before joining First Quantum, Tristan spent eight years in corporate finance and investment banking with a focus on the resources industry. Tristan graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce and completed an MBA at INSEAD in France.

Tom Palmer currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since October 2019. Previously he also served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President or Newmont’s Asia Pacific region. Before joining Newmont in 2014, Tom brought over 20 years of experience with Rio Tinto, working in a variety of roles across the business.

Recently, Tom led Newmont through two transformative transactions in 2019 with the acquisition of Goldcorp and the formation of the Nevada Gold Mines Joint Venture. In 2020, Tom led the gold mining industry by announcing targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and establishing a sustainable dividend framework that allows for higher returns based on excess free cash flow. Most importantly, Tom has continued to challenge the mining industry with an unwavering focus on fatality prevention, ensuring that everyone can return home safely to their families at the end of each day. Tom’s experience and discipline has positioned Newmont to deliver on our commitment of creating value and improving lives through sustainable and responsible mining.

Mark was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Barrick effective January 1, 2019, following completion of the merger with Randgold Resources. Previously, since its incorporation in 1995, Mark was the Chief Executive Officer of Randgold following his pioneering exploration work in West Africa. He subsequently led Randgold’s growth through the discovery and development of high quality assets into a major international gold mining business. Mark played a pivotal role in promoting the emergence of a sustainable mining industry in Africa, and has a proven track record of delivering significant shareholder value. During his career, Mark has held board positions at a number of global gold mining companies. He holds a Doctorate in Geology from Natal University in South Africa.

Mr. Al-Joundi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in February 2022. Prior to this, he was President of Agnico Eagle from 2015 to 2022 and also served as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.

Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating with distinction – University of Toronto) and an MBA (graduating with honours - University of Western Ontario).

Josh Serfass is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Integra Resources Corp. Previously, Josh was the Manager of Corporate Communications at Integra Gold Corp. He was a key member of the team at Integra Gold that grew, developed, and sold the past producing Lamaque Mine in Val-dOr, Québec to Eldorado Gold for C$600 million in 2017.

Committed to thinking differently about mining, Josh worked with the team at Integra Gold to host the 2016 Integra Gold Rush Challenge and the 2017 #DisruptMining Challenge, initiatives that encouraged innovation and technology disruption in the mining industry.

Darren is a geologist with 24 years’ experience having previously held senior positions in global majors including Barrick Gold, Newmont and Northern Star Resources.

Darren has had extensive gold industry experience in Australia and North America spanning regional and near mine exploration, operational geology, long-term planning and corporate development.

He has a strong track record of discovery and delivering Resource growth during his time working at world-class deposits such as the Golden Mile Kalgoorlie (KCGM), Callie (Newmont), Kundana, Kanowna Belle (Northern Star / Barrick) and the Pogo deposit in Alaska (Northern Star).

More recently, Darren has spent 6 years as part of the Business Development team at Northern Star Resources that completed significant M&A transactions that have seen the company transform from a junior into a global gold company.

Mr. Clark brings 23 years of global capital markets experience with numerous US, European and Canadian banks, including Barclays Capital, National Bank Financial, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and most recently BMO Capital Markets, where he held the role of Managing Director, Institutional Equity Sales. Over the years, he has developed strong working relationships with Tier 1 institutional investors throughout the United States providing corporate strategy, and peer and financial analysis and insights on corporates within the materials, commodities and mining sectors. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Sutton’s career spans over 25 years as an exploration geologist. Mr. Sutton has worked in some of the largest gold camps in the world, including Witwatersrand, Timmins, and Kirkland Lake, serving in various capacities related entirely to the exploration and mining of gold. Mr. Sutton was awarded the Prospector of the Year for Ontario (along with Stew Carmichael) for the discovery of the South Mine Complex while he was Chief Geologist and Assistant Manager at Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. He guided Vault Minerals as Vice President of Exploration to a takeover by Queenston Mining Inc. He has since worked as Senior Geologist (Consultant) at Queenston, Osisko, and now Canadian Malartic. Previous to that, he worked for Kinross, Barrick, Lac Minerals, and Corona. Mr. Sutton is a Director of several companies. He has undertaken over 100 mineral property appraisals and evaluations. He was a Director of Galway Resources, where he played a significant role in the company’s take over by AUX for $340 million. As Director of a spin-out company, Galway Gold, he has overseen exploration work at Vetas, Colombia. Mr. Sutton has successfully signed numerous option agreements for his own claim blocks. He is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and has been a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada since 1982.

Mr. Sutton graduated in 1984 from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc., Geology (honours).

Mr. Penny is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning and financial reporting. Formerly, Mr. Penny was the Executive Vice President and CFO of New Gold Inc., a multi-national mining company, from 2009 until 2017; the Vice President of Finance and CFO of Kinross Gold Corporation, one of the world's largest gold producers from 1993 until 2004; the CFO of Western Goldfields Inc. from 2006 to 2009; and the CFO of Silver Bear Resources Plc from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Penny also formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of Equinox Minerals Limited from 2004 to 2011 when it was acquired by Barrick Gold Corporation; Alamos Gold Inc. from 2005 to 2008; and Baffinland Iron Mines Limited from 2004 to 2008. In addition, he has been a director of Maverix Metals Inc. since July 2019. Mr. Penny obtained his Diploma in Business-Accounting and Finance from Cambrian College and is a CPA, CMA.

Fred Earnest has served as director since 2007 and was appointed CEO of the Company in January 2012. He served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007-2012 and as Senior Vice President, Project Development from 2006-2007. He served as a director of Midas Gold Corp. from April 2011 – May 2014. Mr. Earnest has over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry, including project evaluation, design and construction, mine operations, project optimization and turn-around, mine closure and senior executive roles. He holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Mr. Baranowsky brings more than 20 years of finance and capital markets experience to Treasury. Most recently he was the Chief Financial Officer for Blue Thunder Mining Inc. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Stornoway Diamond Corporation, where he was instrumental in helping raise more than $1 billion for the construction of the Renard Diamond Mine in northern Québec. Mr. Baranowsky holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. He has taken London Stock Exchange and other finance exams and has a Diploma in Company Strategy. He joined Condor’s Board in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the 11 concessions that comprise La India Project, overseen 65,000m drilling, PFS studies, engineering studies, land acquisiton and fully permitted the mine. He has raised US$65M and developed the Project into what it is today.

Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets. At board level Mr. Child has been an executive director of Hong Kong listed Regent Pacific Group, an emerging market fund manager and private equity group, which spun off Charlemagne Capital Limited. He has board level experience of AIM listed and private companies.

George Bee
PRESIDENT AND CEO

Mr. Bee is a senior mining industry executive, with deep mine development and operational experience. He has an extensive career advancing world-class gold mining projects in eight countries on three continents for both major and junior mining companies. Most recently in 2018 Mr. Bee concluded a third term with Barrick Gold as Senior VP Frontera District in Chile and Argentina to advance Pascua Lama feasibility as an underground mine. This capped a 16-year history with Barrick Gold with positions that included Mine Manager at Goldstrike during early development and operations, Operations Manager at Pierina Mine taking Pierina from construction to operations, and General Manager of Veladero developing the project from advanced exploration through permitting, feasibility and into production.

With his Barrick experience and having had eight years in South Africa working underground gold with Anglo American and open pit copper with Rio Tinto at Palabora Mine, Mr. Bee was well placed to advance projects internationally and domestically as a senior executive. This led to his appointment to various board and leadership positions at various companies. As COO of Aurelian Resources in 2007, he was in charge of project development for Fruta del Norte in Ecuador until Aurelian was acquired by Kinross Gold in 2008. Post-acquisition, moving on from Kinross, where he had also previously worked from 1996 to 1998 advancing projects in El Salvador and Nevada, he joined Andina Minerals as CEO in 2009. Andina and its 6 million-ounce Volcan Gold Project in Chile was acquired by Hochschild in 2013. By this time Mr. Bee had been appointed to the boards of Peregrine Metals and later Stillwater Mining and Jaguar Mining. In 2014, he also assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Mining, operating mines in Brazil, as the company emerged from a financial restructuring process.

Mr. Bee is a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall, United Kingdom and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors with an ICD.D designation.

Prior to joining Paramount in February 2020, Ms. Goldman spent 20 years in capital markets with Canadian based boutique and bank owned investment dealers, and most recently as Managing Director Institutional Equity Sales for Desjardins Securities. Over those years she developed strong working relationships with institutional investors throughout Canada, the US and the UK, and helped to connect numerous public companies to key investment decision makers and improve their market profile. Ms. Goldman holds Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from Concordia University and serves as an independent director of Red Pine Exploration (TSXV: RPX) and Indiva Ltd (TSXV: NDVA).

As the founder and Executive Chairman of enCore Uranium (TSXV:EU), Mr. Sheriff has advanced the company from inception to a near term producer with a multi-jurisdictional United States asset base. Mr Sheriff is an entrepreneur and visionary with over 40 years’ experience in the minerals industry and the securities industry, and has been responsible for significant capital raises along with corporate development. Mr. Sheriff was a pioneer in the uranium renaissance as co-founder and Chairman of Energy Metals Corp., and was responsible for compiling the largest domestic uranium resource base in US history before the company was acquired by Uranium One Corp for $1.8 Billion in 2006. With his in-depth understanding of the nuclear industry and market conditions, plus his knowledge of both the financial markets, Mr. Sheriff is regarded as a leader and avid supporter of nuclear energy as a clean and reliable energy source for the Unites States.

Mr. Sheriff also has a significant interest in the gold exploration sector with personal and corporate gold exploration assets across the United States and Canada. In addition to his personal business interests, Mr. Sheriff serves as the Chairman of Sabre Gold Mines Corp., Executive Chairman of C2C Gold Corp. and is a Director and co-founder of Group 11 Technologies Inc, a private company committed to the development and application of environmentally and socially responsible precious metals mineral extraction as an alternate to conventional mining methods.

Mr. Sheriff holds a B.Sc. degree (Geology) from Fort Lewis College, Colorado and an MSc in Mining Geology from the University of Texas-El Paso and compiled one of the largest privately held mining databases in the world.

Mr. Wolfin brings 30 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist’s assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist’s assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico, and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry.

Since 1990, Mr. Wolfin has worked for the Oniva Group of Resource companies, including Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director). In his various roles with these firms, he has helped raise over C$100 million.

Lon Shaver has over 25 years of capital markets and corporate finance experience, mainly focused on the mining sector. He held investment banking roles with Raymond James and Merrill Lynch, assisting corporate issuers with numerous financing and M&A transactions. He began his career in equity research with an institutional sell-side firmand his previous corporate experience includes CFO roles with a publicly-listed mining company and a private technology company. Most recently, he acted as a consultant and advisor, providing corporate development and capital markets support to a number of companies in the resource sector. He has a B.Comm. degree, with a major in finance,and is a CFA charterholder.

Dan was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in May 2021 and is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, vision, growth and performance, with a focus on creating shareholder value.

In Dan’s previous role as the Chief Financial Office of Endeavour Silver, he was responsible for financial reporting, leading financing solutions, steering M&A, and overseeing the IT, legal and administration functions. He also has a solid track record in supporting and guiding the company’s executive board. Dan has been instrumental in building Endeavour’s financial infrastructure as the company grew over the past 15 years from four employees to a team of more than 2,000.

Prior to joining Endeavour Silver, Dan worked with KPMG LLP in the assurance group where he focused on publicly traded precious metals companies.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants (CPA, CA).

Ignacio joined Hochschild in 1992 and, prior to his appointment as CEO in April 2010, he served as General Manager of the Peruvian operations and as the Group's Chief Operating Officer from January 2008. Between 1998 and 2003 Ignacio worked as Chief Financial Officer of Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A., a company he subsequently became a Director of between 2003 and 2007. Subsequently, Ignacio worked for Zemex Corporation, a subsidiary of Cementos Pacasmayo, based in Atlanta, Georgia, serving first as CFO and Vice President of Business Development and later as its President. Ignacio holds a BSc in Business and a BSc in Accounting from Universidad del Pacifico in Peru and an MBA from Stanford University.

Mr Bramwell is a metallurgist, mineral economist and experienced company director with extensive project and corporate development expertise across precious and base metal companies spanning nearly three decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Extractive Metallurgy, a Graduate Diploma in Business, a Master of Science in Mineral Economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is also a Non-Executive Director at Deep Yellow Limited ASX:DYL.

André Labuschagne is an experienced mining executive with a career spanning more than 30 years, primarily in the gold industry.

He has held various executive roles in South Africa, PNG, Fiji and Australia for a number of leading gold companies, including Emperor Gold Mines, DRD Gold and AngloGold Ashanti. Previously as the Managing Director of ASX-listed gold company Norton Gold Fields Limited, Mr Labuschagne led the company’s growth to become a significant Australian gold producer, prior to its sale to a major Chinese gold company in 2012.

Mr Labuschagne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Potchefstroom University in South Africa.

Jason Reid serves as CEO, President and Director of Fortitude Gold Corporation (FGC). FGC was spun out of Gold Resource Corporation (GRC) (NYSE American: GORO) where Jason previously served for over 14 years including CEO, President and Director positions. Jason joined GRC in 2006 when it was a private Company and helped take it public with a self-underwritten IPO. Jason was part of a management team that took GRC from an exploration stage company, to a development stage company, to a gold and silver dividend paying producer. Under his tenure as CEO & President, GRC achieved ten consecutive years of profitability, over a decade of production, generated over $1 billion in revenue and returned over $116 million in dividends to shareholders. At GRC, he also co-created and initiated the first known cash to physical gold and silver dividend program whereby shareholders could take delivery of precious metals. As an entrepreneur prior to GRC, Jason was the founder and president of two successful businesses he ran for 13 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fort Lewis College.

Mr. Palmiere, a CA-CPA by training, has more than 35 years of experience in the mining industry both from a financial and operational perspective. His international experience includes South Africa, Central America, Guyana and Brazil and 10 years of experience in China. Mr. Palmiere's expertise includes operations, executive management and financing, both debt and equity. Additionally, Mr. Palmiere has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Palmiere's former executive positions include CEO and Chairman of the Board, HudBay Minerals Inc., Executive Chairman, Barplats Investments Ltd., Vice President, CFO, Zemex Corporation, and President and CEO, Breakwater Resources Ltd. Mr. Palmiere has also served as a director of numerous public companies. Mr. Palmiere will be responsible the development and execution of a new strategic plan and direction for the Company. Mr. Palmiere is a member of the Safety, Sustainability & Technical Committee.

Mr. Mark L. Wall has been President, CEO and a Director since November 2021. Prior to joining the company, he was the CEO of Streamers Gold Mining Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Gold Mining (Hong Kong) one of the world’s largest gold mining companies by market capitalization. Mr. Wall was previously the Chief Commercial Officer then Chief Operating Officer for TSX listed Nevada Copper and the Senior Vice President & Operations Officer for Barrick Gold Corporation (TSX/NYSE).

Mr. Wall has more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry in executive, commercial, operations and sustainability roles. During his twelve years at Barrick he also served as General Manager of the 80 m/t pa Veladero open pit mine in Argentina, the Vice President overseeing non-financial assurance activities (Environment, Safety & Health, Maintenance, Technical Services, Community Relations and Security) and other roles. Prior to joining Barrick Mr. Wall worked with Placer Dome Inc. and Western Mining Corporation.

Mr. Wall holds various degrees and qualifications, including a Diploma in Minerals Processing, Master of Business Administration, Master of Management, Masters Certificate in Risk Management & Business Performance and Diploma of Project Management. Mr. Wall is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Sandeep Singh joined Osisko as President in January 2020. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2020. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker in the metals and mining industry where he advised numerous mining companies on growth and financing strategies with Maxit Capital (2014-2020), Dundee Securities (2010?2014) and BMO Capital Markets (2005-2010). As co-founder of Maxit Capital, he was instrumental in building an independent and highly successful advisory firm which acted on some of the most complex and value-enhancing transactions in the mining sector.
Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Oxford University.

Mr. Heissenbuttel has more than 30 years of corporate finance experience, including 25 years in project and corporate finance in the metals and mining industry. Mr. Heissenbuttel was appointed our President and Chief Executive Officer and a Class I director, effective January 2020. Previously, he served as our Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Strategy from June 2018 to January 2020, Vice President Corporate Development from 2007 to June 2018, Vice President Operations from 2015 to June 2016, and Manager Corporate Development from 2006 to 2007.

Prior to joining Royal Gold, Mr. Heissenbuttel served as Senior Vice President from 2000 to 2006 and Vice President from 1999 to 2000 at N M Rothschild & Sons (Denver) Inc. From 1994 to 1999, he served as Vice President and then Group Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. From 1987 to 1994, he was a Senior Credit Analyst and an Associate at Chemical Bank Manufacturers Hanover.

Mr. Heissenbuttel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Smallwood was involved in the founding of Wheaton Precious Metals and in 2007, he joined Wheaton full time as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, primarily focusing on growing the Company through the evaluation and acquisition of streaming opportunities. In January 2010, he was appointed President, and in April 2011, he was appointed Wheaton’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Smallwood originally started as an exploration geologist with Wheaton River Minerals Ltd., and in 2001, was promoted to Director of Project Development, his role through its 2005 merger with Goldcorp. Before joining the original Wheaton River group in 1993, Mr. Smallwood also worked with Homestake Mining Company, Teck Corp. and Westmin Resources. Mr. Smallwood was an instrumental part of the team that built Wheaton River / Goldcorp into one of the largest, and more importantly, most profitable gold companies in the world, and he is now focused on continuing to add to the impressive growth profile of Wheaton. Mr. Smallwood has served on the board of Defiance Silver Corp. (formerly ValOro Resources Inc. and Geologix Explorations Inc.) since 2005. Mr. Smallwood formerly served on the board of Ventana Gold from 2008 to 2011, Castle Peak Resources from 2010 to 2012, and Tigray Resources Inc. from 2011 to May 2014. Mr. Smallwood is also the chair of the World Gold Council, chairman of the board for Special Olympics BC, and a member of the boards of MineralsEd BC and Mining4Life, and previously on the board of the BC Cancer Foundation. In 2015, Mr. Smallwood received the British Columbia Institute of Technology Distinguished Alumni Award, and in 2019, he received Business in Vancouver’s BC CEO of the Year Award in the enterprise category.

Paul Brink is President & CEO and a director of Franco-Nevada. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Brink served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Franco-Nevada from May 2018 to May 2020. He has been with Franco-Nevada since its IPO in 2007 and successfully led its business development activities as SVP, Business Development from 2008 until his promotion to President & Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Mr. Brink is active with a number of not-for-profit organizations. He previously had roles in corporate development at Newmont, investment banking at BMO Nesbitt Burns and project financing at UBS. Mr. Brink holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Oxford University.

Mr. Usmar is an international mining executive with over 25 years of experience working around the globe in operational, financial and executive leadership roles in some of the world’s largest and fastest growing mining companies. Prior to founding Triple Flag, Mr. Usmar served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, from 2014 to 2016, where he helped restructure the company. He joined Xstrata in 2002 as an early senior executive member of the management team that grew the company into one of the world’s largest diversified miners at the time of its acquisition by Glencore in 2013. His roles at Xstrata included General Manager of Business Development in London, Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Ferro-Alloys business in South Africa, and Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Nickel business in Canada. Prior to joining Xstrata, Mr. Usmar worked at BHP Billiton in Corporate Finance in London, and started his career in mining in operations in the steel and aluminum industries as a production engineer. Mr. Usmar is the Vice-Chair of Make-A-Wish Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, both with distinction.

Since co-founding Sandstorm Gold in 2008, Nolan Watson has led the company’s transformation from a small startup into a diversified royalty company with a billion-dollar market capitalization. Prior to co-founding Sandstorm, Nolan was Chief Financial Officer of Silver Wheaton Corp. (now Wheaton Precious Metals Corp.) where he gained the experience that he needed to make Sandstorm a reality and a success. During his time there, Nolan developed the silver streaming business model and helped raise more than US$1 billion in debt and equity to fund the company’s growth.

Nolan is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (Valedictorian). He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honours, from the University of British Columbia.

Nolan’s professional and charitable achievements are not without their honours either. He was named the EY Entrepreneur of the Year, recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40, awarded CEO of the Year by Business in Vancouver, and received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal. In 2014, Nolan was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He is also the President of Nations Cry, a charity focused on education-based development in Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Gerard Bond has extensive experience in global finance and the resources industry and has held numerous senior executive roles across Europe and Australia. Most recently, he was the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer at Newcrest Mining Limited from January 2012 to January 2022, a period of considerable operational, financial and growth transformation.

Prior to joining Newcrest, Gerard was with BHP for over 14 years where he held various senior executive roles in Mergers and Acquisitions, Treasury, as Deputy CFO of the Aluminum business, CFO and then Acting President of the Nickel business, and finally as BHP's Head of Group Human Resources. Prior to joining BHP, he worked in Corporate Finance for Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Michaud, P.Geo., M.Sc. is a Professional Geologist with over 30 years’ of experience in domestic and international gold exploration and mining that includes a broad range of deposit types within North and South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Michael was responsible for developing and implementing regional and mine-site exploration strategies to discover new deposits and to expand mineral resources and reserves around existing mines. Most recently Michael served as Iamgold’s Chief Geologist responsible for providing global geological support for IAMGOLD's exploration activities worldwide. Previously, Michael held roles of increasing responsibility for several exploration and mining companies including, Vice-President, Exploration for St Andrew Goldfields and was a Principal of SRK Consulting Inc. Mr. Michaud holds an honors B.Sc. from the University of Waterloo, and a M.Sc. from Lakehead University. Mr. Michaud is an executive council member of the Geological Association of Canada and involved with the APGO’s mentoring program.

Martin Horgan is a qualified mining engineer with 25 years in multiple areas of the mining industry. In his career he has shown a strong strategic and operating acumen as well as demonstrating a longstanding commitment to environmental and social responsibility within mining, which is central to Centamin’s decision-making and corporate strategy.

From 2009 to 2019 Martin was the Co-Founder and CEO of Toro Gold Ltd (“Toro”), where he oversaw the discovery, development and operation of the Mako Gold Mine in Senegal. Toro was acquired by LSE and ASX listed Resolute Mining in August 2019. Prior to founding Toro, Martin was Executive Director of BDI Mining, an AIM listed diamond producer, and from 2000 to 2006 he worked in mining finance at Barclays Capital in London, where his responsibilities included technical appraisal and advisory services across Africa and the Middle East. He also held consulting engineer roles with SRK Ltd and started his career as a mining engineer with Gold Fields of South Africa.

Mr. Simpson is a mining executive with over 24 years of experience in operations leadership, mining engineering and project construction. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Torex Gold Resources where, over his nearly 6-year tenure, he oversaw the successful construction and operation of the ELG Mine in Mexico. Prior to Torex, Mr. Simpson spent 11 years at Vale in various roles of increasing responsibility ending his tenure as General Manager of the Labrador Operations (Voisey’s Bay) in 2013. Mr. Simpson also worked at McIntosh Redpath Engineering on mining studies for companies including Barrick, Freeport McMoran, CVRD, Rio Tinto and Falconbridge, among others, where he gained global multi-commodity experience and perspective. Mr. Simpson holds dual degrees in Mining Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and in Physics from Dalhousie University.

John McConnell's +40 years of mining experience is mostly in Canada?s northern territories. Previously, he was President & CEO of Western Keltic Mines until it was acquired by Sherwood Copper; VP, NWT Projects for De Beers Canada primarily responsible for permitting and development of the Snap Lake Diamond Mine; Breakwater Resources Ltd in operations at the Nanisivik Zinc & Lead Mine on Baffin Island; and Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd.

Mr. McConnell is the 2021 Winner of AME BC’s prestigious EA Scholtz Award for Excellence in Mine Development for his role in building the Eagle Gold mine. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, with a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering Mr. McConnell is also a Director of Lahontan Gold Corp and Abacus Mining & Exploration Corp.

Mr. Vizquerra is President and Chief Executive Officer, and a director of O3 Mining Inc. (“O3 Mining”). Prior to his appointment at O3 Mining, Mr. Vizquerra was Executive Vice President of Strategic Development for Osisko Mining Inc. (“Osisko Mining”). Mr. Vizquerra joined Osisko Mining from Oban Mining Corporation (“Oban”), where, as President and Chief Executive Officer, he played a leading role in the combination of Oban, Corona Gold Corporation, Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation, and Ryan Gold Corporation to form Osisko Mining. Through ambitious drilling and prudent capital raising, Osisko Mining has become the highly valued proponent of the world-class Windfall gold project. Before that, Mr. Vizquerra was Head of Business Development for Compañia de Minas Buenaventura. Previously, he was a production and exploration geologist at the Red Lake gold mine in Ontario.

Mr. Vizquerra currently serves as a director of Osisko Mining and Silver Mountain Resources. The Young Mining Professionals recognized Mr. Vizquerra as one of their Young Mining Professionals of the year with the 2019 Peter Munk Award.

Mr. Vizquerra is an alumni of the General Management Program at the Wharton School of Business. He holds an MSc in Mineral Exploration from Queens University and a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from UPC Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Mr. Vizquerra is a Qualified Person pursuant to National Instrument 43-101.

Dan Wilton has 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was most recently a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management. Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan’s previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc., Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England, and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Providence Health Care in Vancouver, Canada. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.

Mr. O'Connor is currently President, CEO, Chief Geologist and a Director of the Company. He has over 30 years of experience in international mineral exploration and development. He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM), a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geology, and holds a graduate degree in geology, geophysics and environmental studies from the University of Auckland.
Mr. O’Connor was Vice-President of Dundee Resources from 2007 to 2017 where he guided investment decisions with his technical due diligence on 200+ resource projects across all continents and covering gold, diamonds, base metals, bulk commodities and uranium.
From 2000 to 2007, Mr. O’Connor was Vice-President, Exploration of Gabriel Resources Ltd. where he directed the drill out and feasibility of the 16+Moz Rosia Montana gold resource, the discovery and scoping of the Rodu-Frasin gold deposit (~2Moz), as well as the drill out and scoping studies of the large (500+MMt) Tarnita and Rosia Poieni Cu-Au porphyry deposits. Mr. O’Connor was Vice-President, Exploration of European Goldfields from 2000 to 2003 where he was responsible for the discovery, drill out and scoping studies of a number of deposits in the belt including the Certej gold deposit (3Moz), the Teascu (0.5Moz) gold deposit, and Hanes gold deposits (0.6Moz).

Derek White has over 30 years of experience in the mining and metals industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia and is also a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Ascot Resources Ltd. Mr. White, was the Principal of Traxys Capital Partners LLP, a private equity firm specializing in the mining and minerals sectors. Mr. White was President and CEO of KGHM International Ltd. from 2012 to 2015, and also held the positions of Executive Vice President, Business Development and Chief Financial Officer of Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. from 2004 to 2012. Mr. White has held executive positions with International Vision Direct Ltd., BHP-Billiton Plc, Billiton International Metals BV and Impala Platinum Ltd., in Vancouver, Toronto, London, The Hague, and Johannesburg. Mr. White is also an ICSA Accredited Director.

Before joining Perpetua Resources in 2021, Jessica worked for Newmont as their Vice President of Investor Relations. She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado and over 15 years of mining industry experience in investor relations, planning, financial; reporting and accounting. At Newmont, Jessica set and executed the strategic direction of the Investor Relations function to help further differentiate the company and attract new investors while enhancing relationships with shareholders and industry analysts. At Perpetua, Jessica is responsible for the strategy and leadership of the company’s investors relations and finance efforts. Jessica joined Perpetua Resources because she values the commitment the Company has to developing this project responsibly.

Mr. Downey has over 30 years of international experience in the resource industry. Mr. Downey held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Elgin Mining Inc., Aura Minerals Inc. and previously Viceroy Exploration Ltd. before its acquisition by Yamana Gold Inc. in 2006. He has held numerous senior engineering positions at several large-scale global gold mining operations and has also held operating positions at several mining projects for Anglo American Corporation in South Africa. Mr. Downey was a member of the boards of Claude Resources and Dalradian Resources before their recent successful acquisitions and he is a member of the board of a number of active resource companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon.) degree in Engineering from Queen’s University.

Doug Ramshaw is a senior executive and corporate director with more than 20 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. His work has focused on mineral project evaluation, M&A and business development strategies supporting corporate growth.

Mr. Ramshaw previously worked as a mining analyst for an independent brokerage firm in London, UK and has served in various executive capacities for a number of publicly listed junior resource companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines.

Rick has more than 40 years of experience in the natural resource sector. Before joining Contango Ore in January 2020, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Trilogy Metals, who are currently developing the high- grade Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects located in the Ambler Mining District of Alaska. Trilogy is a company which was created in 2012 as a spin-out from NOVAGOLD, a well-known company he founded over 20 years ago. NOVAGOLD is currently finalizing permits for the 40 million ounce Donlin Gold Project in Southwest Alaska with partner Barrick Gold, the world’s largest gold company. Previous to his role as Founder, President, and CEO of NOVAGOLD, he held the position of Vice President of Exploration for Placer Dome Inc. from 1990 to 1997. In addition to his international exploration perspective, Rick brings years of working experience in and knowledge of Alaska to Contango. Rick has managed projects from grassroots discovery through to advanced feasibility, production and closure. Rick has played a key role in setting up several other corporate entities including: Alexco - where he remains a Director which is rejuvenating the Keno Hill Silver district in the Yukon; Tintina Resource (now Sandfire Resources America) which discovered and is now completing a feasibility and permitting the high grade Black Butte copper project in Montana; and SolidusGold where he is Chairman. Rick holds a Candidature degree in Science from the Université de Louvain, Belgium, and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona. A seasoned geologist and deal maker, Dr. O’Dea has built and financed international mining companies from Canada to Africa, taking them from exploration and discovery to development and operations. Most recently, Dr. O’Dea co-founded and served as Executive Chairman of True Gold Mining. After building the Karma Heap Leach Gold Mine in Burkina Faso, West Africa, True Gold was sold to Endeavour Mining in 2016. As Co-Founder and CEO of Fronteer Gold, Dr. O’Dea grew the company from start up to its 2011 sale to Newmont Mining Corp., a deal that included the spin-out of Liberty Gold. He also co-founded and served as Chairman of True North Nickel and CEO of Aurora Energy, sold to RNC Minerals and Paladin Energy in 2014 and 2011, respectively. Tyron Breytenbach is a former equity analyst at Cormark Securities and Stifel Canada where he interacted extensively with the international investment community. Prior to joining Aris Gold in 2022, Mr. Breytenbach was a Senior Partner and Managing Director in the investment banking group at Canada’s largest employee-owned dealer. Prior to entering capital markets, Mr. Breytenbach spent a decade in the mining industry as a geologist where he focused on orogenic and epithermal gold deposits and specialized in resource estimation. Mr. Breytenbach holds a BSc (Honours) Degree from Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa and is a designated P.Geo in Ontario.

Darren Hall has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry with a track record of increasing production, reducing costs, improving capital effectiveness, and promoting health, safety and business excellence. Mr.Hall has previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Kirkland Lake Gold, which acquired Newmarket Gold, where he also served as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Newmarket Gold, Mr.Hall worked for Newmont Mining Corporation where he held roles of increasing responsibility throughout the organization for almost 30 years. Mr.Hall graduated with a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (Hons) from the Western Australia School of Mines in Kalgoorlie

Kleber is an Economist from Unicamp and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Finance, Strategy and International Businesses. He joined Aura in March 2019. Prior to joining Aura, he was CFO of Santista, a large jeans manufacturer with operations in Brazil and Argentina. Previously, he worked at Mover Participações, one of the largest conglomerates in Brazil, and was involved in M&A projects. Kleber has also worked in the management consulting sector for A.T. Kearney and Accenture, in a variety of industries and projects.

Mr. Radford brings over 35 years of technical and operations experience in the mining industry. Mr. Radford served as the Chief Operating Officer of Gold Standard Ventures Corporation, where he was responsible for the leading the development of the South Railroad Project. Prior to, Mr. Radford held the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Hecla Mining Company where he was responsible for managing the operating portfolio of several underground mines, including the Lucky Friday mine in Idaho, USA, the Greens Creek mine in Alaska, USA, the Casa Berardi mine, in Quebec, Canada, the San Sebastian mine in Durango, Mexico, as well as several mines in Nevada, USA. Prior to his role at Hecla, Mr. Radford held roles of increasing responsibility with Kinross Gold Corporation from 2007 through 2011, and Barrick Gold Corporation from 1989 to 2007, including 14 years at the Goldstrike mine in Nevada, USA.

Matthew Gili is a Professional Mining Engineer with experience spanning Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer and General Manager roles. He is currently the President & COO of i-80 Gold Corp. His deep technical experience included previously being Executive General Manager -Cortez District, leading one of Barrick’s top mining operations in Nevada, following which Matt was promoted to Chief Technical Officer for Barrick Gold Corporation. Additional operational experience included roles with Rio Tinto as the Managing Director of the Palabora Mining Company in South Africa and Chief Operating Officer of Oyu Tolgoi in Mongolia. Most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of Nevada Copper Corporation, Mr. Gili leveraged his broad experience in leading a publicly listed mining corporation. Passionate about Safety & Environmental Stewardship Mr. Gili was previously Chairman of the Palabora Foundation, Chairman of Mongolian Safety Association (MISA), and is currently on the Management Advisory Board of the University of Nevada – Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering.

Mr. McIntyre has more than 15 years of experience in the mining and mining investment industry, having spent the last 11 years with Tocqueville Asset Management L.P., most recently as a Co-Portfolio Manager of the Tocqueville Gold Strategy, as well as the Tocqueville Gold Fund. Prior to joining Tocqueville, Mr. McIntyre was an analyst and then associate focused on mergers and acquisitions in the metals and mining sector with Macquarie Bank. Mr. McIntyre holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction (majoring in finance) from Dalhousie University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He also holds the CFA designation.

David Garofalo

Mr. Garofalo has worked in various leadership capacities in the natural resources sector over the last 30 years. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Goldcorp Inc., a gold production company headquartered in Vancouver, until its sale to Newmont Corporation in April 2019. Prior to that, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. from 2010 to 2015, where he presided over that company’s emergence as a leading metals producer. Previously, he held various senior executive positions with mining companies, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer and a director of Agnico-Eagle Limited from 1998 to 2010 and as treasurer and other various finance roles with Inmet Mining Corporation from 1990 to 1998. He was named Mining Person of the Year by The Northern Miner in 2012 and Canada’s Chief Financial Officer of the Year by Financial Executives International Canada in 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants in Canada and a Certified Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Cole has over 30 years of industry experience, coming to EMX from Newmont Mining Corporation. At Newmont, he held a number of management and senior geologic positions, gaining extensive global experience as a project, mine, and generative exploration geologist in Nevada, Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, and Central Asia. Mr. Cole’s success as part of Newmont’s exploration team includes contributions at the world class Carlin Trend, Yanacocha, and Minahasa mines. Subsequently, he established and managed Newmont’s exploration programs in Turkey while also identifying early-stage acquisition targets in Eastern Europe. Mr. Cole specializes in developing new exploration ideas and opportunities, based upon solid technical expertise coupled with a keen business sense. He studied under Dr. Tommy Thompson at Colorado State University, earning an M.S. in Geology.

Founder, Chairman and CEO of Vox, Mr. Floyd created the concept, built the team and raised the capital required to commence Vox’s operations as a metal royalty and streaming company. Mr. Floyd is responsible for general operational and strategic direction of the business and has helped lead the company to becoming one of the fastest growing mining royalty businesses over the past 2 years. Prior to Vox, Mr. Floyd held the position of Vice President – Practice Lead of the global mining investment banking department at ROTH Capital Partners from 2007 to 2013. During his time at the company, Mr. Floyd led the international OTCQX and cross border listing advisory group and led business development execution on all mining transactions, ultimately financing and advising nearly $1 billion over more than 60 transactions including M&A assignments, private placements of debt and equity, IPOs and follow-on offerings. Mr Beischer is a seasoned explorationist with a solid track record of success, previously with Inco Ltd., and the Bristol Bay Native Corporation. He is a geologist and mining engineering technologist having graduated from Laurentian University (1987), Sudbury, Ontario, and the Haileybury School of Mines (1981), Haileybury, Ontario. Mr Beischer is a certified professional geologist (#10505) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Mr. Beischer is the past President of the Alaska Miner's Association and serves on the Alaska Minerals Commission.

Mr. Panneton is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and development in the gold mining industry. During his career, he has played a key role in the discovery and advancement of several gold deposits worldwide. He joined Gold Terra in October 2019.

Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years. Today, the Detour Lake mine ranks as one of the largest gold mines in Canada. Mr. Panneton raised approximately $2.6 billion in capital while at Detour Gold. Mr. Panneton and his Detour Gold team were the recipients of the PDAC 2011 Bill Dennis Award for Canadian mineral discoveries and prospecting success of the year.

Eric Zaunscherb is the Chairman and CEO of GR Silver Mining in addition to his role as an Independent Director of Critical Elements Lithium (March 2020), Outback Goldfields (November 2020), and TriStar Gold (December 2020). He was elected Chair of Critical Elements in September 2020 and is the Chairman and CEO of GR Silver as of February 2022. He serves on several Audit, Compensation, Technical, and ESG Committees. Prior to that, Mr. Zaunscherb was Managing Director, Research - Metals & Mining Analyst at Canaccord Genuity where he was responsible for coordinating the firm's global mining equity research platform. Eric has over 30 years of experience as a mining equity analyst. As a geologist, Mr. Zaunscherb designed and implemented mineral exploration programs in diverse North American environments. He graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, in 1984, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. In 1990, Mr. Zaunscherb gained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mr Bamborough, the Managing Director of Saturn Metals Limited, is a Geologist with over 20 years leadership experience in the mining industry. Mr Bamborough developed his Career with Newmont Mining Corporation and was more recently Managing Director of ASX listed Spectrum Rare Earths Limited. Mr Bamborough has previously served as a Director on the Northern Territory Mining Board, and currently holds a Directorship with private exploration and mining company Reef Mining Pty Ltd. Mr Bamborough is also the Vice Chair of the Australian Gold Industry Group.

Mario Stifano is a seasoned mining executive and Chartered Professional Accountant with over 16 years of experience working with exploration, development and producing mining companies. Mr. Stifano is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Galantas Gold Corporation and Executive Chairman of Doré Copper Mining Corp. Mr. Stifano has held a number of senior executive positions including Chief Executive Officer of Cordoba Minerals Corp., Executive Chairman with Mega Precious Metals Inc., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Lake Shore Gold Corp Inc., and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ivernia Inc. Mr. Stifano has been instrumental in raising over $700 million to explore and fund mining projects, including raising over $500 million at Lake Shore Gold Corp Inc., to develop three gold mines which are currently producing over 180,000 ounces of gold annually, and are now part of the Canadian assets within Pan American Silver.

Lauren Megaw recently joined the Reyna Silver team. She studied Geological Sciences at Stanford University. Most recently, Ms. Megaw studied historic mining districts in Hunan Province, China using the Carbonate Replacement Deposit exploration model.

As a co-founder of Brixton Metals, Mr. Thompson has over 25 years of project management and resource exploration experience in precious-base metals including oil & gas and geothermal power. Mr. Thompson holds several discovery credits for metals and geothermal.

Mr Pazuki is based in Toronto and has over 20 years of mining industry experience in senior leadership positions. He joins Matador as CEO / MD after nearly ten years with dual-listed OceanaGold Corporation (ASX: OGC; TSX: OGC) where he led the Investor Relations and Corporate Development functions most recently as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. Prior to OceanaGold, Mr. Pazuki advised major mining companies, including BHP Billiton, as a management consultant within Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services practice in Toronto, and was part of a team that helped establish a Climate Change and Sustainability practice for the firm. Mr. Pazuki is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Masters of Finance.

Mr. Pazuki’s extensive global capital markets network and gold industry leadership expertise will assist Matador in leveraging its current and future success as it grows the business, successfully advances the Cape Ray Gold Project and expands the Company’s shareholder base in North America.

Chris Lodder is President of Osisko Development.

Mr. Lodder has more than 30 years’ experience working on and managing Greenfields exploration, Brownfields exploration, and mine development with major and junior mining companies worldwide with the majority of his career focused in the Americas. He has led teams responsible for discoveries of compliant resources containing more than 34 million ounces of gold. He was President, CEO and a Director of Barkerville Gold Mines from 2016 until its acquisition by Osisko Gold Royalties in 2019. Chris is also the President of Talisker Exploration Services Inc., an Ontario based mining and exploration services company founded by Mr. Lodder and two partners in 2010, whose principal clients are Osisko Gold Royalties and their associated companies. From 1999 to 2010 he was South American Exploration Manager and later the Americas Exploration Manager for AngloGold Ashanti and prior that he had various management roles with Queenstake Resources in South America. Chris is a volunteer director on the board of the Barkerville Heritage Trust which oversees the management of the Barkerville Historic Town and Park which is a living museum which preserves the history of the Cariboo Gold Rush.

A resident of Canada, Mr. David Anthony has +40 years’ experience in mine project development and operation. His experience includes mine and process plant design, permitting, construction and operation. He has also worked in Canada, Ecuador, Brazil, Indonesia, Chile and Argentina to design, deliver and operate open pit and underground mine assets with CAPEX from $100 million to $3.6 billion and with total material movement to 65 million tonnes per year.

Mr. Anthony joined Asante as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) in July 2021 responsible to build and lead the Company operations team to refurbish the Bibiani Mine and to become a significant gold producer. Before joining Asante, he was COO of Cardinal Resources Limited, which developed the 5 million oz (reserve) Namdini gold deposit and project execution plan, prior to its purchase by Shandong Gold for more than US$500 million. Previous positions include working with Barrick in Africa for 10 years where he became COO of African Barrick Gold.

Mr. Anthony holds a B.Sc. Mining Engineering from Queen’s University.

Mr. Blasutti was the President and CEO of US Silver & Gold prior to its merger with Americas Silver Corporation (formerly Scorpio Mining Corporation). He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of RX Gold & Silver Inc. and prior to that Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Barrick Gold Corporation ("Barrick"). He reported to the Chief Executive Officer and played a lead role in the strategic development of Barrick for 13 years between 1998 and early 2011, during which time he executed over 25 gold mining transactions including the acquisitions of Homestake Mining Company and Placer Dome Inc. and the consolidation of the world class Cortez property from Rio Tinto.
Mr. Blasutti also led the creation of Barrick Energy Inc. to hedge Barrick's exposure to energy prices and the initial public offering of African Barrick Gold. During his tenure at Barrick, Mr. Blasutti was integrally involved in numerous equity and financing transactions and also led the Investor Relations function. Mr. Blasutti was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he planned, supervised and managed audits for a variety of clients.

Diane Garrett - Dr. Garrett has over 25 years of senior executive management experience in the mining industry and an exceptional track record for developing projects, building companies and delivering shareholder value. At Romarco Minerals, she built and led the team that developed the multi-million ounce Haile Gold mine from discovery through to construction and grew the Company from $20 million market cap to $1.3 billion. She was formerly with US Global Investors as senior mining analyst and portfolio manager. Dr. Garrett holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and a Masters degree in Mineral Economics.

Shaun Day - Managing Director

Shaun has over twenty years of experience in executive and financial positions across mining and infrastructure, investment banking and international consulting firms.  

Shaun has a track record of creating shareholder value together with significant experience leading successful transactions including M&A of publicly listed companies, farm-in agreements and debt & equity capital raisings.  

Shaun was appointed as Greatland's Managing Director in 2021. Previously, Shaun was CFO of S&P/ASX100 Northern Star Resources Limited and immediately prior to this CFO of SGX50 Sakari Resources Limited until its takeover by Thailand's PTT plc.

Steve Reiner is Executive Vice President for A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc.

Frederick co-founded Elemental Royalties in 2016 following his role as Managing Director of a listed gold exploration company, Goldcrest Resources plc, where he assembled a portfolio of gold licences in northeast Ghana to take to AIM. He has wide experience in the mining industry, including as General Manager of an ASX-listed uranium company from the age of 25. Frederick received the ‘Young Rising Star’ Award at Mines & Money 2018, read history at the University of Edinburgh and is on the Committee of Young Mining Professionals in London.
