Stuart McDonald
Mr. McDonald is a mining executive with over 25 years of experience in mining, corporate development, financial and management roles. He joined Taseko as Chief Financial Officer in 2013, was appointed President in June 2019, and CEO in July 2021.
Prior to Taseko, he held a number of senior roles in the mining industry including CFO of Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. Jamie Beck
Mr. Beck has more than 15 years of international project management and corporate development experience in the mining industry. Octavio Alvidrez

Michael Steinmann
Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004 and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and President and CEO in 2016. Keith Neumeyer

Jason Attew

Heye Daun

Matt Manson
Matt was appointed President and CEO of Marathon Gold in August 2019. He has over 25 years in mining exploration, project development, construction and operation. The Valentine Gold Project is the third mine development project he has been involved in.
Matt was previously the President and CEO of Stornoway Diamond Corporation where he led the C$947M project financing for the Renard Diamond Mine in north central Quebec and oversaw its successful construction and ramp-up.

Randy Reichert
Mr. Reichert has 30 years of experience in the mining industry and prior to joining Skeena, was the Vice President of Operations at B2Gold Corp. where he oversaw their three international gold operations. Andre Labuschagne

Mathieu Savard
A graduate of the Universite du Quebec a Montreal with a bachelor’s degree in earth sciences with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, Mr. Savard served previously as Osisko’s senior vice-president, exploration. Duncan Gibbs
Mr Gibbs joined Gold Road with over 30 years senior and executive positions with AngloGold Ashanti, Acacia and Shell-Billiton. Mr Gibbs was instrumental in leading the exploration, discovery, and development of the >8Moz Tropicana gold mine and was the inaugural General Manager. Mr Gibbs was General Manager at Sunrise Dam, one of the largest underground gold mines in Australia. As AngloGold’s Exploration Manager for Australasia Mr Gibbs managed exploration teams across Australia, China, Mongolia and joint ventures in south-east Asia.
Mr Gibbs has extensive experience in operational management, project studies and construction, HSE management, community engagement, risk and compliance, gold exploration, mine geology, and technical IT.
As Managing Director and CEO, Mr Gibbs is the conduit between the board and management and is responsible for the implementation of board-approved sustainability and climate change strategies and policies.
Mr Gibbs is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Science, Honours (First Class) in Geology from James Cook University. Mr Gibbs is a dual national with Australian and British citizenship.

John Lewins
Mr. Lewins is a Mineral Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry. He has previously worked in Africa, Australia, Asia, North America and the former Soviet Union. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2016 to August 2017. Frank Giustra
Frank Giustra is a Canadian entrepreneur and philanthropist who has made significant contributions in various industries. As President and CEO of the Fiore Group, he manages a diverse portfolio of assets and investments in natural resources, entertainment, and lifestyle companies. Giustra is known for his ability to build natural resource companies by accessing capital and engaging in creative deal-making.
One of his more recent projects is West Red Lake Gold (TSX.V: WRLG), a company focused on gold exploration and development in the Red Lake Gold District of Northwestern Ontario, Canada. He also served as the Chairman of Leagold Mining from 2016 to 2019, which was successfully merged to Equinox Gold (TSX: EQX), forming a significant gold-producing company operating in the Americas. Additionally, Giustra was the Chairman of Endeavour Financial from 2001 to 2007, where he acquired, grew, and divested numerous resource companies. Renaud Adams

Frank Hallam

Matt Badylak

David Wolfin
Mr. Wolfin has over 30 years of public company experience in mineral exploration, development, construction, and operations in precious metals in North America.
He currently serves as President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd listed on NYSE American and Toronto stock exchanges. He successfully developed the company from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001 with a market capitalization of $0.8 M, to successfully negotiating a 100% ownership in the Avino mine in 2006, and then into commercial production in 2012. David Anthony

Rick Howes
Rick Howes joined Reunion Gold as CEO and President in January 2023 after joining the Board in November 2022. Mr. Howes is a seasoned mining executive with over 39 years of experience in the mining industry, most recently as CEO of Dundee Precious Metals. Jason Kosec
Jason Kosec has nearly ten years of experience in all facets of mineral exploration, mine development, investor relations and capital markets. Upon completing his undergraduate degree in Geology at Western University and a Masters in Earth and Energy Resources at Queens University, Mr. Kosec worked as a Project Geologist at Trelawney Mining and Exploration, which was subsequently sold in 2012 to IAMGOLD for C$608 million. Mark Child

George Bee
Mr. Bee is a senior mining industry executive, with deep mine development and operational experience. Joseph Cavatoni
Joseph (Joe) Cavatoni joined the World Gold Council in September 2016 to lead business strategy for the Americas which includes oversight of investor relationships, product solutions, research, and marketing as well as the global ETFs platform. He also serves as Principal Executive Officer for the World Gold Trust Services, LLC; President of WGC USA Asset Management Company, LLC; Board Member and President of WGC (US) Holdings, Inc.; and as a member of the Executive Committee.
During his three-decade career in the financial services industry, Joe has developed and demonstrated expertise in the areas of global capital markets, exchange traded funds, asset management, trading, and business/platform development. He also spent more than 15 years working in Asia. Prior to joining the World Gold Council, Joe was a managing director at BlackRock where he was responsible for iShares Capital Markets (Americas) and was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. His responsibilities also included product development and management as well as running a global team. Prior to BlackRock, he held senior positions at UBS, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America focused on equity derivatives trading, securities financing and lending.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration degree jointly from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Jody Kuzenko
Ms. Kuzenko was appointed President & CEO of Torex Gold in June 2020, having previously held the position of COO since joining the Company in October 2018. Ms. Kuzenko is a senior mining executive with over 20 years of operational and business experience, mainly acquired at Inco/Vale. After the first four years at Inco as Chief Legal Officer, Ms. Kuzenko moved to the operational side of the business where she held roles of increasing responsibility in operations management. She has a proven record of execution and leadership in the areas of base metals refining, sustainability, energy, safety, health and environmental protection, transport functions, oxygen and acid plants, maintenance shops and community, labour and government relations. Her most recent role was of Director, Business Strategy, Ontario Operations.
Ms. Kuzenko holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University. She is a founding Advisory Board member of the Centre for Research in Occupational Safety and Health (CROSH) at Laurentian University.

Sandra Swirski

Paul Martin

Shaun Usmar
Mr. Usmar is an international mining executive with over 25 years of experience working around the globe in operational, financial and executive leadership roles in some of the world’s largest and fastest growing mining companies. Prior to founding Triple Flag, Mr. Usmar served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, from 2014 to 2016, where he helped restructure the company. He joined Xstrata in 2002 as an early senior executive member of the management team that grew the company into one of the world’s largest diversified miners at the time of its acquisition by Glencore in 2013. Bill Heissenbuttel
Mr. Heissenbuttel has more than 30 years of corporate finance experience, including almost 30 years in project and corporate finance in the metals and mining industry. Randy Smallwood
Mr. Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and a mine engineering diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Smallwood was involved in the founding of Wheaton Precious Metals and in 2007, he joined Wheaton full time as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, primarily focusing on growing the Company through the evaluation and acquisition of streaming opportunities. In January 2010, he was appointed President, and in April 2011, he was appointed Wheaton’s Chief Executive Officer. Paul Brink

Nolan Watson
Since co-founding Sandstorm Gold in 2008, Nolan Watson has led the company’s transformation from a small startup into a diversified royalty company with a billion-dollar market capitalization. Jason Simpson

Anthea Bath
Anthea Bath was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Ero Copper where she was responsible for the company’s four mines, which included underground and open pit operations and major shaft sinking and open pit development projects, all located in Brazil. Her efforts contributed to the impressive growth of Ero Copper, from a junior mining company to a $2 billion international mining company. John McConnell
John McConnell's +40 years of mining experience is mostly in Canada's northern territories. John has been President & CEO of Victoria Gold since 2010 and has led the exploration, development, and financing of the Eagle Gold Mine in Canada's Yukon Territory. Andreas L'Abbe
Mr. L’Abbé has been with Discovery for over five years, joining just after the Company’s inception in 2017. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 15 years of financial and accounting experience in the mining sector, with a primary focus on Latin American assets. Darren Blasutti
Mr. Blasutti was the President and CEO of US Silver & Gold prior to its merger with Americas Silver Corporation (formerly Scorpio Mining Corporation). He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of RX Gold & Silver Inc. and prior to that Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Barrick Gold Corporation ("Barrick"). Raleigh Finlayson
Raleigh Finlayson is a Mining Engineer with over 20 years of technical and operational experience in multiple disciplines including both underground and open pit operations. He was previously the Managing Director of Saracen Mineral Holdings (ASX:SAR) and Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST). During his 14 year tenure at Saracen, Mr Finlayson was initially the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the feasibility study and development of Saracen’s first operating gold mine, the Carosue Dam Operations. Ari Sussman
Having dedicated the majority of his career to the natural resources industry, Ari Sussman has spent the past 15 years dedicated to mineral discoveries in Colombia. From 2010 until March of 2020, Mr. Sussman was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Continental Gold Inc. Under Mr. Sussman's leadership, the Company raised almost $1 billion and discovered more than 11 million ounces of high-grade gold and silver at the Buriticá project in Antioquia, Colombia. After completing the construction of the mine in early 2020, the Company was sold to Zijin Mining, one of the world's largest diversified mining companies, for total consideration of approximately C$2 billion. Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse
Rick has more than 40 years of experience in the natural resource sector. Before joining Contango Ore in January 2020, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Trilogy Metals, who are currently developing the high- grade Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects located in the Ambler Mining District of Alaska. Trilogy is a company which was created in 2012 as a spin-out from NOVAGOLD, a well-known company he founded over 20 years ago. NOVAGOLD is currently finalizing permits for the 40 million ounce Donlin Gold Project in Southwest Alaska with partner Barrick Gold, the world’s largest gold company. Previous to his role as Founder, President, and CEO of NOVAGOLD, he held the position of Vice President of Exploration for Placer Dome Inc. from 1990 to 1997. In addition to his international exploration perspective, Rick brings years of working experience in and knowledge of Alaska to Contango. Rick has managed projects from grassroots discovery through to advanced feasibility, production and closure. Shane Williams
Prior to joining West Red Lake, Mr. Shane Williams was the Chief Operating Officer for Skeena Resources where he was involved in advancing the past producing Eskay Creek Gold project towards a restart. Neil Woodyer
Neil Woodyer was a founder and the CEO of both Leagold Mining and Endeavour Mining. He has an extensive history in the mining sector creating growth strategies, implementing financing plans, and leading management teams. In 1988, Mr. Woodyer was the founder of Endeavour Financial, a successful mining merchant banking and advisory business. Gerald Panneton

Michael Hudson
Michael Hudson is the Managing Director of Southern Cross Gold, a natural resources company engaged in the exploration of precious and critical metals in the Melbourne Zone of central Victoria.
