Kerry Smith
Kerry Smith worked for 10 years as a mining engineer in Western Canada before completing a MBA in 1992. After graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta, Kerry worked for several coal and copper companies in Western Canada. In 1992 Kerry graduated with honors from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, with a Masters in Business Administration.
After graduation Kerry joined First Marathon Securities Limited, an independent institutional broker in Toronto, covering small and mid-cap gold, base metals and diamond equities. Kerry joined First Marathon Securities Limited as a mining analyst in 1992 and joined Haywood in 2001 as Senior Mining Analyst and Vice President. Today, he covers the gold sector primarily.
In 1997, Kerry was ranked top analyst, junior mining companies by an international survey and has since been ranked in the top 15 for the precious metals and diamonds sectors.
Kerry's focus is on growth oriented gold and base metal mining companies. He also coordinates the research efforts of Haywood's mining research team.

Jason Reid
Jason Reid was appointed Company CEO October 1, 2013 and also serves as Company President and as a director. Jason Reid was appointed President of the Company in July 2010 and also served as Vice President of Corporate Development from January 2008 to July 2010. He was named to the Board of Directors in 2010. Jason has been with the Company since it was a private Company and helped take it public in Sept. of 2006 with its self-underwritten "IPO." Jason was part of a management team that took Gold Resource Corporation from an exploration stage company, to a development stage company, and finally to the gold and silver dividend-paying producer that Gold Resource Corporation is today. Denis Alexandrov
Denis Alexandrov has served as Chief Executive Officer of Highland Gold since January 2016. John Begeman
Mr. Begeman is a Professional Mining Engineer with over 35 years of mining experience. He Is currently the Executive Chairman of the Board of Premier Gold Mines Limited and sits on the boards of directors of Yamana Gold Inc. and Aberdeen International. Rick Howes
Rick Howes is a P. Eng. and Mining Engineer from Queen’s University. He has >35 yrs experience in the mining industry in Canada, Europe, Asia & Africa including Engineering & Design, Operations & Maintenance supervision, Site & Plant Mgmt., Business Unit Mgmt. & Executive Global Mgmt.
Rick joined DPM in early 2009 as GM & Executive Director of Chelopech Mining. Trevor Turnbull
Trevor Turnbull joined Scotiabank in 2006 to cover mid-tier and emerging gold producers. Mr. Turnbull is a geologist by training and spent nine years in the industry throughout North America and abroad.
Prior to starting with Scotiabank, he covered intermediate producers and emerging mining companies in the gold and base metal sectors with another investment dealer. Mr. Turnbull was recognized in 2017, 2016 and 2015 as part of the number one Gold/Precious Metals & Minerals - Small/Mid-Cap Team by Greenwich Associates. Bradford Cooke is a professional geologist and entrepreneur with nearly 40 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Cooke began his career as project geologist managing mineral exploration programs for Noranda Mines, Shell Minerals and Chevron Minerals. He later owned and operated Cooke Geological Consultants Ltd., discovering several high grade gold vein deposits between 1983 to 1987. He founded Endeavour Silver Corp. in 2003 for the purpose of acquiring high-grade silver-gold projects in Mexico. Since that time, the Company has acquired, rebuilt and expanded three silver-gold mines in Mexico, and made a new discovery with the potential to become Endeavour’s fourth mine.

Jorge A. Ganoza
Jorge A. Ganoza is a geological engineer with over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining and business development throughout Latin America. He is a graduate from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Jorge is a fourth generation miner from a Peruvian family that has owned and operated underground gold, silver and polymetallic mines in Peru and Panama.

Mr. Paspalas joined MAG on October 15, 2013. Rohan Williams
Mr Williams is the founding Director of Dacian Gold Limited overseeing the A$8M acquisition of the Mt Morgans Gold Project prior to the Company’s exploration IPO in late 2012. He initially served as the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman, and became its Executive Chairman & CEO in early 2014.

Simon Jessop

Bill Beament
Mr Beament is a mining engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in the resource sector in mine management, including several senior management positions, including General Manager of the Eloise Copper Mine in Queensland and General Manager of Operations for underground mining specialists Barminco Limited.

Randy Smallwood
Randy Smallwood holds a geological engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and is one of the founding members of Silver Wheaton. Ron Hochstein
Ron has a wealth of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Hochstein has worked for the Lundin family directly and as a consultant for over twenty years. Duncan Middlemiss
Duncan Middlemiss was the President and CEO and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (“SAS”) until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. in January 2016. John McCluskey
John McCluskey has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. since 2003, when the Company was formed through a merger with National Gold Corp. Michael Kenyon
Mr. Kenyon was appointed Interim CEO in June 2018 following more than five years as Chairman of the Board. He was first elected to the Board in 2008.

Leigh Junk

Brad Langille
Mr. Langille was the co-founder of both Gammon Gold Inc. and Mexgold Resources Inc. and served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of both companies. Jean-Marc Lacoste
Jean-Marc Lacoste earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from McGill University in Montreal. David Wolfin
Mr. Wolfin brings 30 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist's assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist's assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities.
